Claims (3)

洪水等の水の力で浮上した浮上式木造住宅を元の位置に戻すための復元装置において、
基礎コンクリートに埋設したアンカーボルトの先端に、中心部に小穴を貫通させたアンカーボルトキャップを取り付け、
浮上式木造住宅の土台の上面に、土台とアンカーボルトを固定するため挟込み式連結装置を取り付けると共に、前記アンカーボルトキャップの下部のアンカーボルトを挟込み式連結装置で挟み込み固定し、
前記挟込み式連結装置にワイヤーロープ自動巻取り装置を取り付け、ワイヤーロープ自動巻取り装置のワイヤーロープをアンカーボルトキャップの小穴に挿入して固定し、
前記挟込み式連結装置とアンカーボルトとの固定を解除するため、連結解除用金物を取り付けた外部浮力部材を土台の周囲に配置し、
洪水等の水の力で外部浮力部材が浮き上がることにより、連結解除用金物が挟込み式連結装置とアンカーボルトとの連結を解除して浮上式木造住宅を浮上させ、
洪水等の水が引く際に、ワイヤーロープ自動巻取り装置がワイヤーロープを巻き取ることにより浮上式木造住宅が元の位置に戻るように構成したことを特徴とする自動アンカーボルト位置誘導装置。
