Description

本発明は、椎間板ヘルニア治療薬に関する。
椎間板ヘルニアを治療する有効な薬がない。
椎間板ヘルニア治療薬を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の目的を達成するため、次の構成を採用する。
椎間板ヘルニアの痛みの原因の一つは、神経の周りの炎症である。
変性剤を人体に投入することにより、炎症の原因である身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより増殖を防ぎ、炎症の治療をする。
細菌、ウイルス、などの炎症の病原体は、核酸を持っている。
核酸とは、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡのことである。
ＤＮＡとＲＮＡは塩基間で水素結合しているが、変性剤を加えてアルカリ性にすると、水素イオンを放出するため変性し、ＤＮＡとＲＮＡの二重らせんが１本鎖ごと２本に分離する。
変性剤を加えてＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより、細菌、ウイルスの増殖を防ぐことができるため、変性剤という炎症を治療することによる椎間板ヘルニア治療薬となる。
炎症の部分を標的とする変性剤を有効成分とするリポソーム医薬品として、人体に投与する方法もある。
変性剤という炎症の治療薬を人体に投与することにより、椎間板ヘルニアを治療する。
代表的な変性剤は、尿素薬がある。
変性剤という椎間板ヘルニアの治療薬を飲み薬として飲むか、注射により投与する。
炎症の部分を標的とする変性剤を有効成分とするリポソーム医薬品として、人体に投与する方法もある。
代表的な変性剤は、尿素薬がある。

  1. 椎間板ヘルニアの治療方法として、痛みの原因の一つである炎症を防ぐため、変性剤を人体に投与することにより、変性をおこし、炎症の原因である身体に侵入した細菌やウイルスのＤＮＡとＲＮＡを壊すことにより増殖を防ぎ、炎症の治療をすることによる、変性剤という椎間板ヘルニアの治療薬。
