Description
The present invention relates to a deck plate with reinforcing bars having a predetermined area having both side edges and both side edges.
It is located on an iron plate (metal base) of a predetermined area with both side edges extending in the front-rear direction and both end edges extending in the width direction, multiple reinforced trusses installed on the upper surface of the iron plate and extending in the front-rear direction, and the upper surface of the iron plate. Disclosed is a deck plate provided with a plurality of width bars extending in the width direction and arranged at a predetermined dimension apart in the front-rear direction (see Patent Document 1). The iron plate has a plurality of ridges that are convex upward from the upper surface thereof and extend in the front-rear direction. The reinforcing bar truss is between a pair of ridges lined up in the width direction and is located above the upper surface of the iron plate and extends in the front-rear direction, and between a pair of ridges and between the iron plate and the upper end bar. From a pair of lower end streaks that are located in the anterior-posterior direction and a pair of lattice streaks that extend in the anteroposterior direction while repeating vertical wavy bends between the iron plate and the upper end streaks between the pair of ridges. It is formed.
These lattice muscles have an upper end convex portion that abuts on the upper end muscle and bends in a convex shape, and a lower end concave portion that abuts on the upper surface of the metal base and bends in a concave shape, and has a width from the upper end convex portion to the lower end concave portion. It spreads outward in the direction. In the deck plate, the upper end protrusions of the lattice muscles are spot welded to the upper end muscles, the middle part of the lattice muscles is spot welded to the lower end muscles, and the width muscles are placed in the lower end recesses of the lattice muscles to form an iron plate. It is spot-welded to the ridges that have been formed, and the lower end recesses of these lattice bars are sandwiched between the upper surface of the iron plate and their width bars.
