Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 撮像されるべき物体の周りを回転することによって断層撮影再構成のための一連の投影を取得するコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システムであって、
X線源と、
前記X線源と前記物体との間に配置する放射線減衰エレメントを有するビーム整形フィルタであって、前記放射線減衰エレメントの少なくとも一部における放射線減衰プロファイルは中心点に対して円対称であり、前記一部内における前記中心点までの半径方向距離に対する放射線減衰の関数が滑らかな関数である、ビーム整形フィルタと、
を有する、コーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。 - 前記一部における前記放射線減衰の関数が単調増加関数である、請求項1に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記中心点が前記放射線減衰エレメントの中心である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記一部が、位置の関数として放射線減衰を提供するために局所的に変化する厚さを有する、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記一部が、球形状を持つ凹状部分である、請求項4に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記放射線減衰エレメントがアルミニウム、モリブデン及び/又はテフロン(登録商標)からなる、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記放射線減衰エレメントが前記X線源と前記撮像されるべき物体との間に配置され、且つ、前記回転対称点が前記コーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システムの動作中に前記X線源によって放出される電離放射線のビームの中心ビーム軸と一致するように、前記ビーム整形フィルタを当該コーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システムに機械的に接続するためのファスナ又は機械的コネクタを有する、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- X線検出器を更に有し、前記X線源及び前記X線検出器が検査ボリュームの周囲を一緒に回転する、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記物体の周りを少なくとも2つの非平行な回転軸の周りで同時に回転する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記X線源及び前記X線検出器が前記検査ボリュームの周りを、第1の回転軸に対しては第1の角度範囲にわたって、該第1の回転軸と同一直線上にない第2の回転軸に対しては第2の角度範囲にわたって、一緒に回転する、請求項9に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 実質的にアイソセントリックな二軸軌道を辿りながら撮像データを取得する、請求項9または請求項10に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記X線源及び前記X線検出器がCアーム上に取り付けられる、請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記ビーム整形フィルタが、当該コーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システムの動作中に、前記X線源に対して実質的に静止したままである、請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 前記ビーム整形フィルタの前記中心点が、当該コーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システムの動作中に前記X線源によって放出されるX線コーンビームの中心線と位置合わせされる、請求項13に記載のコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
- 被検者の頭部の少なくとも一部を撮像するための方法であって、前記方法は、
ビーム整形フィルタの放射線減衰エレメントを前記被検者の頭部とX線コーンビームを放出するX線源との間に配置するステップであって、位置の関数としての前記放射線減衰エレメントの放射線減衰が円対称であるステップと、
X線検出器を使用して、前記放射線減衰エレメント及び前記被検者の頭部によって減衰された前記X線コーンビームの複数の投影画像を検出するステップと、
実質的にアイソセントリックな二軸軌道を辿ることによって前記複数の投影画像を検出しながら、前記X線源及び前記X線検出器を移動させるステップと、
を有する、被検者の頭部の少なくとも一部を撮像するための方法。
