(PbA-BCB)((Mg1/3Nb2/3)a(Ni1/3Nb2/3)b ZrcTid)O3
同様に、第2振動発生器270の第2振動部271は(詳細に後述される)、特定の温度雰囲気またはある温度雰囲気において、第1電極部273および第2電極部275に印加される特定の電圧によって分極され得、高温から室温に変化する。例えば、第1振動発生器230の第1振動部231および第2振動発生器270の第1振動部271は、外部からそれぞれの第1電極部233, 273とそれぞれの第2電極部235,275に印加される振動駆動信号による逆圧電効果により、収縮と膨張を交互に繰り返すことによって振動することができる。例えば、第1振動発生器230の第1振動部231および第2振動発生器270の第1振動部271は、それぞれの第1電極部233,273とそれぞれの第2電極部235, 275により垂直方向の振動(d33)および平面方向(または水平方向)の振動(d31)により振動することができる。第1振動部231の平面方向の収縮および膨張により、振動装置200の変位または表示パネルの変位が増加し得、これにより振動装置200または表示パネルの振動がより向上し得る。

- 第1振動部を含む第1振動発生器、および
前記第1振動発生器の第1面上に配置された第1連結部材を含み、
前記第1振動部が、
圧電特性を有する複数の無機材料部、および
前記複数の無機材料部の間にある有機材料部を含む、振動装置。 - 前記第1連結部材が、
第1基材、および
前記第1基材の上面および下面のうちの少なくとも1つを覆う少なくとも1つの第1接着層を含む、請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1基材が、前記第1基材の前記上面および前記下面のうちの少なくとも1つから突出した少なくとも1つの第1突出部をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1突出部は、前記第1振動部の前記複数の無機材料部の少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項2に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1連結部材が、前記第1基材の前記上面および前記下面の少なくとも1つに形成された少なくとも1つの第1高弾性部材をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第1高弾性部材は、前記第1振動部の前記複数の無機材料部の少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項2に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1連結部材が、前記少なくとも1つの第1接着層に配置された少なくとも1つの第1高弾性充填材をさらに含み、

前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記第1振動部の前記複数の無機材料部の少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項6に記載の振動装置。 - 前記保護部材が、前記保護部材の第1面に配置された少なくとも1つの高弾性部材をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの高弾性部材は、前記第1振動部の前記複数の無機材料部の少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項6に記載の振動装置。 - 前記保護部材が、前記接着層に配置された少なくとも1つの高弾性充填材をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの高弾性充填材は、前記第1振動部の前記複数の無機材料部の少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項6に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1振動発生器の前記第1面と反対側の前記第1振動発生器の第2面に配置された第2連結部材、および
前記第2連結部材に配置された第2振動発生器をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第2連結部材が、
第2基材、および
前記第2基材の上面および下面のうちの少なくとも1つを覆う少なくとも1つの第2接着層を含む、請求項10に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第2基材が、前記第2基材の上面および下面のうちの少なくとも1つから突出した少なくとも1つの第2突出部をさらに含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第2突出部は、前記第2振動発生器の第2振動部の複数の無機材料部のうちの少なくとも1つと重畳する、請求項11に記載の振動装置。 - 前記第1振動発生器の前記複数の無機材料部と前記第2振動発生器の前記複数の無機材料部とが重畳する、請求項12に記載の振動装置。

前記振動発生装置が、請求項1~22のうちのいずれか一項に記載の振動装置を含む、装置。 - 前記振動対象物が、映像を表示する画素を有する表示パネル、表示装置から映像が投影されるスクリーンパネル、照明パネル、振動板、木材、プラスチック、ガラス、布、自動車の内装材、自動車のガラス窓、建物の室内天井、建物のガラス窓、航空機の内装材、および航空機のガラス窓のうちの1つ以上である、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 表示パネルの背面に配置された支持部材をさらに含む、請求項24に記載の装置。
