Claims (8)
- 直列連結された多数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーと、
前記多数のバッテリーセルに並列連結された多数のダイオードと、
前記多数のバッテリーセルに連結された多数のスイッチを含むスイッチ部と、
前記多数のバッテリーセルの電圧を検出しセルバランシングを遂行する制御部と、
前記多数のバッテリーセルと前記制御部を連結する多数のセンシングラインとを含み、
前記制御部は前記スイッチがオフ(OFF)にされた状態で各バッテリーセルと隣接した上位バッテリーセルの間の第1上位電圧差を測定し、前記スイッチを一定時間オン(ON)にした後に各バッテリーセルと隣接した上位バッテリーセルの間の第2上位電圧差を測定して、前記第2上位電圧差が前記第1上位電圧差より大きいと該当バッテリーセルのセンシングラインが断線したものと判断することを特徴とする、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記制御部は前記スイッチがオフ(OFF)にされた状態で各バッテリーセルと隣接した下位バッテリーセルの間の第1下位電圧差を測定し、前記スイッチを一定時間オン(ON)にした後に各バッテリーセルと隣接した下位バッテリーセルの間の第2下位電圧差を測定して、前記第2下位電圧差が前記第1下位電圧差より小さいと該当バッテリーセルのセンシングラインが断線したものと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 断線したセンシングラインは、該当バッテリーセルに連結されたダイオードと、上位バッテリーセルに連結されたダイオードの電圧分配によって該当バッテリーセルの電圧を測定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 断線したセンシングラインの隣接した上位バッテリーセルは、前記スイッチをオン(ON)にすると電圧が高くなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 断線したセンシングラインのバッテリーセルは、前記スイッチをオン(ON)にすると電圧が低くなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記スイッチがオンの状態で断線したセンシングラインのバッテリーセルの電圧は隣接した下位バッテリーセルの電圧であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記スイッチ部は、偶数グループのスイッチと奇数グループのスイッチを交互にオン(ON)にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記制御部は前記偶数グループのスイッチをオン(ON)にして偶数バッテリーセルの電圧を測定した後に前記偶数グループのスイッチをオフ(OFF)にさせ、前記奇数グループのスイッチをオン(ON)にして奇数バッテリーセルの電圧を測定した後に前記奇数グループのスイッチをオフ(OFF)にさせることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理システム。
