Description

The present invention relates to a structure of an eaves gutter of a unit house manufactured in advance at a factory and assembled locally, and particularly to a structure in which a drainage route is secured.

The roof of the unit house is covered with a single metal plate as shown in Patent Document 1, or has a trapezoidal convex portion as shown in Patent Document 2 in order to increase the strength of the roof. A roofing material formed so as to be continuous in a wavy shape is used.

In Patent Document 1, a metal plate constituting the roof of a unit house is placed on the upper surface of a frame, and the four peripheral edges of the metal plate are folded back from a state of protruding from the outer peripheral edge of the eaves portion of the roof frame portion to form a folded portion. However, a configuration is disclosed in which the eaves are wrapped by the folded portion.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a flat plate-shaped connecting end is provided by pressing the longitudinal end of the roofing material, and a gutter metal fitting is attached to the connecting end, and the gutter metal fitting bends the end of the end beam downward. It is provided with a fitting portion to be attached to the bent piece, a polymer piece continuous on the upper surface of the end beam, and a guide piece projecting from the lower surface of the polymer piece and located on the opening of the eaves gutter. Then, the above-mentioned connecting end is configured to cover the upper surface of the polymer piece from the upper surface of the end beam, the connecting end is bent to provide a folded piece covering the lower surface of the polymer piece, and rainwater is provided from the folded piece to the induction piece. To induce.

All of the above-mentioned conventional techniques have been created to enhance the waterproof performance of the roof, but the configuration in which the entire roof is covered with the single metal plate according to Patent Document 1 is formed by one metal plate. Since the roof shape is limited, when two unit houses are connected in series, a metal plate having twice the area is required, which causes a problem that manufacturing and construction become more difficult.

Further, in the technique according to Patent Document 2, since the ridges are provided along the longitudinal direction of the unit house, high strength can be obtained even with a lightweight roofing material, and since a plurality of roofing materials are installed side by side, the roof area. It is excellent in that it can be flexibly adapted even if it is changed, but since the upper end of the eaves gutter is located higher than the roof plate surface, water overflows on the roof plate when the drop to the vertical gutter is clogged. However, it may lead to water leakage into the room.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following eaves gutter structure of a unit house.
That is, according to the first embodiment, it is an eaves gutter structure attached to a gutter or a gutter arranged at an end of a roofing material of a unit house, and is substantially upright from the end of the roofing material. An upper eaves gutter member that constitutes an upper finishing surface extending to the upper side, and a lower eaves gutter member that is connected to the upper eaves gutter member and is substantially on the same plane as the upper finishing surface. A water collecting part consisting of a bottom surface bent from the upper surface of the lower finish to the indoor side and an indoor side surface raised from the bottom surface is formed, and the water collecting part is a lower eaves gutter member having a drop port to a gutter. Consists of.
Then, by providing a slit at a distance between the upper surface and the lower surface, the eaves gutter structure of the unit house is provided so that the overflow from the water collecting portion is drained from the slit.

According to the second embodiment, there may be a configuration having a return portion in which the lower portion of the upper eaves gutter member is returned to the indoor side.

According to the third embodiment, the lower portion of the upper eaves gutter member has a Z-bent shape inward, and the upper end of the lower finishing surface of the lower eaves gutter member extends above the lower end of the Z-bend shape. It is provided, and drainage may be performed through a portion separated from the lower finishing surface and the Z-bent shape.

According to the fourth embodiment, the upper eaves gutter member may be fixed to the end beam or the eaves gutter, and the connecting tool projecting from the lower eaves gutter member to the indoor side may be detachably connected in a Z-bent shape. ..

According to the fifth embodiment, in the water collecting portion, the upper end of the lower finishing surface may be configured to be located below the upper end of the indoor side surface.

According to the present invention, in the eaves gutter structure of a unit house, although the upper eaves gutter member and the lower eaves gutter member are separated, the upper and lower finishing surfaces are made substantially on the same plane, so that the design has an integrated aesthetic appearance. Can be kept. Then, drainage can be performed at the time of overflow from the slit at the separation between the upper eaves gutter member and the lower eaves gutter member.

Further, the return portion in which the lower portion of the upper eaves gutter member is returned to the indoor side can normally guide the normal rain water or splashes to the water collecting portion of the eaves gutter without draining from the slit.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following examples, and can be appropriately carried out within the scope of the claims.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an eaves gutter structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a unit house to which the present invention is applied.

As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention provides a structure of a unit house (P) eaves gutter that is manufactured in advance at a factory and assembled locally, and in particular, a structure that secures a drainage route. As an example, an example of using a roofing material (10) in which the ridges (11) having a trapezoidal cross section are continuous in a wavy shape is shown, but the present invention is applied to any roofing material such as a roof formed of one metal plate. can do.

In this roofing material (10), ridges (11) formed by convex portions having a trapezoidal cross section are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the unit house (P), and a plurality of roofing materials (10) are formed. It is configured to connect side by side. An eaves girder (30) and a wife beam (40) are arranged around the roofing material (10), and the roofing material (10) is connected to the eaves girder (30) by a roof end plate (20). There is.

The longitudinal end portion of the roofing material (10) is pressed to provide a flat plate-shaped connecting end portion (12). A folded piece (12A) is formed at the connecting end portion (12). The connecting end (12) continuously covers the upper surface of the arabesque metal fitting (13) from the upper surface of the end beam (40), and the folded piece (12A) is bent to cover the lower surface of the arabesque metal fitting (13). It is formed in. Then, this folded piece (12A) is crimped to the tip of the arabesque metal fitting (13) and fixed.

The Karakusa metal fitting (13) is a member attached to the bent end of the gutter beam (40), and is fitted from below to the bent piece (41) in which the end of the gutter beam (40) is bent downward. The fitting portion (13A) to be fitted, the polymer piece (13B) laminated along the longitudinal direction of the roofing material (10), and the eaves gutter (50) of the unit house (P) from the lower surface of the fitting portion (13A). ) Is provided with a guide piece (13C) for guiding rainwater.

Here, the conventional configuration will be described with reference to FIG. As disclosed in Patent Document 2, in the prior art by the applicant, the eaves gutter (50') has a finished surface (501) that is upright from above the roofing material (10), and this finished surface (501). ), The bottom surface (502) and the indoor side surface (503) were refracted to form the water collecting portion (507) of the gutter.

Such a configuration has the advantage of giving an excellent appearance as the eaves gutter (50') covers the end of the roofing material (10) and appears to form part of the outer wall, while at the same time assembling the eaves gutter. It's easy.

However, since the upper end (504) of the eaves gutter (50') is located higher than the roof plate surface of the roofing material (10), the drainage route such as the drop port (505) to the vertical gutter (506) is dead leaves. When it is clogged with sludge or the like, the water level rises to the roofing material (10), which may lead to water leakage into the room.

Further, since the roofing material (10) is in a state of being immersed in water for a long time even if water does not leak, there is a problem that the deterioration of the roof is accelerated.
Further, it is difficult to maintain the water collecting part (507) unless the entire eaves gutter (50') is removed, and it takes time and effort to remove the dead leaves and sludge as described above.

In view of such a problem, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a configuration is created in which the eaves gutter (50) is divided into an upper eaves gutter member (51) and a lower eaves gutter member (52).
In this configuration, water when overflowing is discharged from a slit (53) provided between the upper eaves gutter member (51) and the lower eaves gutter member (52). The details will be described below.

The upper eaves gutter member (51) has an upper finishing surface (510) that is substantially upright and extends above the end of the roofing material (10). The upper finishing surface (510) becomes the design finishing surface of the exterior of the unit house (P) as it is. The upper end of the upper finishing surface (510) has a refracting portion (511) on the indoor side, and the lower end has a returning portion turned back on the indoor side. In this embodiment, a Z-bending shape (512) formed by Z-bending is formed as a return portion.

The Z-bent shape (512) includes a horizontal portion (512A) bent substantially horizontally from the upper finishing surface (510) to the indoor side, and a vertical portion (512B) bent substantially vertically downward from the indoor side end thereof. ..

The lower eaves gutter member (52) has a lower finishing surface (520) substantially on the same plane as the upper finishing surface (510), a bottom surface (521) refracted from the lower finishing surface (520) toward the room, and a bottom surface (521). A water collecting portion (523) including an indoor side surface (522) raised from 521) is formed. The water collecting part (523) has a drop opening (524) to the gutter (525).

In this configuration, by providing a slit (53) so as to separate the upper surface (510) and the lower surface (520), the water collecting portion (523) even when the drop opening (524) or the like is blocked by deposits. ) Can be drained from the slit (53).

Since the slit (53) is formed over the entire length of the eaves gutter (50), it has a sufficient drainage capacity even with a small separation, and a separation of 5 mm to 15 mm, preferably about 10 mm is sufficient.
The upper finishing surface (510) and the lower finishing surface (520) are made substantially on the same plane, and the small separation makes it possible to maintain a design having an integrated aesthetic appearance.

In the water collecting portion (523) of the lower eaves gutter member (52), it is preferable that the upper end of the lower finishing surface (520) is located below the upper end of the indoor side surface (522). Even if the water overflows at the water collecting portion (523), the water is drained first from the upper end of the lower finishing surface (520) having a low height.
Therefore, water can be reliably drained from the slit (53) without overflowing from the upper end of the indoor side surface (522) to the front panel (60) side of the unit house (P).

In this embodiment, the upper eaves gutter member (51) is fixed with a bolt or the like via the upper member (42) of the end beam (40) and the fitting (54). As shown in FIG. 3, the lower eaves gutter member (52) is supported by connecting the lower eaves gutter member (52) to the upper eaves gutter member (51). That is, a Z-shaped connecting tool (526) is projected from the lower eaves gutter member (52) to the indoor side, and a hole in the upper eaves gutter member (51) is provided with respect to the nut (527) attached to the connecting tool (526). It is screwed by a bolt (528) that has passed through the portion and is detachably connected.

According to this configuration, the lower eaves gutter member (52) can be easily removed by the bolt (528), so that maintenance such as cleaning of the water collecting part (523) and the drop opening (524) and the lower eaves gutter member (52) can be performed. 52) facilitates replacement.

The basic configuration of the present invention is as shown above, but the eaves gutter (50) is not limited to the configuration provided on the end beam (40) and may be provided on the eaves gutter (30). The eaves gutter and the wife beam and the eaves gutter may be fixed via the fittings as described above, and of course, they are substantially fixed to the wife beam and the eaves girder via another member. However, it may be included in the expression "attached to a gutter or an eaves gutter" in the present application. Further, various aspects of the structure in the vicinity of the slit (53) between the upper eaves gutter member (51) and the lower eaves gutter member (52) can be considered. FIG. 4 is a diagram listing another embodiment.

FIG. 4A is a structure in which the upper eaves gutter member (51) does not have a return portion. In the present invention, it is not always necessary to provide a return portion. For example, by extending the refracting portion (540) at the upper end slightly longer in the horizontal direction, it is possible to prevent rain water or droplets from draining from the slit (53). You may.

FIG. 4B is a structure (542) in which the return portion of the upper eaves gutter member (51) is refracted in the same manner as the bending portion (541). Similar to the structure of FIG. 4A, the eaves gutter (50) is inferior in appearance in that the inside can be seen from the outside, but the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.

FIG. 4C shows a structure in which the return portion (543) is bent diagonally downward in the upper eaves gutter member (51). By guiding rainwater diagonally, it flows smoothly and contributes to the prevention of water droplet noise.
This structure has the same effect as the Z-bent shape in the above embodiment because it can prevent drainage from the slit (53) in a normal state and the inside of the eaves gutter (50) cannot be seen.

FIG. 4D is a structure (544) in which the return portion of the upper eaves gutter member (51) is bent diagonally downward and has a Z-bent shape. This structure has the same effect as that of FIG. 4 (c), and since the lower eaves gutter member (52) and the lower part of the Z-bent shape are parallel to each other, the upper eaves gutter member (51) is connected to the upper eaves gutter member (51) by bolts as in the above embodiment. It is easy to connect with the lower eaves gutter member (52).

Both FIGS. 4 (e) and 4 (f) have a structure in which the refracted portion is curved. Although the processing is a little complicated, the flow of running water is smooth and the sound of water droplets is suppressed. In terms of other effects, it is almost the same as in FIG. 4 (c).
