Claims (12)
- 工業用蒸気生成設備に接続された大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器において、
各対の熱交換器バンドルがV字型構成で配置され、各熱交換器バンドルが縦軸とその縦軸に垂直な横軸とを有する複数対の熱交換器バンドルを備え、
各前記熱交換器バンドルが、複数の蒸気入口マニホールドと、複数の一次凝縮器セクションと、複数の出口凝縮液ヘッダと、少なくとも1つの二次凝縮器セクションとを備え、
各一次凝縮器が、対応する熱交換器バンドルの縦軸と平行な縦軸をそれぞれ有する複数のフィン付きチューブを備え、
各二次凝縮器が、対応する前記熱交換器の横軸と平行な縦軸をそれぞれ有する複数のフィン付きチューブを備え、
前記蒸気入口マニホールドのそれぞれが、対応する熱交換器の横軸と平行な縦軸を有し、各蒸気入口マニホールドが、前記熱交換バンドルの下方に位置する蒸気分配マニホールドから蒸気を受け取り、対応する前記一次凝縮器内の前記複数のフィン付きチューブの第1の端部に蒸気を分配するように構成され、
前記出口凝縮液ヘッダのそれぞれが、対応する前記熱交換器の横軸と平行な縦軸を有し、そこからの凝縮液、未凝縮蒸気、および非凝縮性ガスを収集するために、第1の側において対応する一次凝縮器内の前記複数のフィン付きチューブの第2の端部に接続され、
各前記出口凝縮液ヘッダが、底端において前記少なくとも1つの二次凝縮器セクションの底端に接続され、前記出口凝縮液ヘッダのそれぞれがまた、底端において凝縮液収集チューブに接続され、
各前記二次凝縮器セクションが上端において非凝縮性収集チューブに接続された、大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。 - 同数の一次および二次凝縮器を備え、各第2段凝縮器が単一の一次凝縮器と対になっている、請求項1に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 各熱交換器バンドルが、4つの一次凝縮器と4つの二次凝縮器とを備え、
熱交換器バンドル内の前記蒸気入口マニホールドのうちの最初の2つが互いに直接隣接し、同じ熱交換器バンドル内の前記蒸気入口マニホールドのうちの第2の2つが互いに隣接するように、前記各一次凝縮器/二次凝縮器の対の左右の向きが、隣接する一次凝縮器/二次凝縮器の対に対して反転されている、請求項2に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。 - 第1の熱交換バンドルの前記蒸気入口マニホールドの底端が、熱交換バンドルの対における第2の熱交換器バンドル内の蒸気入口マニホールドの底端に隣接している、請求項3に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 熱交換バンドルの対における第1の熱交換バンドルからの前記2つの隣接する蒸気入口マニホールドの底端および第2の熱交換バンドルからの2つの隣接する蒸気入口マニホールドの底端が、1対4の蒸気マニホールドアダプタの第1の端部に接続され、前記1対4の蒸気マニホールドアダプタの第2の端部が蒸気供給マニホールドに接続されている、請求項4に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 前記一次凝縮器内の前記複数のフィン付きチューブが、2.0mから2.8mの長さ、200mmの断面幅、および4~10mmの断面の高さを有する、請求項1に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 前記チューブが5.2~7mmの断面高さを有する、請求項6に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 前記チューブが6.0mmの断面高さを有する、請求項7に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 前記一次凝縮器内の前記複数のフィン付きチューブが、前記チューブの平坦側面に取り付けられたフィンを有し、前記フィンが10mmの高さを有し、インチあたり9から12個のフィンで離隔されている、請求項1に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 前記一次凝縮器内の前記複数のフィン付きチューブが、前記チューブの平坦側面に取り付けられたフィンを有し、前記フィンが18mmから20mmの高さを有し、隣接するチューブ間の空間にまたがって隣接するチューブと接触し、前記フィンがインチあたり9から12個のフィンで離隔されている、請求項1に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 熱交換バンドル内の全ての二次凝縮器の表面積が、同じ熱交換バンドル内の全ての一次凝縮器の表面積の10~20%を占める、請求項1に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
- 2つの一次凝縮器/二次凝縮器の対が互いに隣接し、双方の対の前記二次凝縮器が互いに隣接し、前記2つの二次凝縮器が単一の二次凝縮器に統合される、請求項4に記載の大規模な野外設置型空冷式工業用蒸気凝縮器。
