Claims (12)
- 少なくとも2つの連結部品(21、22)の間の流体接続を作成及び分離するためのシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)であって、前記コック(19)は、前記シャットオフバルブ(11)のハウジング(18)の内部空間内で回転可能に支承可能であり、回転軸(25)の方向で前後に位置するように、円錐面(27)を有する円錐部分(20)とグリップ(23)を有するグリップ部分(24)とを有し、前記円錐部品(20)は、前記回転軸(25)に対して垂直に孔(26)、殊に流体通路を有し、前記円錐面(27)は、前記ハウジング(18)の前記内部空間の内面と封止接続することができるウェブ(30、31、32)を有する、コックにおいて、前記コック(19)が前記円錐部品(20)及び前記グリップ部品(24)とワンピースに形成されていることを特徴とする、シャットオフバルブ用のコック。
- 前記円錐面(27)が、前記円錐部品(20)の周りにリング状に延在する少なくとも2つの水平ウェブ(30、31)を有し、1つのウェブ(30)が前記孔(26)の上に配置され、1つのウェブ(31)が下に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 前記円錐面(27)は、前記円錐面(27)に沿ってそれぞれ前記孔(26)の出口開口(28、29)の隣に延在する少なくとも4つの垂直ウェブ(32)を有し、前記ウェブ(32)は、直線的に、又は湾曲させて形成され、前記孔(26)の周囲に特に半円状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 前記円錐面(27)が少なくとも2つの水平ウェブ(30、31)と少なくとも4つの垂直ウェブ(32)を有し、前記垂直ウェブ(32)の端部がそれぞれ水平ウェブ(30、31)と一致することを特徴とする、請求項2及び請求項3に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 前記垂直ウェブ(32)が、少なくとも前記孔(26)の直径に対応する幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 前記円錐部品(20)、前記グリップ部品(24)、及び前記ウェブ(30、31、32)が同じ材料、殊にPEEKからワンピースに製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 少なくとも前記垂直ウェブ(32)、特にすべてのウェブ(30、31、32)の形状がエンボス加工プロセスによって、特に高精度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)。
- 請求項1に記載のコック(19)を備える、例えば内視鏡(10)などの殊に医療用手持ち機器の少なくとも2つの連結部品(21、22)の間の流体接続を作成及び分離するためのシャットオフバルブ(11)。
- 特に請求項1に記載の、少なくとも2つの連結部品(21、22)の間の流体接続を作成及び分離するためのシャットオフバルブ(11)用のコック(19)を製造する方法であって、前記コック(19)は、前記シャットオフバルブ(11)のハウジング(18)の内部空間内で回転可能に支承可能であり、回転軸(25)の方向に前後に位置するように、円錐面(27)を有する円錐部分(20)とグリップ(23)を有するグリップ部分(24)とを有し、前記円錐部品(20)は、前記回転軸(25)に対して垂直に孔(26)、殊に流体通路を有し、前記円錐面(27)は、前記ハウジング(18)の前記内部空間の内面と封止接続することができるウェブ(30、31、32)を有する、方法において、前記コック(19)が前記円錐部品(20)及び前記グリップ部品(24)とワンピースに製造されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記コック(19)は、前記円錐部品(20)及び前記グリップ部品(24)と殊にPEEKからワンピースに射出成形され、直後に後置されたプロセスでエンボス加工され、前記エンボス加工によって前記円錐面(27)及び/又は前記ウェブ(30、31、32)が要求される精度を獲得することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のコック(19)を製造する方法。
- 前記コック(19)の前記射出成形及び前記ウェブ(30、31、32)の前記エンボス加工が共通のプロセス工程で行われ、前記射出成形されたコック(19)が射出成形装置においてエンボス加工されることを特徴とする、請求項9又は請求項10に記載のコック(19)を製造する方法。
- 前記ウェブ(30、31、32)が前記エンボス加工によって平坦化され、前記ウェブ(30、31、32)が圧縮によって要求される精度を獲得することを特徴とする、請求項9~請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のコック(19)を製造する方法。
