Abstract
【課題】結合組織疾患治療薬を提供する。【解決手段】変性剤を人体に投与することにより、結合組織疾患の原因である身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを変性により壊し、増殖を防ぎ、結合組織疾患の治療をするための、変性剤という結合組織疾患の治療薬を提供する。【選択図】なし
Description
本発明は、結合組織疾患治療薬に関する。
結合組織疾患を根本的に治療する薬がない。
結合組織疾患治療薬を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の目的を達成するため、次の構成を採用する。
結合組織疾患は、真皮・靱帯・腱・骨・軟骨などを構成する蛋白質であるコラーゲンに全身的に障害・炎症を生じる様々な疾患の総称です。
炎症が起こる原因は、細菌やウイルスが感染して、攻撃を受け続けてしまい、症状が出現すると考えられています。
結合組織疾患の原因である細菌やウイルスに対して、変性剤を人体に投入することにより、身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより細菌やウイルスの増殖を防ぎ、結合組織疾患の治療をする。
細菌、ウイルスなどの結合組織疾患の病原体は、核酸を持っている。
核酸とは、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡのことである。
ＤＮＡとＲＮＡは塩基間で水素結合しているが、変性剤を加えてアルカリ性にすると、水素イオンを放出するため変性し、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡの水素結合が壊れる。
変性剤を加えてＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより、細菌、ウイルスの増殖を防ぐことができるため、変性剤という結合組織疾患治療薬となる。
結合組織疾患は、真皮・靱帯・腱・骨・軟骨などを構成する蛋白質であるコラーゲンに全身的に障害・炎症を生じる様々な疾患の総称です。
炎症が起こる原因は、細菌やウイルスが感染して、攻撃を受け続けてしまい、症状が出現すると考えられています。
結合組織疾患の原因である細菌やウイルスに対して、変性剤を人体に投入することにより、身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより細菌やウイルスの増殖を防ぎ、結合組織疾患の治療をする。
細菌、ウイルスなどの結合組織疾患の病原体は、核酸を持っている。
核酸とは、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡのことである。
ＤＮＡとＲＮＡは塩基間で水素結合しているが、変性剤を加えてアルカリ性にすると、水素イオンを放出するため変性し、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡの水素結合が壊れる。
変性剤を加えてＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより、細菌、ウイルスの増殖を防ぐことができるため、変性剤という結合組織疾患治療薬となる。
変性剤という結合組織疾患の治療薬を人体に投与することにより、結合組織疾患を治療する。
代表的な変性剤は、尿素薬がある。

- 結合組織疾患の治療方法として、変性剤を人体に投与することにより、変性をおこし、身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊して増殖を防ぐことにより、結合組織疾患の治療をするための、変性剤という結合組織疾患の治療薬。
