Abstract
Description
本発明の1つの主な目的は、断片の半径方向の分散が大幅に減少し、明確に定義された断片効果が増大した、砲弾の進行方向に成形爆薬用に配置された弾頭を含む砲弾である。本発明の追加の目的は、上記のように砲弾を発射するための手順である。
排出装置および発火装置が弾頭内に配置されること。
弾頭はまた、弾頭の時間遅延放出および発火のためのプログラム可能な時間遅延ユニットを含むこと。
砲弾はまた、弾頭の放出装置を作動させるために機首部分に配置されたセンサーユニットを含むこと。
弾頭の後部がエンドピースを構成し、前記エンドピースは、いずれにせよ後ろに続く弾頭が前の弾頭に部分的に含まれることができるように形作られていること。
弾頭が断片化プレートを含むこと、前記断片化プレートは、粉末冶金材料に焼き付けられた事前に断片化された金属断片を含むこと。
事前に断片化された金属片が重金属または重金属の混合物を含むこと。
弾頭がケーシングを備えていること。前記ケーシングは、金属粉末で作られたプラスチックマトリックスを含むこと。
砲弾の弾頭は、砲弾の進行方向に砲弾本体から互いに同じ時間遅延で放出され、弾頭の爆薬は、決定された時間遅延の後に同時に爆発する。
本発明は、いくつかの利点および効果を含む。弾頭の爆薬を発射する前に弾頭を砲弾から分離することで、砲弾本体からの断片化が放射状に拡散するのを防ぐ。弾頭の爆薬を発射する前に弾頭を互いに分離することで、前の弾頭に対する後ろの弾頭の破壊的な影響を最小限に抑えることができる。
砲弾1を従来の迫撃砲砲弾1として使用する場合、弾頭8を砲弾本体2から排出することなく、砲弾1全体を爆発させることができる。弾頭8のすべてが砲弾本体2で同時に爆発し、これは、爆薬12のすべてが同時に発火することを意味する。次に、砲弾1は、部分的に放射状に分散する断片化プレート10から、および部分的に放射状に分散する砲弾本体2の断片から、円周方向の横方向の断片化効果を有する。
Claims (9)
- 砲身から発射するための砲弾であって、前記砲弾(1)は、砲弾本体(2)を含み、砲弾本体(2)内に軸方向に順に配置された最低2つの弾頭(8)を含み、前記弾頭(8)は、砲弾(1)の進行方向に成形爆薬効果のために配置された爆薬(12)を含み、砲弾本体(2)はまた、決定された時間遅延に従って弾頭(8)の爆薬(12)を発火させるための発火装置(14)と同様に、砲弾(1)の進行方向の決定された時間遅延に従って、弾頭(8)を砲弾本体(2)から排出するための排出装置(13)を備える、砲弾。
- 前記排出装置(13)および前記発火装置(14)は、前記砲弾(1)の前記弾頭(8)に配置されている、請求項1に記載の砲弾。
- 前記弾頭(8)はまた、前記弾頭(8)の時間遅延排出および発火のためのプログラム可能な時間遅延ユニットを備える、請求項1に記載の砲弾。
- 前記砲弾(1)はまた、前記弾頭(8)の前記排出装置(13)を作動させるために前記砲弾(1)のノーズセクション(3)に配置されたセンサーユニット(9)を備える、請求項1に記載の砲弾。
- 前記弾頭(8)の後部はエンドピース(16)を含み、前記エンドピース(16)は、後ろに続く弾頭(8)が少なくとも部分的にその前の弾頭(8)に含まれることができるように形作られている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の砲弾。
- 前記弾頭(8)は、断片化プレート(10)を含み、前記断片化プレート(10)は、粉末冶金材料に焼き付けられた事前に断片化された金属断片を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の砲弾。

- 砲弾(1)を発射するための手順であって、前記砲弾(1)は、少なくとも2つの弾頭(8)を有する砲弾本体(2)を含み、前記少なくとも2つの弾頭(8)は、前記砲弾本体(2)内で順に軸方向に配置されており、前記砲弾本体(8)は、前記砲弾(1)の進行方向に成形爆薬効果のために配置された爆薬(12)を含み、前記砲弾(1)の弾頭(8)は、前記砲弾(1)の進行方向に前記砲弾本体(2)から排出されるが、時間遅延は互いに同じであり、前記弾頭(8)の爆薬(12)は、決定された時間遅延の後に同時に発火する、手順。
