Hereinafter, the noodle boiling device according to the present embodiment will be described in detail.

(Schematic overall configuration of noodle boiling device)
FIG. 1 shows an overall schematic perspective view of an example of a noodle boiling apparatus according to this embodiment. Moreover, FIG. 2 shows a schematic overall view of an example of the noodle holder to be put into the noodle boiling apparatus according to the present embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, the noodle boiling apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment includes a hot tub 112 for boiling noodles held in a noodle holder 200 (see FIG. 2) configured to hold noodles such as ramen noodles. and a heating unit 114 disposed, for example, below the noodle boiling unit 110 and configured to heat the noodle boiling unit 110.

In addition, the noodle boiling device 100 according to the present embodiment includes a noodle loading unit 120 configured so that the noodle holder 200 can be loaded into the noodle boiling unit 10 from the outside of the noodle boiling unit 100, and the noodle boiling unit 110. After the noodles in the noodle holder 200 are boiled, the hot water draining part 130 drains the hot water from the noodles in the noodle holder 200 by rotating the noodle holder 200, and the hot water draining part 130 holds the noodles. and a noodle take-out part 140 configured to be able to take out the container 200 .

Furthermore, the noodle boiling apparatus 100 according to this embodiment includes a first moving mechanism 150 that moves the noodle holder 200 from the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130, and a noodle extracting section 140 from the hot water draining section 130. and a second moving mechanism 160 for moving the noodle holder 200 .

Next, each component will be described in further detail.

(Noodle holder)
In the noodle boiling apparatus 100 according to this embodiment, the noodles are boiled and drained while being held in the noodle holder 200 . First, a configuration example of the noodle holder 200 will be described with reference to FIG.

The noodle holder 200 has, for example, a spherical or semi-spherical outer shape (eg, an elliptical shape, a daruma shape), and is sized to accommodate a predetermined amount of dried or raw noodles, for example, about 50 g to 300 g per serving. It is configured. By making the noodle holder 200, for example, a daruma shape, the noodle holder 200 can stand on its own after the hot water of the noodles is drained.

Silicon is used as the material of the noodle holder 200, and the noodle holder 200 holding the noodles is submerged in hot water at a temperature for boiling the noodles before the noodles are boiled, and after the noodles are boiled, the noodles are removed. It is preferable to adjust the thickness of the frame of the noodle holder 200 so that the noodle holder 200 floats in boiling water. Thereby, as will be described later, after the noodles are boiled, the noodle holder 200 can be moved from the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130 by the first moving mechanism 150 .

One or more holes 210 (holes) are formed in the outer circumference of the noodle holder 200 . The outer peripheral shape of the hole 210 is not particularly limited, but in the example shown in FIG. can.

Although the number of holes 210 formed in the noodle holding portion 200 is not particularly limited, it is preferable to form as many holes as possible over the entire outer circumference of the noodle holder 200 . Specifically, the number of holes 210 formed in the noodle holder 200 can be 30 to 100, for example. The plurality of holes 210 may be arranged at predetermined intervals, or the plurality of holes 210 may be provided at random as shown in FIG.

The size of the hole 210 is sufficiently small so that the noodles contained in the noodle holder 200 do not come out through the hole 210 . As a result, after the noodle holding portion 200 is moved to the hot water draining portion 130 by the first moving mechanism 150 to be described later, the hot water of the noodles can be reliably drained without coming out of the noodle holder 200 .

The noodle holder 200 is preferably configured to be openable and closable so that noodles can be accommodated therein. The method of opening and closing the noodle holder 200 is not particularly limited. For example, when the noodle holder 200 is spherical, the noodle holder 200 can be configured to be openable and closable by engaging two hemispherical lids. .

Next, the main configuration of the noodle boiling device 100 according to this embodiment will be described in more detail.

(Noodle boiling unit 110)
The noodle boiling unit 110 in the noodle boiling apparatus 100 according to this embodiment serves to boil the noodles held in the noodle holder 200 .

The noodle boiling section 110 includes a hot water tank 112 arranged inside the housing of the noodle boiling apparatus 100 and a heating device 114 arranged, for example, in the lower part of the hot water tank 112 .

FIG. 3 shows a schematic side view of an example of the noodle boiling section according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the tundish tub 112 includes, for example, a box-shaped tub 112a having a rectangular opening that opens upward, and a lid portion 112b that can open and close the opening. In other words, the tundish tub 112 has a rectangular bottom portion, four side portions extending upward from the bottom portion, and a rectangular top portion (lid portion) that can be opened and closed. The hot water bath 112 stores hot water introduced through an opening therein.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lid portion 112b of the hot tub 112 is inclined so as to rise from one end side, for example, the front side 112a1 in FIG. 1, to the other end side, for example, the rear side 112a2 in FIG. It is preferably configured to As a result, when the noodles held in the noodle holder 200 are boiled, the noodle holder 200 floating on the hot water surface of the hot tub 112 is guided to the higher surface side by this inclination and buoyancy. be done. More specifically, referring to FIG. 3, the noodle holder 200a holding the noodles is designed so that it sinks (does not float) in hot water before the noodles are boiled. Then, as the noodles are boiled in the hot water, the noodle holder 200b holding the noodles floats on the surface of the hot water as the specific gravity changes (see the upward arrow in FIG. 3). Then, the inclination and buoyancy of the lid portion 112b guide the noodle holder 200c toward the rear surface side 112a2 inside the hot tub 112 (see the right arrow in FIG. 3). This facilitates movement of the noodle holder 200 from the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130 via the first moving mechanism 150, which will be described later.

The heating device 114 is not particularly limited as long as it can heat the hot water or water in the hot water tub 112, but is composed of, for example, an IH inverter or a gas burner.

(Noodle input section 120)
The noodle charging section 120 serves to introduce the noodle holder 200 from the outside of the noodle boiling apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment into the noodle boiling section 110 .

The noodle introduction section 120 is configured such that a cylindrical noodle introduction section 121 for introducing the noodle holder 200 into the noodle boiling section 110 and an opening at one end of the noodle introduction section 121 can be opened and closed. is configured to be able to open and close a first lid portion 122 serving as an input port of the noodle holder 200 and an opening at the other end of the noodle introduction portion 121. and a second lid portion 123 communicating with the portion 110 .

The noodle introduction part 121 is preferably inclined so as to be lowered from the first lid part 122 side to the second lid part 123 side. As a result, the noodle holder 200 introduced into the noodle introduction section 121 through the first lid section 122 moves toward the second lid section 123 by gravity without using external power or the like. The noodles are moved to the noodle boiling section 110 through an opening formed by opening the second lid section 123 .

As a more preferable example, FIG. 4 shows a schematic side view of an example of the noodle charging section according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4 , the noodle charging section 120 includes a cylindrical noodle introduction section 121 that introduces the noodle holder 200 into the noodle boiling section 110, and a third lid section 124 and a third lid section 124. and the second lid portion 123, and a third moving mechanism 126 for moving the third lid portion 124 toward the second lid portion 123 side. . In the example shown in FIG. 4, the third lid portion 124 is provided corresponding to the position where hot water is present in the hot tub 112 of the noodle boiling portion 110 .

The third lid portion 124 divides the noodle introduction portion 121 into a space P1 between the first lid portion 122 and the third lid portion 124 and a space P1 between the third lid portion 124 and the second lid portion 123. It plays a role of separating from the space P2 in between. The space P1 is preferably configured to be evacuable by a vacuum pump or the like (not shown).

An example of introducing the noodle holder 200 into the noodle boiling section 110 in the example shown in FIG. 4 will be described. First, the first lid portion 122 is opened, and the noodle holder 200 is put into the space P1 through the opening. Then, the first lid portion 122 is closed, and the space P1 is evacuated by a vacuum pump or the like (not shown). Then, the third lid portion 124 is opened, the noodle holder 200 is moved to the space P2, and the third lid portion 124 is closed. By detecting the noodle holder 200, the first detector 125 moves the third lid 124 toward the second lid 123 via the third moving mechanism 126, and moves the second lid 124 toward the second lid 123. The lid portion 123 can be opened and the noodle holder 200 can be introduced into the noodle boiling portion 110 .

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the noodle holder 200 can be put into the hot water of the noodle boiling section 110 in a (low) vacuum state. Therefore, it is possible to produce noodles having a chewy texture as if they were freshly kneaded by hand.

The number of the noodle charging unit 120 may be one, but it is preferable to have a plurality of units so that a plurality of noodles can be boiled at the same time. In the example shown in FIG. 1, three noodle charging units 120 are arranged in a row.

(First moving mechanism 150)
The first moving mechanism 150 serves to move the noodle holder 200 holding the noodles boiled in the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130 . In the example shown in FIG. 1 , the first moving mechanism 150 is provided on the rear side of the noodle boiling device 100 at a position substantially equal to the surface of the hot water in the noodle boiling section 110 .

The noodle holder 200 rises to the surface of the hot water as the noodles are boiled. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 described above, by inclining the lid portion 112b of the hot tub 112, the noodle holder 200 is moved to a predetermined position (for example, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the back side of the noodle boiling apparatus 100). can be moved with

Then, the noodle holder 200 is moved from the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130 via the first moving mechanism 150 . Therefore, hot water draining section 130 is provided in communication with noodle boiling section 110 . The first moving mechanism 150 may be provided so as to be automatically activated every time the noodles are boiled, for example, every 3 to 5 minutes, or manually activated to move the noodle holder 200 from the noodle boiling section 110 to hot water. It may be moved to the cutting section 130 .

The configuration of the first moving mechanism 150 is not particularly limited as long as it can move the noodle holder 200 from the noodle boiling section 110 to the hot water draining section 130. A moving mechanism or the like configured to be extendable can be used.

(Hot water draining part)
The hot water draining part 130 rotates the noodle holder 200 holding the boiled noodles moved by the first moving mechanism 150 to drain the water in the noodle holder 200 and drain the noodles. play a role in

In the noodle boiling device 100 according to this embodiment shown in FIG. , preferably a horizontally arranged first plate portion 134 and a rotation driving portion 136 configured to rotate the convex portion 132 .

As described above, the protrusion 132 has a shape that engages with the outer peripheral shape of the hole 210 formed in the noodle holder 200, and as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the outer peripheral shape of the convex portion 132 is also a cross shape having an outer peripheral shape slightly smaller than the outer peripheral shape of the hole portion 210 .

As described above, the number of holes 210 formed in the noodle holder 200 depends on the size of the noodle holder 200, but the larger the number, the better. By increasing the number of holes 210 formed in the noodle holder 200, projections are formed in the holes 210 of the noodle holder 200 regardless of the position of the noodle holder 200 moved by the first moving mechanism 150. Portions 132 are engaged.

When hot water is drained from the noodles held in the noodle holder 200, the hot water is drained from the noodles by driving the rotation drive unit 136.

The rotation speed and time of rotation by the rotation driving unit 134 are not particularly limited as long as the hot water can be drained off the noodles sufficiently. It is preferable to By using the hot water draining part 130 according to the present embodiment, hot water can be drained while the noodles are held in the noodle holder 200, so the noodles are not damaged during hot water draining.

In the example shown in FIG. 1, the second moving mechanism 160 includes a cylindrical noodle lead-out portion 162 that guides the noodle holder 200 into the noodle take-out portion 140, and a noodle holder held in the first plate portion 134. and an extrusion mechanism 164 that pushes out the noodles 200 toward the noodle outlet 162 side.

The noodle lead-out portion 162 has a cylindrical shape that serves as a lead-out path for guiding the noodle holder 200 to the noodle take-out portion 140. At least one end communicates with the hot water drain portion 130, and the other end communicates with the hot water drain portion 130. is configured to communicate with the noodle take-out portion 140 .

The noodle lead-out portion 162 is preferably inclined so as to be lowered from the hot water drainer 130 side to the noodle take-out portion 140 side. As a result, the weight of the noodle holder 200 itself causes the noodle holder 200 to be automatically moved to the noodle extraction section 140 .

The push-out mechanism 164 is not particularly limited as long as it can push the noodle holder 200 held by the first plate portion 134 toward the noodle lead-out portion 162, and a known push-out mechanism can be used.
