Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wing cover provided in a wing portion of a building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 9, the wing cover (E) has been devised and used having an L-shaped cross section covering the upper surface and side surfaces of the wing section. This has a flat top surface.
[0003]
As a result, the exterior of the roof can be clearly seen, and the building has a good appearance.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional technology, because the upper surface has a flat shape, rainwater hangs down on the side surface of the wing cover (E) due to the influence of the cross wind and falls to the ground as a result, resulting in a hole in the ground, When rainwater falls, problems such as sound are generated, and it is not necessarily a well-reputed wing cover.
[0005]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said reason, The place made into the objective is providing the wing cover which can prevent the rain water dripping by a crosswind.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the wing cover of the present invention, as described in claim 1, the wing plate side that covers the upper surface of the wing along the roof slope, and the wing side surface on the wife side of the wing plate portion. A cover main body is formed with a vertical plate portion that covers the cover, and a water-stop side wall that is substantially parallel to the direction of the roof slope that prevents dripping of rainwater to the side surface of the vertical plate portion due to cross wind is provided on the cover main body. .
[0007]
Thereby, rain water dripping by a cross wind can be prevented. That is, the water stop side wall blocks the lateral flow of rainwater caused by the crosswind, and prevents rainwater from dripping onto the side surface of the vertical plate portion. Furthermore, since the water blocking side wall is substantially parallel to the direction of the roof slope, the blocked rainwater flows toward the eaves. Since the eaves are generally provided at the eaves, the rainwater facing the eaves is received by the eaves and drains through the eaves.
Further, in the螻羽cover of the present invention, as described in claim 1, the lower end provided with a ridge-side supporting walls to the top plate portion building side is bent toward the ridge side, the upper and lower roof tiles It is characterized by the formation of a ridge side fence that is sandwiched .
As a result, the ridge-side fence is sandwiched between the upper surface of the roof tile and the lower surface of the upper roof tile, thereby securing the wing cover. Moreover, since the eaves side edge part of an upper stage roof tile is contact | abutted to the ridge side support wall, positioning of an upper stage roof tile can be made easy.
[0008]
Moreover, in the wing cover of the present invention, as described in claim 2, the end on the top plate eave side is bent downward to form a support wall for supporting the cover main body, and the top plate portion wife side A side wall for waterstop where the lower edge stays above the lower edge of the support wall, and a roof tile insertion opening where the roof tile can be inserted under the side wall for water stop It may be formed.
[0009]
In this case, the entire wing cover can be made thicker than the roof tile. The design is improved by making it appear thicker. That is, since the roof tile is inserted into the roof tile insertion opening provided on the lower side of the water stop side wall, the top plate portion of the wing cover is necessarily arranged above the roof tile. Furthermore, since the wing cover covers the inner space where the roof tile is inserted with the water-stop side wall, the support wall, the vertical plate portion, and the roof tile, it cannot be seen from the outside that it has a hollow structure. As a result, it can appear as if it is a thick wing cover. Moreover, since it becomes a hollow structure, the weight reduction of the wing cover itself can also be implement | achieved simultaneously.
[0010]
Further, in the wing cover according to the present invention, a water stop side wall is attached by attaching a water stop plate which is substantially upright and whose upper edge protrudes from the top plate portion to the outside of the vertical plate portion. May be formed.
[0011]
In this case, since the cover main body and the water stop plate are separated, retrofitting can be performed. For example, it is possible to attach only the cover main body to the wing part at the beginning for budget reasons and attach a water stop plate when there is a margin later. In addition, customers who do not care about dirt on the side of the vertical plate of the cover body can recommend only the cover body, and customers who care about it can recommend a wing cover with a water stop plate attached to the cover body. Can be aggregated.
[0012]
Further, in the wing cover according to the present invention, as described in claim 4, the end on the top plate portion side is bent upward to form a water stop side wall, and the upper end of the water stop side wall is directed downward. The vertical plate portion may be formed by folding.
[0013]
In this case, the cover main body is bent to form the water stop side wall, so that the manufacturing cost can be kept low. That is, since there is no provision for the side wall for water stop, the number of parts can be reduced, and as a result, it can be made cheaply. In addition, it is possible to produce a design unit by forming the same material.
[0014]
In the wing cover of the present invention, as described in claim 5, a groove may be provided on the top surface of the top plate portion, and the wife side wall in the groove may be used as a water stop side wall.
[0015]
In this case, rainwater that has flowed sideways on the top plate portion due to the crosswind can be received by the side wall in the groove and drained to the eaves side. That is, rainwater can be drained to the eaves side using the groove as a drainage channel.
[0016]
Moreover, in the wing cover of the present invention, as described in claim 6, a ridge may be provided on the top surface of the top plate portion, and the ridge side wall opposite to the wife side may be used as a water stop side wall. .
[0017]
In this case, rainwater that has flowed sideways on the top plate portion due to the crosswind can be received by the protruding side walls and drained to the eaves side. Moreover, since it is a protruding item | line, dust etc. are hard to adhere. If it is a groove, dust may accumulate in the groove, but the possibility of the protrusion can be reduced. Since the wing cover of the present invention is provided at the wing section where there are few opportunities for cleaning, it is very effective that dust hardly adheres.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment] FIGS. 1 and 2 are explanatory views showing a wing cover (A) according to an embodiment corresponding to claims 1 and 2 of the present invention.
[0019]
As described in claim 1, the wing cover (A) of this embodiment includes a top plate portion (1) that covers the upper surface of the wing along the roof slope, and a wing side surface on the wife side of the top plate portion (1). The cover main body (3) is formed with the vertical plate portion (2) covering the roof, and the cover main body (3) is substantially parallel to the direction of the roof slope to prevent rainwater from dripping onto the side surface of the vertical plate portion (2) due to cross wind. A water stop side wall (4) is provided.
[0020]
Moreover, the wing cover (A) of this embodiment is a support wall (5) for supporting the cover main body (3) by bending the end of the eaves side downward as described in claim 2. ) And a side wall (4) for water stop where the bottom edge is bent downward and the lower edge stays above the lower edge of the support wall (5); A roof tile insertion opening (7) into which the roof tile (6) can be inserted is formed below the water stop side wall (4).
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the wing cover (A) of the present embodiment has a support body (5) on a cover body (3) having a top plate portion (1) and a vertical plate portion (2). A ridge side support wall (8), a water stop side wall (4), and a roof tile insertion opening (7) are provided.
[0022]
In this structure, each component is formed by bending a rectangular metal plate. A part that becomes a support wall (5) on the eaves side, and a side wall for water stop (4) on the opposite side to the wife side, sandwiching a crease at the time of mountain-shaped folding around the four sides of the substantially rectangular top plate part (1) A portion to be the vertical plate portion (2) on the wife side, and a portion to be the ridge side support wall (8) on the ridge side. Each of the bent portions has a substantially right angle.
[0023]
The water stop side wall (4) forms a roof tile insertion port (7) below the water stop side wall (4) by making the leg length shorter than the support wall (5). At that time, the lower end portion of the water stop side wall (4) is bent to the lower side of the top plate portion (1) so that the roof tile (6) can be easily inserted.
[0024]
The support wall (5) is bent at the lower end to the lower side of the top plate portion (1) to form a flange (5a). When the roof tile (6) is inserted, the upper surface of the ridge (5a) is pressed against the roof tile (6). This ensures that the wing cover (A) is fixed.
[0025]
The vertical plate portion (2) has its lower end folded back inward and upward.
[0026]
The ridge side support wall (8) is bent toward the ridge side at the lower end to form a ridge side wall (8a). The ridge side fence (8a) is sandwiched between the upper surface of the roof tile (6) and the lower surface of the upper roof tile (61) to secure the wing cover (A). Moreover, since the eaves edge side edge part of an upper stage roof tile (61) is contact | abutted to the ridge side support wall (8), positioning of an upper stage roof tile (61) can be made easy.
[0027]
Therefore, according to the wing cover (A) described above, dripping of rain water due to cross wind can be prevented. That is, the water stop side wall (4) blocks the lateral flow of rainwater caused by the crosswind and prevents rainwater from dripping onto the side surface of the vertical plate (2). Furthermore, since this water stop side wall (4) is substantially parallel to the direction of the roof slope, the blocked rainwater flows toward the eaves. Since the eaves are generally provided at the eaves, the rainwater facing the eaves is received by the eaves and drains through the eaves.
[0028]
Further, the entire wing cover (A) can be made thicker than the roof tile (6). The design is improved by making it appear thicker. That is, since the roof tile (6) is inserted into the roof tile insertion opening (7) provided on the lower side of the water stop side wall (4), the top plate portion (1) of the wing cover (A) is necessarily roofed. It will be arranged above the roof tile (6). Furthermore, the wing cover (A) covers the interior space where the roof tile (6) is inserted with the water-stop side wall (4), the support wall (5), the vertical plate portion (2), and the roof tile (6). Therefore, it is not known from the outside that it has a hollow structure. As a result, it can appear as if it is a thick wing cover (A). Moreover, since it becomes a hollow structure, weight reduction of the wing cover (A) itself can also be implement | achieved simultaneously.
[0029]
[Second Embodiment] FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a wing cover (B) of an embodiment corresponding to claims 1 and 3 of the present invention.
