Claims (13)
- エアロゾル発生装置で使用する液体供給システムであって、
液体保持材料と、
前記液体保持材料から延びる液体流路と、
前記液体保持材料の上流側上に配置された液体貯蔵部と、
前記液体流路中に配置されたバリアであって、60℃〜130℃の分解温度を有し、前記液体保持材料と前記液体貯蔵物の間に配置されているバリアと、を備える、液体供給システム。 - 前記バリアが、その分解温度を下回る液体に対して不透過性であり、かつ前記バリアが、前記分解温度を上回る液体に対して浸透性になる、請求項1に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが、70℃〜120℃の溶融温度を有する材料を含む、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記液体保持材料の下流側上に配置された液体搬送材料をさらに含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが、前記液体搬送材料の下流側上に、または前記液体搬送材料と前記液体保持材料の間に配置されている、請求項4に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが、前記液体保持材料上に、または前記液体搬送材料上に、またはその両方上に配置された堆積されたフィルム、被覆、または積み重ねられた層を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが高分子材料を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが、ポリグリコール酸(PGA)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリジオキサン(PDO)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリエチレン(PE)、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記バリアが、前記液体保持材料、または前記液体搬送材料、またはその両方に施された疎水性機能性を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- 前記液体供給システムが、4か月以上の貯蔵寿命を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システム。
- エアロゾル発生装置で使用するカートリッジであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの中に配置された、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システムと、
前記液体保持材料中に含有されたある体積の液体エアロゾル形成基体と、を備える、カートリッジ。 - エアロゾル発生システムであって、
前記カートリッジの中に配置された、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の液体供給システムを備えるカートリッジと、前記液体供給システム内に配置された液体と、
前記カートリッジを受容するように、かつ前記バリアを前記分解温度を上回る温度に加熱するように、かつ前記液体保持材料から供給された液体の少なくとも一部分を加熱するように構成されたエアロゾル発生装置と、を備える、エアロゾル発生システム。 - エアロゾル発生システムであって、
前記カートリッジの中に配置された請求項4または請求項5に記載の液体供給システムを備えるカートリッジと、前記液体供給システム内に配置された液体と、
前記カートリッジを受容するように、かつ前記バリアを前記分解温度を上回る温度まで加熱するように、かつ前記液体搬送材料を約200℃以上の温度まで加熱して、前記液体が前記液体搬送材料に移動された後、前記液体の少なくとも一部分をエアロゾル化するように構成されたエアロゾル発生装置と、を備える、エアロゾル発生システム。
