Claims (8)
- 軸受収容部(3)内に配置された少なくとも1つの滑り軸受要素(2)を備えた滑り軸受組立品(1)であって、前記軸受収容部(3)は、軸受構造体の一部とされており、該軸受構造体は、データ受信器にデータを、特に無線で、送信するためのデータ送信装置(6)と接続された少なくとも1つのセンサ(5)を有しており、かつ、前記センサ(5)及び/又は前記データ送信装置(6)に電気エネルギーを自家供給するためのエネルギー生成装置(7)を有する滑り軸受組立品(1)において、
前記エネルギー生成装置(7)は、少なくとも1つの圧電素子(8)を有しており、前記圧電素子(8)は、圧力が与圧されていること、又は、前記エネルギー生成装置(7)は、前記センサ(5)であることを特徴とする滑り軸受組立品(1)。 - 前記圧電素子(8)は、震動質量体(12)と接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受組立品(1)。
- 前記圧電素子(8)は、前記滑り軸受要素(2)とシャフト(3)又は前記軸受収容部(3)との間の潤滑間隙(14)内の潤滑油圧力によって、負荷可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の滑り軸受組立品(1)。
- 前記センサ(5)は、前記滑り軸受要素(2)の半径方向最内部の層に埋め込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受組立品(1)。
- 前記軸受構造体は、コネクティングシャフト(20)を備えたコネクティングロッド(19)とされており、かつ、前記データ送信装置(6)は、前記コネクティングシャフト(20)上部に、又は、少なくとも部分的に前記コネクティングシャフト(20)内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の滑り軸受組立品(1)。
- 滑り軸受組立品(1)の滑り軸受収容部内の滑り軸受要素(2)を少なくとも1つのセンサ(5)によって監視する方法であって、測定値は、前記センサ(5)によって検出され、該測定値は、データ受信器にデータを、特に無線で、送信するためのデータ送信装置(6)に転送され、前記センサ(5)及び/又は前記データ送信装置(6)のための電気エネルギーは、前記滑り軸受要素(2)又は前記滑り軸受組立品(1)の運動によって生成される方法において、
電気エネルギーを生成するために、少なくとも1つの圧電素子(8)が使用されており、前記圧電素子(8)は、圧力が与圧されていること、及び/又は、電気エネルギーの生成は、前記センサ(5)によって行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記センサ(5)は、前記滑り軸受組立品(1)の潤滑間隙(14)内に配置され、又は、前記潤滑間隙(14)と流体静力学的に接続されており、かつ、前記潤滑間隙(14)内の圧力は、前記センサ(5)によって測定されており、前記センサ(5)への圧力の影響、又は、前記センサ(14)の運動によって、電気エネルギーが生成される、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 潤滑間隙(14)内の潤滑油圧力を利用し、又は、滑り軸受要素(2)の作動中の前記滑り軸受要素(2)の監視におけるセンサ(5)の運動を利用して電気エネルギーを生成するための、圧電素子として設計された前記センサ(5)の使用。
