Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for using an expandable compression molded product and a bath additive set.
In recent years, it has become common to add bath additives to the bath water for the purpose of adding fragrance and color to the bath water to make the bath feel refreshing, activating the metabolism and improving the sensitivity to cold, and obtaining a warm bath effect. Various forms such as bath salts, tablets, and liquids are sold. Among them, a bath agent containing a carbon dioxide gas-generating substance that is a combination of carbonate and acid rubs the skin surface with bubbles of carbon dioxide gas generated in the bath water, and the carbon dioxide gas dissolved in the bath water stimulates the capillaries. Since it expands and promotes metabolism, it is expected to have effects such as promoting blood circulation and recovering from fatigue.
In addition, one of the important effects expected as a bathing agent is the aromatherapy effect due to its scent, and the number of people seeking comfort and pleasure in bathing is increasing. In order to enhance these effects during bathing, the development of scents and colors is underway. For example, in order to enjoy the fragrance and color, a bath additive having a two-layer structure has been proposed (Patent Document 1).
However, since conventional bath agents foam at a high speed, the fragrance diffuses at a high speed, and the fragrance components tend to fill a space such as bath water or a bathroom. In addition, in the preparation described in Patent Document 1, even if it is possible to enjoy the scent of the mixed state of the first fragrance of the internal component and the second fragrance of the external component, or the scent of the second fragrance alone, The problem was that the fragrance of the first fragrance alone could not be enjoyed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for using an expandable compression-molded product and a set of bath salts, which enable the enjoyment of a plurality of scents independently and a scent obtained by mixing a plurality of scents.
As a result of extensive research in order to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that by using at least two types of foamable compression molded products with different scents with a foaming time of 4 to 40 minutes, the conventional foaming The diffusion speed of the scent is slower than that of the soft compression molded product, and it is possible to enjoy a plurality of scents individually, and furthermore, it is possible to enjoy a scent in which a plurality of scents are mixed, thereby completing the present invention.

It is possible to provide a method for using the foamable compression molded product and a bath additive set that allow the user to enjoy the scent of the mixture.
Hereinafter, a method for using the expandable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
[Method of using foamable compression molding]
In the method of using the expandable compression molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, at least two types of expandable compression molded products with different scents having foaming time of 4 minutes to 40 minutes are used.
The expandable compression-molded article according to the embodiment of the present invention can be used as a bath agent.
Whereas conventional bath agents use one type of bath agent per use, in the embodiment of the present invention, the foaming time is 4 to 40 minutes per use, and the scent is different from each other. By using at least two kinds of different expandable compression-molded products, the user can enjoy a plurality of scents, ie, a single scent and a mixed scent of each scent.
If the foaming time is less than 4 minutes, the fragrance diffuses rapidly due to foaming, and even if a plurality of scented bath additives are used, the scents are quickly mixed, and individual scents cannot be fully enjoyed. On the other hand, if the foaming time is more than 40 minutes, the effect of diffusing the fragrance by foaming is low, and not only can each individual fragrance be enjoyed individually, but also a mixed fragrance of each fragrance cannot be enjoyed.
In the method of using the expandable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to use at least two types of expandable compression-molded products having different scents. An expandable compression-molded product (B) having a scent different from that of the elastic compression-molded product (A) may be used, and other expandable compression-molded products may also be used.
Hereinafter, a case where an expandable compression-molded product (A) and an expandable compression-molded product (B) having a different fragrance from the expandable compression-molded product (A) are used may be described as an example. The invention is not limited to this aspect.
In the method of using the expandable compression molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, the expansion time of the expandable compression molded product should be 4 to 40 minutes.
Here, the foaming time of the expandable compression-molded product refers to the time during which foaming is visible after the expandable compression-molded product is placed in water at 41°C. Specifically, the foaming time can be measured by the method described in Examples.
The foaming time of the expandable compression-molded product is preferably 4 minutes or longer, more preferably 4.5 minutes or longer, and even more preferably 6 minutes or longer. Also, the time is preferably 40 minutes or less, more preferably 30 minutes or less, and even more preferably 20 minutes or less.
The general foaming time for conventional bath agents is 2 to 3 and a half minutes. The speed was high, and the perfume ingredients easily filled water and spaces such as bathrooms. As a result, even if a plurality of bath agents were used in one use, the scents would be mixed quickly, and it was not possible to fully enjoy each single scent. However, in the method of using the expandable compression-molded product in the embodiment of the present invention, at least two types of expandable compression-molded products with different scents are used, and the foaming time is 4 to 40 minutes. The components of the compression-molded product are gradually volatilized, and each individual scent can be enjoyed. In addition, it is possible to newly enjoy a scent in which the respective scents are mixed, and as a result, it is possible to fully enjoy at least two kinds of scents.
In the method of using the expandable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to use at least two types of expandable compression-molded products having different scents. good too.
When using expandable compression-molded products with different expansion times, for example, the expansion time of the expandable compression-molded product (A) is 4 minutes to 40 minutes (preferably 4 and a half minutes to 30 minutes, more preferably 6 minutes to 20 minutes). minutes), and the foaming time of the expandable compression molded product (B) may be 4 minutes to 40 minutes (preferably 4.5 minutes to 30 minutes, more preferably 6 minutes to 20 minutes).
In the method of using the expandable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the expansion amount of the expandable compression-molded product is 20 to 300 mL. In the foamable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable to set the amount of foaming to 20 to 300 mL so that the components of each foamable compression-molded product are easily volatilized gradually.
Here, the amount of foaming of the effervescent compression molded product is defined by putting one 45 g effervescent tablet compressed with a tableting machine into a cylindrical metal mesh basket (diameter 10 cm × height 10 cm) and Put it in 200 L of bath water at 41 ° C. (inner dimensions of the bathtub: depth 68 cm, width 46 cm, length 110 cm), place a funnel just above the top surface of the metal mesh basket in water, and generate carbon dioxide gas. It shows the amount of carbon dioxide gas generated when all of it is collected in a graduated cylinder.
The amount of expansion of the expandable compression-molded product is preferably 20 mL or more, more preferably 50 mL or more, still more preferably 100 mL or more, and even more preferably 150 mL or more. Also, it is preferably 300 mL or less, more preferably 280 mL or less, even more preferably 270 mL or less, and even more preferably 260 mL or less.
In addition, the ratio of the amount of fragrance contained in the foamable compression molding to the amount of foaming (mL)/fragrance (g) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 45 to 1500 mL/g. It is preferably 65-1450 mL/g, more preferably 70-1100 mL/g.
The foaming amount (mL)/perfume (g), which is the ratio of the amount of fragrance and the amount of foaming, means the amount of foaming suitable for making 1 g of fragrance scented, and is the ratio between the amount of fragrance and the amount of foaming. If the foaming amount (mL)/perfume (g) is within the above range, the fragrance can be sufficiently diffused.
In the method of using the expandable compression-molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is necessary to use at least two types of expandable compression-molded products having different scents. good too.
発泡量が異なる発泡性圧縮成形物を用いる場合は、例えば、発泡性圧縮成形物(A)の発泡量を20~300mL(好ましくは50~280mL、より好ましくは100~270mL)、発泡性圧縮成形物(B)の発泡量を20~300mL(好ましくは50~280mL、より好ましくは100~270mL)とし、それぞれ発泡量が異なる発泡性圧縮成形物を用いてもよい。
When using foamable compression-molded products with different foaming amounts, for example, the foaming volume of the foamable compression-molded product (A) is 20 to 300 mL (preferably 50 to 280 mL, more preferably 100 to 270 mL), and foaming compression molding is performed. The amount of expansion of the product (B) is set to 20 to 300 mL (preferably 50 to 280 mL, more preferably 100 to 270 mL), and foamable compression moldings having different expansion amounts may be used.
For example, when an expandable compression molded product was used as a bath agent, the amount of foaming was large when the product was placed in water at a temperature of 38 to 42°C, and the perfume component tended to fill the water and spaces such as bathrooms.
In the method of using the expandable compression molded product according to the embodiment of the present invention, the expandable compression molded product preferably has a foaming power of 0.01 to 2.0 mL/s. A foaming power of 0.01 to 2.0 mL/s is preferable because the components of each foamable compression molded product are easily volatilized gradually.
Here, the foaming force of the foamable compression-molded product is calculated by the following formula.
[a formula]
Effervescent power (mL/s) = Effervescent amount (mL) / Effervescent tablet foaming time (s)
The foaming power of the expandable compression-molded product is more preferably 0.1 mL/s or more, still more preferably 0.4 mL/s or more, and even more preferably 0.7 mL/s or more. Further, it is more preferably 1.8 mL/s or less, still more preferably 1.6 mL/s or less, and even more preferably 1.4 mL/s or less.
When using foamable compression-molded products with different foaming power, for example, the foaming power of the foamable compression-molded product (A) is 0.01 to 2.0 mL/s (preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mL/s, more preferably 0.5 to 1.4 mL/s), and the foaming force of the foamable compression molded product (B) is 0.01 to 2.0 mL/s (preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mL/s, more preferably is 0.5 to 1.4 mL/s), and foamable compression moldings having different foaming powers may be used.
The foaming time and foaming amount of the expandable compression-molded product can be adjusted according to the components and amounts used in the expandable compression-molded product. The foaming time of the expandable compression-molded product can also be adjusted according to the shape of the expandable compression-molded product, molding conditions, and the like. For example, when the effervescent compression molded product is a tablet, the effervescence time can be adjusted by the pressure of the tableting machine used for molding.
Examples of components used in the foamable compression molded product include fragrances, carbonates, organic acids and the like.

For example, it is preferable to add the expandable compression-molded product (A) and the expandable compression-molded product (B) at the same time, so that the mixed aroma can be enjoyed after enjoying each individual aroma.
In addition, when at least two types of expandable compression-molded products are put into the bath water, it is preferable to put the respective expandable compression-molded products at a distance. As a result, it is possible to obtain the effect of allowing each individual scent to be enjoyed for a longer period of time.
The above distance can be appropriately adjusted depending on the size of the bathtub, but is preferably 60 cm or more, more preferably 70 cm or more, for example.
Uses of the foamable compression molded product of the present invention include, for example, bath agents, detergents, fragrances, deodorants, and the like, preferably bath agents.

In the expandable compression-molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention, the expandable compression-molded product may contain a perfume component having a vapor pressure (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as vapor pressure) at room temperature of 0.00002 to 120 mmHg. It preferably contains a perfume component of 0.001 to 120 mmHg, and more preferably contains a perfume component of 0.1 to 120 mmHg. In the present invention, normal temperature means 20 to 25°C.
In general, perfume ingredients having a vapor pressure of 0.00002 to 120 mmHg at room temperature (for example, 20 to 25° C.) tend to volatilize easily from bath water. Therefore, in the case of conventional bath agents, the foaming time is short, so when they are added to the bath water, the fragrance is more likely to volatilize. I couldn't enjoy the scent alone. However, the foamable compression molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention has a foaming time of 4 to 40 minutes. It can be volatilized, and for example, when two tablets with different scents are put in, the scents do not immediately mix and the scents can be enjoyed individually.
The perfume component used in the foamable compression molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention may have a vapor pressure within the above range at room temperature (20 to 25°C). That is, the vapor pressure at any temperature of 20°C to 25°C should be in the range of 0.00002 to 120 mmHg. For example, the vapor pressure at 20°C may be within the above range, and the vapor pressure at 25°C may be within the above range.

The foamable compression-molded article used in the embodiment of the present invention can be produced by mixing the above components and performing compression molding. In the case of compression molding, the method is not particularly limited as long as an expandable compression molded product such as a briquette or tablet can be obtained, and a known briquetting machine or tableting machine can be used.
Examples of well-known briquetting machines include a briquetting machine (manufactured by Sintokogyo Co., Ltd.).
A tablet press is a device that fills a powder mixture into dies and compresses it between lower and upper punches to form a shape. The tableting machine consists of a single-shot tableting machine in which a set of upper and lower punches move up and down to compress in one die, and a turntable that rotates horizontally. There is a rotary tableting machine in which a series of filling, compressing, and discharging operations are continuously performed while rotating. As well-known tableting machines, a tableting machine manufactured by Shiga Seisakusho Co., Ltd. can be used as a single-shot tableting machine, and a tableting machine manufactured by Kikusui Seisakusho Co., Ltd. can be used as a rotary tableting machine. In addition, single-shot tableting is performed using a punch and die that matches the weight of the tablet to be produced and, for example, a hydraulic pump manufactured by Rikenki Co., Ltd., Labonect Co., etc., to produce an effervescent compression molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention. You can also
The particle size of the briquette when using a briquette machine is preferably 10 mm or less, more preferably 7 mm or less, and even more preferably 5 mm or less from the viewpoint of solubility of the briquette. The shape of the briquette is not particularly limited, but briquette-like, almond-like, pillow-like, finger-like, lens-like and the like are preferable.
The size of the tablet when using a tableting machine is preferably 80 mm or less in the case of a cylindrical shape (length of one side in the case of a polygon), more preferably 70 mm or less, and 10 mm. 30 mm or more is preferable, and 30 mm or more is more preferable. The thickness of the tablet is preferably 20 mm or less, more preferably 17 mm or less, preferably 5 mm or more, more preferably 8 mm or more, and even more preferably 10 mm or more. The shape of the tablet is not particularly limited, but cylindrical, block, spherical, hemispherical, polygonal and the like are preferable.
The tableting pressure when using a tableting machine is preferably 10 to 20t, more preferably 13 to 18t, from the viewpoint of moldability. Compressing with a compression pressure of 10 tons or more prevents the tablets from becoming brittle, and prevents the tablets from cracking or chipping during line conveyance or transportation. In addition, when the tableting pressure is 20 tons or less, capping is less likely to occur, and tablets are less likely to be chipped during line conveyance or transportation.
In addition, the foaming time can be finely adjusted by changing the tableting pressure. Since the foaming time can be shortened by lowering the tableting pressure, the foaming time can be lengthened by increasing the tableting pressure. By setting the tableting pressure within the above range, the foaming time is controlled to change the diffusion speed of the scent, and the foaming property enables the enjoyment of multiple scents independently, as well as the enjoyment of a mixed scent of multiple scents. It becomes easier to make a compression molded product.
In addition, the compression molding method should not be limited, and can be produced by a direct powder compression method (direct compression method) or a granule compression method (indirect compression method). In addition, the order of mixing the components, the mixing method, and the like are appropriately selected.
Since the foaming compression-molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention has a foaming time of 4 to 40 minutes, it is preferable that the foamable compression-molded product has high hardness and excellent shape retention. Such hardness is preferably, for example, using a digital force gauge, applying pressure to the foamable compression molded product, and measuring the maximum pressure when cracks or cracks occur, that is, hardness, 3 It is preferably 0 kgf or more. A hardness of 3.0 kgf or more facilitates setting the foaming time within a desired range.
In addition, since the foamable compression molded product used in the embodiment of the present invention has a foaming time of 4 minutes to 40 minutes, the weight of one foamable compression molded product is preferably 15 to 100 g, and 30 minutes. ~70 g is more preferred, and 40 to 50 g is even more preferred.
