Description
図1A及びBは、実施形態1に係るフィルタ100を示す。このフィルタ100は、例えば、エアコン、空気清浄機、浄水器等において、空気等の気体や水等の液体といった流体F内に設けられて用いられる。
図5A及びBは、実施形態2に係る光化学反応材200を示す。なお、実施形態1と同一名称の部分は、実施形態1と同一符号で示す。
実施形態3に係る光化学反応処理方法では、図2A及びBに示す光拡散ファイバ120を、藻やプランクトン等の生物系光化学反応媒体を含む海水(流体)内に、二次元的又は三次元的な拡がりを有して配索されるように配置する。そして、光拡散ファイバ120の光拡散部分120aから可視光を発して生物系光化学反応媒体を光化学反応(例えば光合成)させる。このような実施形態3に係る光化学反応処理方法によれば、生物系光化学反応媒体の育成を早めたり、栄養成分を高めることができる。

Claims (7)
- 流体内に設けられる光化学反応処理構造であって、
側方に光を発する光拡散部分を有する光拡散ファイバと、
前記光拡散ファイバの前記光拡散部分の長さ方向に沿って設けられ、前記光拡散部分からの光により光化学反応する光化学反応媒体と、
を備えた光化学反応処理構造。 - 請求項1に記載された光化学反応処理構造において、
前記光化学反応媒体を有するフィルタ本体を備え、前記光拡散ファイバが前記フィルタ本体に取り付けられたフィルタを構成している光化学反応処理構造。 - 請求項2に記載された光化学反応処理構造において、
前記フィルタ本体が織布、編布、又は不織布で構成され、前記光拡散ファイバが、前記フィルタ本体に、前記フィルタ本体内の糸間又は繊維間を縫うように配索されて取り付けられている光化学反応処理構造。 - 請求項1に記載された光化学反応処理構造において、
前記光拡散ファイバを被覆するように設けられた前記光化学反応媒体で形成された光化学反応媒体層を備えた光化学反応材を構成している光化学反応処理構造。 - 請求項4に記載された光化学反応処理構造において、
前記光化学反応材がシート状のフィルタを構成している光化学反応処理構造。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載された光化学反応処理構造において、
前記光拡散ファイバは、コアと、クラッドと、被覆層とを備え、前記光拡散部分では、前記コア、前記クラッド、及び被覆層のうちの少なくとも1つが光散乱体を分散して含む光化学反応処理構造。 - 側方に光を発する光拡散部分を有する光拡散ファイバを、光化学反応媒体を含む流体内に配置し、前記光拡散ファイバの前記光拡散部分から光を発して前記光化学反応媒体を光化学反応させる光化学反応処理方法。
