Description
また、第二の駆動源が駆動源の出力軸と被駆動装置の入力軸との間に挟まれる場合に比べて、第二の駆動源に外部からアクセスしやすくなり、メンテナンス性を向上させることができる。
また、モータジェネレータの駆動力を減速して駆動源および被駆動装置に伝達するので、モータジェネレータの出力を抑えることが可能となる。
したがって、モータジェネレータの小型軽量化を図ることができる。
また、クラッチを切断状態としてモータジェネレータを力行運転すれば、駆動源を停止させたままモータジェネレータのみによって被駆動装置を駆動させることができる。
図1、図2に示すように、実施形態の動力システム1は、エンジン10(駆動源)と、油圧ポンプ15(被駆動装置)と、クラッチユニット20(伝動ユニット)と、を備えている。
エンジン10は、例えば直列四気筒型の内燃機関である。エンジン10は、クランクケース11内にクランクシャフト12(駆動軸)を収容している。エンジン10は、例えばクランクシャフト12と同軸の出力軸13をクランクケース11の外部に突出させている。出力軸13は、エンジン10の運転に伴い回転駆動力を出力する。
図中線C1は互いに同軸の出力軸13および入力部16の回転中心軸線を示す。動力システム1は、出力軸13の軸方向(軸線C1に沿う方向、図中矢印F11方向)を水平にして車載される。図中矢印F12は軸方向F11と直交しかつ車載時に水平となる幅方向、図中矢印F13は軸方向F11および幅方向と直交しかつ車載時に垂直となる上下方向、をそれぞれ示している。
図3~図5を併せて参照し、伝動ケース30は、エンジン10の出力軸13およびこれと同軸の回転要素を収容する円筒状の筒状ケース部31と、筒状ケース部31よりも大径をなして筒状ケース部31のエンジン10側に配置され、出力軸13に設けられたフライホイール13aを収容するホイールハウジング32と、筒状ケース部31の油圧ポンプ15側に配置され、前記幅方向F12および上下方向F13の各幅よりも前記軸方向F11の幅が狭い偏平状をなす偏平状ケース部33と、を備えている。
図1~図5に示すように、クラッチユニット20は、油圧供給により作動するクラッチ24と、クラッチ24に対する作動オイルの供給を制御するオイル供給制御装置50と、を備えている。
図5を参照し、クラッチユニット20は、エンジン10の出力軸13に一体回転可能に連結される第一連結軸21と、油圧ポンプ15の入力部16に一体回転可能に連結される第二連結軸22と、を備えている。第一連結軸21は、エンジン10の出力軸13と同軸に配置され、出力軸13と常時一体に回転する。第二連結軸22は、油圧ポンプ15の入力部16と同軸に配置され、入力軸と常時一体に回転する。第一連結軸21および第二連結軸22は、互いに同軸に配置され、これら第一連結軸21と第二連結軸22との間に、クラッチ24が構成されている。第一連結軸21および第二連結軸22は、クラッチ24を介して動力伝達を断接可能に連結されている。
実施形態の動力システム1は、上記クラッチユニット20と、エンジン10と、油圧ポンプ15と、を備えている。
また、モータジェネレータ18がエンジン10の出力軸13と油圧ポンプ15の入力軸16との間に挟まれる場合に比べて、モータジェネレータ18に外部からアクセスしやすくなり、メンテナンス性を向上させることができる。
この構成によれば、エンジン10の駆動力を増速してモータジェネレータ18に伝達可能とするので、モータジェネレータ18の発電量を増加させることが可能となる。
また、モータジェネレータ18の駆動力を減速してエンジン10および油圧ポンプ15に伝達するので、モータジェネレータ18の出力を抑えることが可能となる。
したがって、モータジェネレータ18の小型軽量化を図ることができる。
この構成によれば、伝動ケース30のエンジン10側の部位に、ホイールハウジング32およびモータジェネレータ18を効率よく配置することが可能となり、クラッチユニット20の小型化を図ることができる。
この構成によれば、伝動ケース30が軸方向F11の幅を抑えた偏平状をなしてエンジン10と油圧ポンプ15との間に配置される偏平状ケース部33を備えることで、オイルタンク30aの容量を可及的に確保しつつ、エンジン10と被駆動部とを大きく離間させずにクラッチユニット20を配置することができる。
この構成によれば、ホイールハウジング32およびモータジェネレータ18が、偏平状ケース部33のエンジン10側の部位に集約して配置されるので、ホイールハウジング32およびモータジェネレータ18を偏平状ケース部33の軸方向両側に振り分けて配置する場合に比べて、クラッチユニット20をコンパクトにすることができる。
この構成によれば、クラッチ24を接続状態とすれば、エンジン10で油圧ポンプ15を駆動させるとともに、モータジェネレータ18を駆動させて発電を行うことができる。このとき、モータジェネレータ18を力行運転すれば、モータジェネレータ18でエンジン10の駆動をアシストすることができる。
また、クラッチ24を切断状態としてモータジェネレータ18を力行運転すれば、エンジン10を停止させたままモータジェネレータ18のみによって油圧ポンプ15を駆動させることができる。
実施形態の動力システム1は、上記クラッチユニット20と、エンジン10と、油圧ポンプ15と、を備えている。
この構成によれば、クラッチユニット20の被駆動側連結部23bがエンジン10の第一連結部11aと同一形状であるため、油圧ポンプ15の第二連結部15aを変更したり別部品を介装したりすることなく、クラッチユニット20を設置することが可能となる。これにより、既存の動力システムを効率よくハイブリッド化することができる。
この構成によれば、エンジン10および油圧ポンプ15の各躯体連結部11c,15cを変更したり別部品を介装したりすることなく、クラッチユニット20の連結ケース部48を連結することが可能となる。これにより、既存の動力システムを効率よくハイブリッド化することができる。
この構成によれば、クラッチユニット20の被駆動側ケース連結部48cがエンジン10の第一躯体連結部11cと同一形状であるため、油圧ポンプ15の第二躯体連結部15cを変更したり別部品を介装したりすることなく、クラッチユニット20を設置することが可能となる。これにより、既存の動力システムを効率よくハイブリッド化することができる。
この構成によれば、クラッチ24を接続状態とすれば、エンジン10で油圧ポンプ15を駆動させるとともに、モータジェネレータ18を駆動させて発電を行うことができる。このとき、モータジェネレータ18を力行運転すれば、モータジェネレータ18でエンジン10の駆動をアシストすることができる。また、クラッチ24を切断状態としてモータジェネレータ18を力行運転すれば、エンジン10を停止させたままモータジェネレータ18のみによって油圧ポンプ15を駆動させることができる。
そして、上記実施形態における構成は本発明の一例であり、実施形態の構成要素を周知の構成要素に置き換える等、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

- 駆動源の出力軸と、前記駆動源の駆動力により駆動される被駆動装置の入力軸と、を動力伝達可能に連結する連結要素と、
前記駆動源とは別に駆動力を発生させる第二の駆動源と、を備え、
前記第二の駆動源は、前記出力軸の軸方向から見て、前記連結要素を避けて配置されている、伝動ユニット。 - 前記第二の駆動源はモータジェネレータであり、前記出力軸に対してオフセットした第二の出力軸を有し、
前記出力軸と前記第二の出力軸との間に、前記出力軸の駆動力を増速して前記第二の出力軸に伝達可能な伝動機構を備えている、請求項1記載の伝動ユニット。 - 前記出力軸と前記第二の出力軸との間に、動力伝達可能な伝動機構を備えるとともに、前記伝動機構を収容する伝動ケースを備え、
前記伝動ケースの前記駆動源側の部位に、前記出力軸と一体回転する回転体を収容する回転体ハウジングを備え、
前記第二の駆動源は、前記伝動ケースの前記駆動源側の部位に、前記回転体ハウジングを避けて配置されている、請求項2記載の伝動ユニット。 - 前記伝動ケースは、
前記軸方向と直交する直交方向の幅よりも前記軸方向の幅が狭い偏平状に形成され、前記軸方向で前記駆動源と前記被駆動装置との間に配置される偏平状ケース部を備えている、請求項3に記載の伝動ユニット。 - 前記偏平状ケース部の前記駆動源側の部位に、前記回転体ハウジングおよび前記第二の駆動源が配置されている、請求項4に記載の伝動ユニット。
- 前記連結要素は、前記駆動源と前記被駆動装置との間の動力伝達を断接するクラッチを備え、
前記第二の駆動源はモータジェネレータであり、前記クラッチを介して前記駆動源と動力伝達可能に連結され、
