  1. 前記3つの撮像装置のうち、前記測定対象物の測定に用いられる1つの撮像装置は、前記ロボットハンドが、所定の測定位置から次の所定の測定位置へ移動する際に、前記ロボットハンドの移動量が最小となるように任意に選択されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のロボットハンド位置検出システム。
