Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packing box for carrier tape, and a packing body using the packing box and a method for packing a wound body of carrier tape.
When transporting electronic parts and the like of precision equipment to a mounting machine, carrier tape is used to store the electronic parts and the like. As the carrier tape, for example, one having an emboss on the surface of the base material for accommodating parts is used. The recess of this embossing is used as a parts storage part (pocket), and electronic parts and the like are stored in the recess, and the cover tape is used to seal the electronic parts from above. Then, the carrier tape is wound on a reel or the like to form a winding body, which is stored in a carrier tape packing box such as corrugated cardboard, and is transported or stored (see, for example, FIG. 3 of Patent Document 1).
However, when the carrier tape winding body is stored in the carrier tape packing box for transportation or storage, external impacts such as vibration and drop impact are applied to the carrier tape packing box, resulting in loosening of the carrier tape winding. And roll collapse occurs. This causes twisting and warping of the carrier tape, which causes a problem that a problem occurs when the carrier tape is used at the transport destination. On the other hand, a simple and low-cost packing method for a carrier tape packing box and a carrier tape winding body is desired.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a packaging box for a carrier tape having excellent shock absorption while being simple and low cost, and a packaging body and a wound body of the carrier tape using the same. Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as “the present embodiment”) will be described in detail. The following embodiments are examples for explaining the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention to the following contents. The present invention can be appropriately modified and carried out within the scope of the gist thereof.
In the drawings, the same elements are designated by the same reference numerals, and duplicate description in each embodiment will be omitted. Further, for convenience, the positional relationship such as up, down, left, and right shall be based on the positional relationship shown in the drawings unless otherwise specified. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios in the drawings are not limited to the ratios shown.
Carrier tape winding body>
A winding body of the carrier tape stored in the carrier tape packing box will be described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view for explaining an example of a wound body of a carrier tape.
As the
Although not shown, the
The components housed in the
The length (tape length) in the longitudinal direction of the
The length (tape width) of the
The material of the
Further, the shape of the winding
Packing box for carrier tape>
First, a conventional packaging box for carrier tape will be described.
FIG. 8 is a top view of a state in which the carrier tape winding body is housed in a conventional carrier tape packing box, and FIG. 9 is a front sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG.
The carrier
Since the winding
However, even if
Subsequently, a packing box for carrier tape according to this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 2 is a top view of a carrier tape winding body housed in the first embodiment of the carrier tape packing box, and FIG. 3 is a front sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. 2. FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the relationship between the inner flap and the carrier tape winding body.
The carrier
The carrier
The reinforcing
When the carrier
As shown in FIG. 2, the
For example, the reinforcing
Similarly, the reinforcing

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the carrier
In this respect, in the
Although the case where two winding
The material of the carrier
FIG. 5 is a front sectional view showing a state in which the carrier tape winding body is housed in the second embodiment of the carrier tape packing box.
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the carrier
By providing the holding
Specifically, the first inner flap (left inner flap) 19 has a holding
Similarly, the second inner flap (right inner flap) 20 has a holding

FIG. 6 shows a state in which the carrier

The method of making it foldable is not particularly limited, and for example, the inner flap
FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing the relationship between the inner flap and the carrier tape winding body in the fourth embodiment of the carrier tape packing box.
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the carrier
In the inner flap

Carrier tape packing body, packing method>
In the carrier tape packing body according to the present embodiment, the winding
The method of packing the winding
Specifically, first, the winding
As described above, the carrier
Further, since excellent shock absorption can be exhibited without necessarily using auxiliary materials such as cushioning members, it is expected that the number of members is small and the box management can be simplified as a packing box. In addition, since the dimensional restrictions can be relaxed as a packaging box, it can be expected that the packaging box will be standardized and generalized.
The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples and comparative examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

・巻回体100の重量=4100g(キャリアテープ+リール)
・梱包箱の総重量=9500g(キャリアテープ×2体+リール×2体+梱包箱)
