Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to a vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle.

For example, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, an anchor plate is rotatably connected to a back bracket via a stepped bolt. A gap is provided between the back bracket and the anchor plate, and a wave washer (also referred to as a "wave washer") is arranged in the gap.

Further, in the invention, the small-diameter portion of the stepped bolt penetrates the wave washer, the wave washer is sandwiched between the large-diameter portion of the stepped bolt and the back bracket, and the large-diameter portion engages the anchor plate. A gap is provided through and between the wave washer and the anchor plate.

In the invention described in Patent Document 1, since a gap is provided between the wave washer and the anchor plate, the anchor plate is configured to be displaceable between the wave washer and the head of the stepped bolt. Therefore, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, rattling occurs in the anchor plate.

In view of the above points, the present disclosure discloses an example of a vehicle seat that includes a mechanism that rotatably supports a rotating member and that is capable of suppressing rattling.

A vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle desirably has, for example, at least one of the following constituent requirements.

That is, the constituent elements are a fixed member (11), a rotating member (12), and a connector (13) that rotatably connects the rotating member (12) to the fixed member (11), A rod-shaped connector (13) passing through (11) and the rotating member (12), and an annular washer disposed between the fixed member (11) and the rotating member (12) and penetrated by the connector (13) (14) It is provided with a washer (14) exerting an elastic force in a direction to separate the rotating member (12) from the fixed member (11).

As a result, the washer (14) associated with the vehicle seat is arranged between the fixed member (11) and the rotating member (12) in an orientation that separates the rotating member (12) from the fixed member (11). , it is possible to suppress the rattling of the rotating member (12) with respect to the fixed member (11).

By the way, when the vehicle seat is assembled, if the washer (14) is attached to the large-diameter portion (13B) of the connector (13) and the first member (11) as in the invention described in Patent Document 1, In the sandwiched state, a gap is generated between the washer (14) and the second member (12), so rattling cannot be suppressed. The first member (11) refers to one of the fixed member (11) and the rotating member (12). The second member (12) refers to the other member.

On the other hand, in the vehicle seat, the connector (13) has a small diameter portion (13A) passing through the first member (11), a diameter larger than that of the small diameter portion (13A), and a washer (14). One of the first member (11) and the second member (12) (11) has a large diameter portion (13B) that penetrates the A recessed portion (11A) that is recessed in the direction of the recessed portion (11A) through which the connector (13) penetrates is provided. and the position of one member (11) with respect to the other member (12) is determined by the large diameter portion (13B).

Therefore, the position of the rotating member (12) relative to the fixed member (11) is determined by the large diameter portion (13B), and the washer (14) is held at a position corresponding to the large diameter portion (13B). Therefore, when the vehicle seat is assembled, the washer (14) can be reliably prevented from being caught between the large-diameter portion (13B) and the first member (11). The rattling of the rotating member (12) with respect to the can be reliably suppressed.

It should be noted that "the position of the one member (11) with respect to the other member (12) is determined by the large diameter portion (13B)" means, for example, the bottom of the recess (11A), that is, the one member (11) The state in which the large diameter portion (13B) is in direct contact with , or the state in which the large diameter portion (13B) is in indirect contact with one member (11) via a spacer such as a spacer. Say.

Incidentally, the symbols in each parenthesis above are examples showing the correspondence with the specific configurations and the like described in the embodiments described later, and the present disclosure is not limited to the specific configurations and the like indicated by the symbols in the parentheses. .

The hinge mechanism 10 according to this embodiment includes a washer 14 . The washer 14 is disposed between the fixed member 11 and the rotating member 12, is an annular washer through which the connector 13 penetrates, and exerts an elastic force in the direction of separating the rotating member 12 from the fixed member 11. do.

As a result, the washer 14 is arranged between the fixed member 11 and the rotating member 12 and exerts an elastic force in a direction to separate the rotating member 12 from the fixed member 11 . rattling can be suppressed.

By the way, when the vehicle seat 1 is assembled, if the washer 14 is sandwiched between the large-diameter portion 13B of the connector 13 and the fixing member 11 as in the invention described in Patent Document 1, the washer Since a gap is generated between 14 and rotating member 12, rattling cannot be suppressed.

On the other hand, the connector 13 related to the hinge mechanism 10 has a small diameter portion 13A passing through the fixing member 11 and a large diameter portion 13B having a larger diameter than the small diameter portion 13A and passing through the washer 14. there is
