Abstract
Description
- 好ましくは良好な発泡材セル構造/熱安定性発泡材構造
- 低い座屈性、及び
- 好ましくは均一な膨張パターン/有向性膨張
について良好な膨張挙動を示す熱膨張性組成物を得ることが望ましい。

について良好な膨張挙動を示す熱膨張性組成物を提供することを目的とする。この組成物はまた、特に平らではない、湾曲した、又は、尖った表面といった特に油が付着した金属基材といった金属基材に対する、未硬化の組成物の良好な接着を提供するべきである。接着はまた、熱可塑性材料の膨張の前後両方において保証されるべきである。
(a)ラジカル開始剤によって架橋可能な少なくとも一種のポリマーP、及び
(b)少なくとも一種の固体ブチルゴムBRuであって、組成物の総重量に基づいて、5重量%~16重量%、好ましくは5重量%~15重量%、6重量%~12重量%、8重量%~10重量%の量で組成物に含まれる前記固体ブチルゴム、及び
(c)少なくとも一種のラジカル開始剤、及び
(d)少なくとも一種の膨張剤であって、組成物に、好ましくは6重量%未満、好ましくは1重量%~5.5重量%、2重量%~5重量%の量で含まれる前記膨張剤、及び
(e)少なくとも一種の粘着付与剤TA
を含む熱膨張性組成物を提供することによりこの問題を解決する。
1.1組成物
本発明の組成物の実施例(E1~E7)、及び、本発明に係らない参照組成物(R1~R7)を、以下に示す手法に従って調製した。個々の組成物の総重量に基づく正確な個別の組成(重量%)を、表2及び3に示す。
本書面における、本発明に係る及び本発明に係らない例示的組成物はすべて、以下の手法に従って調製した:
第1のステップにおいては、ポリマーP1、P2、P3、BRu、酸化防止剤及び粘着付与剤を混合し、7分間の間、36rpm(1分間当りの回転)の混合速度、110℃で溶融した。その後、POの半量を、チキソトロープ剤、カーボンブラック及び充填材と一緒に、第1のステップにおいて適用されたものと同一の速度及び時間で混合した。混合物の温度を85℃に設定し、膨張剤及び活性化剤を添加した。混合物を75℃の温度に冷却することで冷却して混合を36rpmで5分間継続した。次いで、硬化剤、アクリレートA、過酸化物を、POの残りの半量と共に添加し、続いて、36rpmで5分間混合した。
2.1膨張安定性
膨張及び膨張安定性を、180℃で予熱したオーブン中において、20分間、種々の温度における個別のサンプルの熱処理(焼成)により、すべてのサンプルにおいてテストした。
接着特性を評価するために、上記のクーポンをキャリアプレート(300×30mm、厚さ0.8mm、鋼鉄製、クリーニングし、次いで、Anticorit PL 3802-39Sで油を付着させた)の真ん中に置き、キャリアプレートに対して強く押した。
これらのサンプルの他のものを180℃で20分間硬化させ、次いで、硬化/膨張した組成物を、キャリアプレートから手で剥がした。
セル構造、膨張及び座屈挙動を評価するために、上記のサンプルを180℃で20分間硬化させ、キャリアプレート上の得られた硬化/膨張した組成物を視覚的に分析した。
Claims (15)
- 以下を含む熱膨張性組成物であって:
(a)ラジカル開始剤によって架橋可能な少なくとも一種のポリマーP、及び
(b)少なくとも一種の固体ブチルゴムBRuであって、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、5重量%~16重量%、好ましくは5重量%~15重量%、6重量%~12重量%、8重量%~10重量%の量で前記組成物に含まれる固体ブチルゴム、及び
(c)少なくとも一種のラジカル開始剤、及び
(d)少なくとも一種の膨張剤であって、好ましくは6重量%未満、好ましくは1重量%~5.5重量%、2重量%~5重量%の量で前記組成物に含まれる膨張剤、及び
(e)少なくとも一種の粘着付与剤TA
を含み、
ここで、硬化後の膨張した前記組成物は、前記未硬化の組成物と比べて、1300%未満、好ましくは500~1300%、より好ましくは600~1200%、800~1200%、最も好ましくは900~1100%の体積増加を有し、
前記体積増加は、密度測定のDIN EN ISO 1183法(アルキメデスの原理)を用いて決定される、
熱膨張性組成物。 - 前記組成物は、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、12重量%~30重量%、14重量%~25重量%、16重量%~22重量%、好ましくは17.5重量%~20重量%の量で前記粘着付与剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記粘着付与剤は、炭化水素樹脂、好ましくは芳香族変性炭化水素樹脂、最も好ましくは芳香族変性C5炭化水素樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記組成物はさらに、芳香族油、ナフテン油、又はポリ(イソ)ブチレン、好ましくはポリ(イソ)ブチレン、最も好ましくはポリイソブチレンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種のプロセスオイルPOを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記組成物は、前記組成物の前記総重量に基づいて、18重量%~35重量%、好ましくは20重量%~32重量%、最も好ましくは25重量%~30重量%の量で前記プロセスオイルPOを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記膨張剤はアゾジカルボンアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記組成物は、2.5重量%~6重量%、好ましくは3重量%~5.5重量%、3.5重量%~5重量%、4重量%~5重量%、最も好ましくは4.5重量%~5重量%の量で前記膨張剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記ラジカル開始剤は、過酸化物又は過酸エステル、好ましくは過酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記組成物はさらに、少なくとも一種のアクリレートAを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 前記少なくとも一種の固体ブチルゴムBRuは、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、好ましくは塩素化ブチルゴム又は臭素化ブチルゴム、特に好ましくは臭素化ブチルゴムであることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物。
- 開放又は中空構造用のバッフル部材であって、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物を含むことを特徴とするバッフル部材。
- 前記熱膨張性組成物は、0.5~10mm、好ましくは1~6mmの厚さを有するシート状構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッフル部材。
- 前記熱膨張性組成物は、5~30cm、好ましくは10~25cmの長さ、及び5~30cm、好ましくは5~15cmの幅、又は1~20cm、好ましくは2~10cmの幅を有するシート状構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載のバッフル部材。
- 陸上乗物、船舶、若しくは航空機の、好ましくは自動車乗物のキャビティ若しくは中空若しくは開放構造、及び/又は建築物のキャビティをシール又はバッフルし、それによって、騒音、振動、湿度、及び/又は熱の伝導を低減するための、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載のバッフル部材の使用。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の熱膨張性組成物を含む部材を前記キャビティ又は中空構造中に導入し、その後、熱膨張させ、これにより、前記膨張した組成物によって前記キャビティ又は中空構造を少なくとも部分的に充填することを特徴とする、キャビティ又は中空構造をシール又はバッフルする方法。
