Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 近位ハンドルと、遠位湾曲チップを有する本体と、前記チップから選択的に伸びるように前記本体内に摺動可能に保持されたジアテルミー切断刃部材とを備えるジアテルミー扁桃摘出吸引切開装置であって、前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材は、近位電気コネクタソケットを備える可撓性金属刃と、前記刃に取り付けられた手動操作可能な電気絶縁位置係止機構とを備え、前記係止機構は、開口部を介して手動で操作可能であり、前記開口部と連動して、前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材を後退位置と伸長位置との間に位置決めし、前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材を伸長位置で係止する、装置。
- 前記刃は、実質的に平面状であり、矩形断面スロット内に位置する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記刃は、アルミニウムを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記刃の近位端は、電気コネクタソケットを形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記刃の側面は、前記ソケットを形成する包囲部を形成する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ソケット内に挿入するための電極ロッドを備える電気コネクタをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記電気コネクタソケットは、前記電極ロッドの直径よりもわずかに小さい直径を有し、拡張可能な長手方向の切れ目を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記ソケットを隠す後方電気絶縁ボタンをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記絶縁ボタンは、前記切断刃部材を前記伸長位置に向かって押圧するための後面を画定する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記電気コネクタは、前記電気コネクタの電気ケーブルを前記電極ロッドからある角度で持ち上げる角度付きブーツを備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記チップの少なくとも1つの吸入ポートと前記ハンドルの真空ポートとの間の吸引チャネルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記係止機構は、枢動可能に連結された係止レバーを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記係止機構は、前記刃の開口部を固定するボスを備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記係止機構は、前記係止機構を近位に付勢するように、圧縮部材に係合する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部は、近位大開口部および遠位小開口部を備え、前記大開口部は、前記後退位置と前記伸長位置との間で前記レバーの後方ノブを収容するための長さを有する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記レバーは、後退伸張位置では前記大開口部内に位置し、前記伸長位置では前記小開口部内に位置するキャッチを備える、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記キャッチは、前記伸長位置において前記小開口部の近位縁に対して後方に係止する近位縁を備える、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記キャッチは、傾斜遠位面を含み、前記遠位面は、前記切断刃部材が前記伸長位置に向かって移動するときに、前記大開口部の遠位縁の下で摺動する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記刃の遠位端に拘束ウエッジをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ウエッジは、平面状であり、前記刃に接続される、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置を使用するジアテルミー扁桃摘出処置であって、その方法は、給電リード線を刃のソケットに接続することと、開口部を介して係止機構を手動操作して、ジアテルミー切断刃部材を、前記刃がチップから伸びるように伸長位置に位置決めすることとを含む、処置。
- 前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材を前記伸長位置に位置決めするための開口部を介する前記係止機構の手動操作は、前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材の後方絶縁ボタンを押圧することを含む、請求項21に記載の処置。
- 前記ジアテルミー切断刃部材を後退位置に位置決めするための開口部を介する前記係止機構の手動操作であって、レバーのキャッチが開口部のうちの小開口部の近位縁から解放されるように、開口部のうちの大開口部内で前記係止機構のレバーのノブを押し下げることを含む、前記係止機構の手動操作をさらに含む、請求項22に記載の処置。
