Claims (3)
- 可撓性を持たせた複数の導電体及び絶縁体による平らな積層体が設けられ、配列方向に並べられた複数の電池セルに対して前記導電体を電気接続させる導電部品と、
前記導電部品の主体から分岐している分岐体の電気接続部に載せ置かれた状態で全ての前記電池セルの内の温度検出対象に対して設けられ、温度検出対象となる前記電池セルの温度を検出するサーミスタと、
前記導電部品を収容又は/及び保持する筐体と、
を備え、
前記導電部品は、フレキシブルプリント回路基板であり、
前記分岐体は、複数の前記導電体が設けられている前記主体から前記サーミスタ用の前記導電体を前記絶縁体と共に分岐させたものであり、前記電気接続部と、前記電気接続部を前記主体に繋げる連結部と、を有し、
前記電気接続部は、前記サーミスタを前記サーミスタ用の前記導電体に対して物理的且つ電気的に接続させ、かつ、前記サーミスタが載せ置かれる載置面とは逆側の面から前記電池セルの外壁面の熱が直接的又は間接的に伝えられるものであり、
前記筐体は、前記主体から分岐した前記連結部を前記外壁面側における本モジュールの構成要素とは異なる他部品に干渉させることなく前記電気接続部まで案内する経路案内部を有し、
前記経路案内部は、前記筐体に設けた切欠き部であることを特徴とした導電モジュール。 - 前記電気接続部の前記載置面側に設け、前記電気接続部の熱を前記サーミスタに伝える伝熱具と、
前記伝熱具を介して前記電気接続部を前記外壁面側に押し付ける押付部材と、
を備え、
前記押付部材は、前記伝熱具に対して前記電気接続部側に向けた押付力を作用させる押付部と、前記押付部から各々アーム状に突出させた片持ちで且つ弾性変形可能な第1アーム及び第2アームと、を有し、
前記筐体は、前記第1アームの自由端を係止させる第1係止部と、前記第2アームの自由端を係止させる第2係止部と、を有し、
前記第1係止部と前記第2係止部は、前記押付部を前記伝熱具に接触させた状態で、それぞれに自由端が係止されている前記第1アームと前記第2アームを各々弾性変形させ、その弾性変形に伴う弾発力に応じた力を前記第1アーム及び前記第2アームのそれぞれの固定端から前記押付部に作用させ、その弾発力に応じた力に基づいて前記押付部から前記伝熱具に対して前記押付力を作用させるものとして形成され、
前記連結部は、前記第2アームと前記外壁面との間で配索させ、
前記第2係止部は、前記切欠き部としての前記経路案内部を間に挟んだ一方と他方とに各々設けることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の導電モジュール。 - 前記伝熱具は、環状に成形され、かつ、前記電気接続部に載せ置いて前記環状の内部空間に前記サーミスタを配置させると共に、前記電気接続部に対して物理的に接続させる第1伝熱部材と、前記内部空間を埋めて前記第1伝熱部材及び前記電気接続部の熱を前記サーミスタに伝える第2伝熱部材と、を備え、
前記連結部は、前記電気接続部側の端部に、前記外壁面側とは逆側に立ち上がるよう弧状に折り曲げた曲げ部を有し、
前記第1伝熱部材は、少なくとも前記曲げ部の曲げ内側と対向する部分に、弧状に形成された弧状面取り部を有することを特徴とした請求項2に記載の導電モジュール。
