Abstract
Description
The present disclosure relates to pervaporized pouches.
Pouches are known which are composed of sheets having a plurality of layers. At least one of the layers may be provided with a paper layer made of paper.
In the pouch as described above, when the contents require heat treatment, a steam vent is provided for discharging the water vapor generated by the heating. However, paper has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than a layer made of resin, which is a material that constitutes a general pouch. For this reason, there is a possibility that suitable steam cannot be passed through the portion where the steam passing portion is formed.
The vapour-type pouch of the present disclosure is composed of a sheet having a layered structure including a paper layer and a sealant layer, and includes a pouch body having a housing space, and a protrusion configured to protrude from the pouch body. The ventilating pouch, wherein the protruding portion includes a ventilating portion that opens when the pressure in the housing space increases, and the sheet is provided with the ventilating portion in a first predetermined region including at least a portion of the ventilating portion. The layer structure includes a thermal release layer laminated to the paper layer.
According to the steaming type pouch, suitable steaming is carried out during heating.

An example of a method of filling the content C into the

According to the vapor-
(1) Since the basis weight of the paper constituting the paper layer is 30 g/m 2 or more, even when the amount of the resin material constituting the

(Modification)
The description of the embodiment is an illustration of the form that the pervaporized pouch according to the present invention can take, and is not intended to limit the form. The vapour-type pouch according to the present invention can take a form other than the embodiment, for example, modifications of the embodiment shown below, and a combination of at least two modifications not contradicting each other.
- As for the
- The
