前記細胞培養チャンバーのサイズを含むデータを第1の入力として受け取らせ、
前記細胞培養チャンバーの中へ導入されることとなる1つまたは複数の流体の中の、第1の細胞タイプの第1の濃度および第2の細胞タイプの第2の濃度を含むデータを第2の入力として受け取らせ、
前記第1および第2の入力に基づいて、前記第1の細胞タイプおよび前記第2の細胞タイプが前記細胞培養チャンバー内で互いに接触している確率を最大化する、前記細胞培養チャンバーに導入される灌流流体の灌流レートを計算させる、
