前記ハーネスは、患者の唇の鼻孔直下に配置されるように構成され、
前記ハーネスは、2つの空気送達管コネクタをスライド可能に受ける1つ以上のスロットを画定し、
前記空気送達管コネクタは、遠位端でそれぞれの中空エラストマー鼻枕にそれぞれ取り付けられ、
前記鼻枕は、それぞれの管コネクタに接続された底部開口部と、患者の鼻孔に空気を送達するための上部開口部とを有し、
前記鼻枕は、内部空間内で、それぞれの水送達管に接続されたノズルアセンブリをそれぞれ支持し、
前記ノズルアセンブリは、前記ノズルアセンブリの遠位先端が前記鼻枕の上部開口部の外側に、2〜10mm離れて延在するように配置される、
