Abstract

Claims (15)
- 物理的な3D解剖学的モデルを製造するための3Dモデルパラメータを供給するシステムであって、
解剖学的構造の3次元画像データを収集するイメージングシステムと、
収集された3次元画像データを、3Dモデルパラメータに再構成する再構成器と、
物理的な3D解剖学的モデルを製造する装置に前記3Dモデルパラメータを直接的又は間接的に供給する3Dモデル供給ユニットと、
前記イメージングシステムのイメージング収集パラメータ及び/又は前記再構成器の再構成入力パラメータを供給するパラメータ供給器であって、前記パラメータが最大のジオメトリ精度のために最適化される、パラメータ供給器と、
を有するシステム。 - 前記パラメータ供給器は、少なくとも1つの選択可能なプリセットパラメータ設定として実現される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージングシステムが更に、前記解剖学的構造の物質情報を得るように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記物質情報は、物質組成、物質密度又は有孔率のような物質の構造分布、放射線吸収又は反射特性のような物質エネルギー情報、血液又は造影剤灌流特性のような物質内における他の物質の灌流、硬組織物質及び軟組織物質の又はそれらの間のコントラストのような組織コントラスト情報、又は温度情報のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージングシステムは、コンピュータトモグラフィイメージングシステム、好適にはスペクトル3D X線イメージングシステム又は位相コントラストX線イメージングシステムのような3DX線イメージングシステム、磁気共鳴イメージングシステム、超音波イメージングシステム、ポジトロンエミッショントモグラフィイメージングシステム、シングルフォトンエミッションコンピュータトモグラフィシステム、又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 物理的な3D解剖学的構造モデルを製造する装置であって、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステムから受け取られる3Dモデルパラメータに基づいて前記物理的な解剖学的構造モデルを製造するように構成される、装置。
- 前記3Dモデルパラメータ内の物質特性及び/又は機能特性に基づいて製造出力を適応させるように構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記製造出力は、個々の異なるカラー、カラーグレード、個々の異なる材料パラメータに関する透明レベル、スチフネス又は硬度のような機械的特性のバリエーション、及び/又は超音波反射、透過又はX線吸収のようなイメージング特性を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 3Dプリンタを有する、請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 解剖学的構造の3次元製造のためのモデルパラメータを供給する方法であって、
解剖学的構造の3次元画像データを得るステップであって、前記3次元画像データは、3次元画像データを収集するように構成される医用イメージングシステムによって得られる、ステップと、
前記収集された3次元画像データを3Dモデルパラメータに再構成するステップと、
前記物理的な3D解剖学的構造モデルを製造する装置に前記3Dモデルパラメータを直接的又は間接的に供給するステップと、
を有し、前記医用イメージングシステムのイメージング収集パラメータ及び/又は再構成器の再構成入力パラメータが、最大のジオメトリ精度のために最適化される、方法。 - 前記医用イメージングシステムは更に、前記解剖学的構造モデルの物質情報及び/又は機能情報を得るように構成される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記物質情報は、物質組成、物質密度のような物質の構造分布、放射線吸収又は反射特性のような物質エネルギー情報、血液又は造影剤灌流特性のような物質内における他の物質の灌流、硬組織物質及び軟組織物質の又はそれらの間のコントラストのような組織コントラスト情報、又は温度情報のうちの1つ又は複数を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記解剖学的構造モデルは、前記解剖学的モデルの物質及び/又は情報を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 物理的な3D解剖学的構造モデルを製造する方法であって、
請求項10乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法の各ステップと、
好適には3Dプリンティングによって、前記3Dモデルパラメータに基づいて前記物理的な解剖学的構造モデルを製造するステップと、
を有する方法。 - コンピュータ上でランされるとき、請求項10乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の各ステップ及び好適には請求項14に記載の製造するステップを実施する、コンピュータプログラム製品。
