Description

The present invention relates to the structure of a tray for cold transporting squid and other fishing fish.

Fishing fish must be transported in a cold condition. Generally, fishing fish are kept cold and transported by being housed in a cooler box together with ice. By the way, when a plurality of fishing fish are randomly housed in the cooler box, the fishing fish are pressed against each other in the cooler box and deteriorate as fresh fish. Therefore, a cooler box has been proposed in which the inside of the refrigerator is systematically partitioned by a partition plate and a plurality of fishing fish are arranged and stored (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-100069

However, if the fishing fish comes into direct contact with the ice in the refrigerator, the surface of the fishing fish will change color. Also, if the fishing fish is immersed in the water generated by the melting of ice, the body will become soggy. This inconvenience is particularly remarkable when the fishing fish is a squid, and it is not easy for the angler to transport the fishing fish without deteriorating it and reducing its freshness.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing fish tray that avoids direct contact with a cold insulating material such as ice and moisture, arranges a plurality of fishing fish in an aligned manner, and enables good cold insulation transportation.

(1) The fishing fish tray according to the present invention is erected on a substrate portion forming a mounting surface on which fishing fish is placed and on opposite side edges of the substrate portion, and has a pair of side plate portions raised from the side edges. The tray body has a straight groove into which the substrate portion is fitted and a pair of bent grooves into which the pair of side plate portions are fitted, and the substrate portion and the side plate portion are fitted with the straight groove and the bent groove. It is provided on both end edges of the tray body in a detachable manner, and is provided with a pair of terrace members that cooperate with the tray body to partition a storage chamber for accommodating fishing fish. A first bay portion recessed outward is formed on the inner wall of one terrace member, and a second bay portion recessed outward is formed on the inner wall of the other terrace member. Drainage holes are formed in the inner part of the terrace and the second bay.

According to this configuration, by providing a pair of terrace members on both end edges of the substrate portion, an accommodation chamber is formed by the inner wall of the terrace member and the substrate portion and the side plate portion. By placing the fishing fish on the mounting surface of the substrate portion, the fishing fish is stably arranged in the accommodation chamber without falling off from the mounting surface described above. Even if water is generated from ice or other cold insulation material placed in the cooler box, the water flows to the first bay part and the second bay part formed in the pair of terrace members, and flows from the drainage hole. It is discharged to the outside. Therefore, excessive water does not adhere to the fishing fish. Since the terrace member is a separate member from the tray body, the fishing tray can be easily assembled by simply fitting the terrace member into the end of the tray body. The terrace member may be fastened to the tray body side with screws, for example. In this case, the terrace member is securely fixed to the tray body and easily removed. Moreover, even if the size of the tray body is changed, the compatibility of the terrace members is maintained. Therefore, fishing trays of various sizes that match the capacity of the cooler box can be easily manufactured.

(2) The substrate portion is preferably curved so that a apex is formed at the center portion of the above-mentioned mounting surface.

In this configuration, the water on the substrate portion rapidly flows toward the boundary between the substrate portion and the side plate portion, or toward the terrace member side. Therefore, it is surely prevented that excess water adheres to the fishing fish.

(3) It is preferable that the first bay portion and the second bay portion have a guide surface inclined toward the drainage hole.

In this configuration, the water flowing in the first bay portion and the second bay portion is guided by the guide surface and discharged more quickly.

(4) It is preferable that a protrusion is formed on the outer bottom surface of the first bay portion of the one terrace member, and an engaging hole with which the protrusion can be engaged is provided on the upper surface of the other terrace member.

In this configuration, as described above, when another fishing tray that has been turned around is stacked on one fishing tray, that is, the upper fishing tray is placed on the second bay portion of the lower fishing tray. When one bay portion is arranged, the protrusion is fitted into the engagement hole. As a result, the stacked fishing trays are positioned and stably stacked.

(5) It is preferable that a notch is provided at the center of the edge of the terrace member.

In this configuration, when the fisherman's finger comes into contact with the notch, the fisherman can easily grasp the center of the fishing tray and can hold it stably. Further, when a fisherman stacks a plurality of fishing trays, the notch provided in the upper fishing tray can be easily aligned with the notch provided in the lower fishing tray, so that the fishing trays can be stacked. Work becomes easier.

(6) It is preferable that the straight groove and the bent groove form a fitting recess into which the end edge of the tray body is fitted.

(7) It is preferable that one of the terrace members and the other terrace member are colored differently.

In this configuration, when a fisherman stacks fishing trays, if the same colors are placed next to each other, the fishing trays are closely stacked, and if different colors are stacked next to each other, they are stacked with a gap. Therefore, both the work of accommodating a plurality of fishing fish trays and the work of accommodating a plurality of fishing fish can be easily performed.

(8) The tray body is preferably made of a single bent metal plate.

In this configuration, the thermal conductivity of the tray body is high, and the cooling effect of the fishing fish is high.

(9) The pair of terrace members preferably form a handle. It is preferable that the first bay portion is arranged at the center of the inner wall of one terrace member, and the second bay portion is arranged at both corners of the inner wall of the other terrace member.

In this configuration, the fisherman can use the pair of terrace members as handles. Therefore, the angler can easily handle the fishing tray, and can easily accommodate it in, for example, a cooler box.

The first bay portion is formed by denting the central portion of the inner wall of one terrace member toward the outside, and the second bay portion is formed by both corners of the inner wall of the other terrace member facing outward. It is formed by denting.

When another fishing tray is stacked on one fishing tray, if one terrace member and the other terrace member are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other, it is placed on the first bay part of the lower fishing tray. The first bay portion of the upper fishing tray overlaps, and the second bay portion of the upper fishing tray overlaps the second bay portion of the lower fishing tray. The first bay part of the lower fishing tray has the same shape as the first bay part of the upper fishing tray, and the second bay part of the lower fishing tray has the same shape as the second bay part of the upper fishing tray. Due to its shape, both fishing trays can be fitted up and down and closely overlap. Therefore, a plurality of fishing trays can be stored compactly.

In addition, when another fishing tray that has been turned around is stacked on one fishing tray, that is, the first bay portion of the upper fishing tray is placed on the second bay portion of the lower fishing tray. In this case, the two terrace members cannot be fitted because they have different shapes, and the other terrace member is placed on one terrace member. Therefore, both fishing trays overlap each other by forming a gap corresponding to the height dimension of the terrace member in the vertical direction. Therefore, even if a plurality of fishing trays are stacked with the fishing fish arranged, contact between the fishing fish, contact between the fishing fish and the fishing fish tray, or contact between the fishing fish and ice or other cold insulating material is avoided, and moreover, contact is avoided. A large number of fishing fish can be accommodated by efficiently utilizing the space inside the cooler box.

(10) The terrace member is preferably made of resin.

In this configuration, complex terrace members are easily and inexpensively molded. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the fishing tray can be suppressed.

According to the present invention, the fishing fish placed on the fishing tray is prevented from coming into direct contact with a cold insulating material such as ice or moisture. Therefore, for example, if the fishing tray is placed in the cooler box, the fishing fish can be placed. Deterioration and deterioration of freshness are prevented, and good cold storage transportation is possible. Moreover, since the fishing trays can be stacked, a plurality of fishing fish are efficiently arranged and arranged in the refrigerator.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings as appropriate. Needless to say, this embodiment is only one aspect of the fishing tray according to the present invention, and the embodiment may be changed without changing the gist of the present invention.

1. 1. Outline configuration and features

FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a fishing tray 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The fishing fish tray 10 holds the fish (fishing fish) caught by the fisherman on the mounting surface 32. By arranging the fishing tray 10 in a cooler box, for example, a plurality of fishing fish are stored in an aligned state in the refrigerator. The fishing tray 10 includes a tray main body 11 and a first terrace member 12 (corresponding to "one terrace member" described in the claims) provided on one end side and the other end side of the tray main body 11, respectively. It has a second terrace member 13 (corresponding to the "other terrace member" described in the claims).

The feature of the fishing tray 10 according to the present embodiment is that excess water in the tray body 11 is discharged from the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13, and the fishing fish is the tray body. The point is that a plurality of fishing trays 10 are stacked in the vertical direction 37 while being placed on the 11th. As a result, when the fishing tray 10 is housed in, for example, a cooler box or other cold storage, the fishing fish is conveyed while being kept fresh while being prevented from deteriorating.

The second bay portion 53 is provided at a corner of the inner wall 52 in the short side direction 19. That is, the second bay portion 53 is arranged on both sides of the central portion 47 of the inner wall 52, and is recessed toward the outside of the tray main body 11 (outward in the long side direction 20). In other words, the inner wall 54 of the second bay portion 53 is in a state where the corner portion of the inner wall 52 is slid outward in the long side direction 20. The width dimension M of the central portion 47 of the inner wall 52 corresponds to the length of the first bay portion 43 in the short side direction 19 (see FIG. 4).

A drainage hole 56 is provided in the inner bottom portion 55 (corresponding to the “inner inner portion” described in the claims) of each second bay portion 53. Similar to the drainage hole 46 (see FIG. 4), the drainage hole 56 is an elongated hole extending in the short side direction 19 and penetrates the second bay portion 53. In the present embodiment, a single drainage hole 56 is provided in each second bay portion 53, but the shape and number of the drainage holes 56 are not particularly limited. However, it is preferable that the drainage hole 56 is formed in the inner inner part of the second bay portion 53. In the present embodiment, the first bay portion 43 and the second bay portion 53 have the above-mentioned structure, but the structure is not limited to this.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 7 and 9, a guide surface 58 is formed on the lower edge of the second terrace member 13. The guide surface 58 is inclined toward the drain hole 56 in the same manner as the guide surface 48 (see FIG. 4) of the first terrace member 12. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 9, the guide surface 58 is formed in a funnel shape and can collect water and guide it to the drain hole 46.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 7, a protrusion 60 is provided on the outer bottom surface 49 of the second terrace member 13. The protrusions 60 have the same shape as the protrusions 50 (see FIGS. 6 and 10), and are arranged side by side at a predetermined pitch P2 along the short side direction 19. In the present embodiment, two protrusions 60 are provided, but three or more protrusions 60 may be provided. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, two engagement holes 61 (corresponding to the “engagement holes to which the protrusions can engage” described in the claims) in the top plate portion 29 of the second terrace member 13. ) Is provided. The engaging hole 61 has the same shape as the engaging hole 51 (see FIG. 4), and penetrates the top plate portion 29 in the vertical direction 37. The engaging holes 61 are arranged in the short side direction 19 with a predetermined interval S2. The peripheral edge of the engaging hole 61 is chamfered in the same manner as the engaging hole 51. However, such chamfering may be omitted.

上記ピッチP1(図10参照)は間隔S2(図5参照)に対応し、上記ピッチP2(図11参照)は間隔S1(図4参照)に対応している。 The pitch P1 (see FIG. 10) corresponds to the interval S2 (see FIG. 5), and the pitch P2 (see FIG. 11) corresponds to the interval S1 (see FIG. 4).

4. Action effect

The angler can stably arrange the fishing fish in the storage chamber 33 (see FIG. 1) of the fishing fish tray 10. The angler can easily accommodate the fishing tray 10 in, for example, a cooler box by using the first and second terrace members 12 and 13 as handles. Generally, ice and other cold insulation materials are also stored in the refrigerator. Since the fishing fish is housed in the fishing fish tray 10, it does not come into direct contact with the cold insulating material. Even if water is generated from the cold insulation material and invades the storage chamber 33 of the fishing tray 10, this water will be used in the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13 in the first bay portion 43 and the second terrace portion 13. It flows to 53 and is discharged to the outside from the drain holes 46 and 56. Therefore, excessive water does not adhere to the fishing fish, and deterioration of the fishing fish is prevented.

Another fishing tray 10 is stacked on one fishing tray 10 (see FIG. 1). That is, the other fishing tray 10 is inverted in the long side direction 20 and stacked on one fishing tray 10. At this time, the second terrace member 13 is arranged on the first terrace member 12. Since the shape of the first terrace member 12 is different from the shape of the second terrace member 13, the outer bottom surface 49 (see FIG. 6) of the first bay portion 43 abuts on the top plate portion 29 of the second terrace member 13. .. As a result, both fishing trays 10 form a gap corresponding to the height dimension of each terrace member 12 and 13 and overlap vertically. Therefore, a plurality of fishing fish are arranged side by side in the cooler box, and contact between the fishing fish, contact between the fishing fish and the fishing fish tray, or contact between the fishing fish and the cold insulation material is avoided.

In addition, the water generated in the other fishing tray 10 is discharged to the outside through the drain holes 46 and 56, but since the drain holes 46 and 56 are arranged at the above-mentioned positions, the other fishing trays The water discharged from No. 10 does not enter the storage chamber 33 of one fishing tray 10, and surely falls into the first bay portion 43 or the second bay portion 53. As a result, even if a large number of fishing fish are housed in the cooler box, deterioration of the fishing fish due to water is prevented.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the guide surfaces 48 and 58 are provided, so that the water flowing to the first bay portion 12 and the second bay portion 13 is the guide surface 48. Guided by 58, the water is promptly discharged from the drain holes 46 and 56.

When a plurality of fishing trays 10 are stacked so that the first terrace members 12 and the second terrace 13 overlap each other, the first bay portion 43 and the second bay portion 53 overlap each other. The fishing tray 10 is fitted up and down and can be closely overlapped. Therefore, a plurality of fishing trays can be stored compactly.

In the present embodiment, when a plurality of fishing trays 10 are inverted and stacked as described above, the first bay portion 43 of the upper fishing tray 10 is placed on the second bay portion 53 of the lower fishing tray 10. 50 (see FIG. 6) is fitted into the engagement hole 61, and the protrusion 60 (see FIG. 7) is fitted into the engagement hole 51. As a result, the stacked fishing trays 10 are positioned and stably stacked.

In the present embodiment, since the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13 are formed of resin, they are configured as separate members from the tray main body 11. Further, even if the terrace members 12 and 13 have a complicated shape, they can be easily and inexpensively molded, and the manufacturing cost of the fishing tray 10 can be suppressed. The terrace members 12 and 13 are simply fitted into the ends of the tray body 11 (see FIG. 1), and the fishing tray 10 can be easily assembled. In the present embodiment, the terrace members 12 and 13 are fastened to the tray body 11 side with screws 38, so that they can be easily attached to and detached from the tray body 11. Therefore, even if the size of the tray body 11 (dimension B) is changed, the compatibility of the terrace members 12 and 13 is maintained. As a result, there is an advantage that fishing trays 10 of various sizes matching the capacity of the cooler box can be easily manufactured.

In the present embodiment, since the tray body 11 is made of a single metal plate 21, there is an advantage that the tray body 11 has a high thermal conductivity and a high cooling effect of the fishing fish.

In the present embodiment, since the upper edge portions 28 of the side plate portions 17 and 18 of the tray main body 11 are folded outward, the rigidity of the tray main body 11 is improved and the handling of the fishing tray 10 becomes easier for the fisherman.

5. Modification example

FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of the tray body 71 according to the first modification of the present embodiment.

The difference between the tray main body 71 according to the present modification and the tray main body 11 according to the above embodiment is that the substrate portion 14 of the tray main body 11 is a substantially flat member, whereas the substrate portion 74 of the tray main body 71 is mounted. This is a point where the tray 32 is formed on a curved surface that is convex upward. That is, the apex 70 is formed in the central portion of the above-mentioned mounting surface 32, and the mounting surface 32 is inclined downward toward the side edges 15 and 16.

According to this modification, the water on the substrate portion 74 quickly flows toward the boundary between the substrate portion 74 and the side plate portions 17 and 18, or toward the first terrace member 12 side and the second terrace member 13 side. Therefore, it is surely prevented that excess water adheres to the fishing fish.

FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing the structures of the first terrace member 82 and the second terrace member 83 according to the second modification of the present embodiment.

The differences between the first terrace member 82 and the second terrace member 83 according to this modification from the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13 according to the above embodiment are the first terrace member 82 and the second terrace member 83. The point is that the notch 84 is provided. The notch 84 is provided at the center of the edge of the top plate 29, and is notched in an arc shape in this modification.

In this modification, when the fisherman's finger comes into contact with the notch 84, the fisherman can easily grasp the center of the fishing fish tray 10 and can hold it stably. Further, when a plurality of fishing trays 10 are stacked as described above, the fisherman can easily position the notch 84 provided in the upper fishing tray 10 with respect to the notch 84 provided in the lower fishing tray 10. Can be matched. As a result, the work of stacking the fishing tray 10 becomes easy.

Further, the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13 may be colored differently. In this case, the color of only the top plate portion 29 may be changed, or a color tape or the like may be attached. In this way, the first terrace member 12 and the second terrace member 13 are colored differently, so that when the fisherman stacks the fishing trays 10, if the same colors are placed next to each other, the fishing trays 10 are in close contact with each other. If they are overlapped and different colors are placed next to each other, they can be stacked with a gap above and below. Therefore, there is an advantage that the stacking work of the fishing tray can be performed more smoothly.
