Claims (5)
- 第1主面に導体のスケールパターンが形成された基板と、
前記基板の第2主面に形成され、樹脂を母材として導電性材料が添加された導電膜と、を備えることを特徴とするスケール。 - 前記導電膜の前記導電性材料は、磁気シールド性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスケール。
- 前記第2主面の一部を支持する支持部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のスケール。
- 前記樹脂は、前記基板と前記支持部材との接着性を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスケール。
- 前記導電膜は、前記第2主面の全体にわたって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のスケール。
