- 被測定液の状態を示すパラメータを測定する光学測定装置であって、
前記被測定液に対して照射光を照射する光源部と、
前記被測定液に対して照射された前記照射光に基づく被測定光を検出する受光部と、
前記光源部と前記受光部との間の光路上に配置されている光学部品と、
前記光学部品に形成されているヒーターとして機能し、光の透過性と電気伝導性とを有する熱源部と、
を備える、
光学測定装置。 - 前記光学部品は、前記被測定液が流れる液槽の境界に配置されているガラスを含み、
前記熱源部は、前記ガラスの表面に成膜されている膜を含む、
