Abstract
Description
本発明では、請求項1の特徴を有する濾過材料と請求項15の特徴を有する濾過材により、前記課題が、達成される。本発明による濾材は、複合繊維を含む不織布層と、平均径(dl)1.8μm未満のポリエステル繊維を含み通気度100l/m2秒~800l/m2秒を有するメルトブローン層とを備え、接触圧力0.1バール(10kPa)のとき、不織布層の厚さは、0.4mm未満でありかつメルトブローン層のポリエステル繊維の少なくとも25%の直径(d)が1μm未満であることを特徴とする。本発明の有利な実施の形態を、他の請求項に記載する。
本発明の濾材は、複合繊維を有する不織布層、好適にはスパンボンド層と、平均径1.8μm未満のポリエステル繊維を含むメルトブローン層とを有する。0.1バール(10kPa)の接触圧力では、不織布層の厚さは、0.4mm未満である。メルトブローン層のポリエステル繊維の少なくとも25%の直径は、1μm未満である。

i.計測原理
走査型電子顕微鏡により、所定の倍率で複数の画像を撮影した。得られた画像を自動ソフトウェアで計測した。繊維の交差点を検出し、繊維径の表われない計測点を手動で削除した。通常1本の繊維として繊維束を評価した。
付属ソフトウェア:ファイバーメトリック(Fibermetric)V2.1と共に、走査電子顕微鏡:フェノム・ファイ(Phenom Fei)を使用した。
試料の抽出: 膜幅(1.8m)に沿って、5箇所の不織布を抽出した。
Claims (16)
- 複合繊維を含む不織布層と、平均径(dl)1.8μm未満のポリエステル繊維を含みかつ通気度100l/m2秒~800l/m2秒を有するメルトブローン層とを備え、接触圧力0.1バール(10kPa)のとき、不織布層の厚さは、0.4mm未満でありかつメルトブローン層のポリエステル繊維の少なくとも25%の直径(d)が1μm未満であることを特徴とする濾材。
- 単位面積当たりの質量69g/m2~180g/m2、通気度40l/m2秒~400l/m2秒、厚さ0.32mm~0.82mm及び空隙率70%~90%を有する請求項1に記載の濾材。
- 不織布層は、スパンボンド層である請求項1に記載の濾材。
- 不織布層は、単位面積当たりの質量60g/m2~120g/m2、通気度1000l/m2秒~3500l/m2秒、厚さ0.25mm~0.38mmを有する請求項1~3の何れかに1項に記載の濾材。
- 複合繊維は、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン及びポリアミドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分を含む請求項1~4の何れかに1項に記載の濾材。
- 複合繊維は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート/共重合ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- メルトブローン層は、単成分繊維を含む請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- メルトブローン層は、ポリブチレンテレフタレート繊維を含み又はポリブチレンテレフタレート繊維により構成される請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- メルトブローン層は、単位面積当たりの質量9g/m2~35g/m2、厚さ0.07mm~0.22mmを有する請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- メルトブローン層は、平均径(dl)0.60μm≦d≦1.75μmのポリエステル繊維を含む請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- 濾材は、スパンボンド層又はメルトブローン層を含む保護層を有する請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- 保護層は、ポリエステル繊維を含む請求項11に記載の濾材。
- 保護層は、単成分繊維を含む請求項11又は12に記載の濾材。
- 保護層は、ポリブチレンテレフタレー繊維又はポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維を含む請求項11~13の何れか1項に記載の濾材。
- 請求項1~14の何れか1項に記載の濾材を含むことを特徴とする濾過材。
- 濾過材は、請求項1~14の何れか1項に記載の濾材とは異なる濾材を含む請求項15に記載の濾過材。
