Abstract
Description
−本発明にかかるデバイスを用意するステップと、
−昇降手段を用いて昇降部材によって連結具を取り上げるステップと、
−吊下げた連結具を管状素子の外側端部まで運ぶステップと、
−吊下げた連結具を外側端部に対して位置合わせする目的で、連結具に装着されている弾性腕体を開始位置から素子の外側端部の壁部分に当接する位置まで移動させるステップと、
−連結具を外側端部に連結するステップと、
−位置合わせした位置において連結具に連結された管状素子を倒立させるステップであって、連結具が昇降部材に対して回動する、ステップと、
を備える。
Claims (17)
- 管状素子を倒立させることを目的として前記素子の外側端部に接続するための連結具であって、
前記素子の前記外側端部に係合するための係合手段と、
当該連結具をクレーンのような昇降手段から吊下げることが可能な回動可能な昇降部材と、
を備え、
当該連結具には、吊下げた当該連結具を前記外側端部に対して位置合わせすることを目的として、開始位置から前記素子の前記外側端部の壁部分に当接する位置まで移動させることが可能な弾性腕体が装着されていることを特徴とする連結具。 - 前記腕体が、前記素子の前記外側端部の外壁部分に当接して配設されることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連結具。
- 前記腕体が、当該連結具に回動式に装着されており、駆動手段を用いてヒンジ回りに回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の連結具。
- 前記駆動手段が、液圧ピストンシリンダを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の連結具。
- 前記腕体には、自由外側端部において、前記壁部分に当接して配設されることが可能な転動体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 前記腕体には、前記自由外側端部において、前記壁部分に当接して配設されることが可能であり当該腕体の弾性側腕体に配設された第2転動体が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の連結具。
- ビームの支持構造体と、
クリア位置から挟持位置であって当該挟持位置において前記管状素子の前記壁部分に連結するための挟持位置まで前記ビームに沿ってスライド可能である挟持部材と、
を備え、
前記挟持位置において、前記ビームが、前記管状素子の長手方向に対するほぼ横方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。 - 前記挟持部材が、前記管状素子の中空の前記外側端部の内壁部分に連結するために、前記クリア位置から前記クリア位置よりも前記支持構造体の十字部の中心から離間して位置する前記挟持位置までスライド可能であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の連結具。
- 前記弾性腕体が、前記支持構造体の前記ビームに装着されていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の連結具。
- 前記昇降部材に対する前記支持構造体の角度位置を調整するための手段であって前記支持構造体に回動式に連結された手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 前記管状素子の前記壁部分と接触可能な表面には、ゴム被覆のような衝撃吸収素子が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の連結具。
- 管状素子を外側端部において倒立させるためのデバイスであって、
搬送構造体によって搬送される昇降手段と、
請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の連結具であって前記昇降部材によって取り上げられる連結具と、
を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 前記搬送構造体が、浮遊する船舶であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記管状素子が、風力タービンの基礎杭であることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のデバイス。
- 長手方向を有する管状素子を外側端部において倒立させるための方法であって、
−請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスを用意するステップと、
−昇降手段を用いて前記昇降部材によって前記連結具を取り上げるステップと、
−吊下げた連結具を管状素子の外側端部まで運ぶステップと、
−吊下げた前記連結具を前記外側端部に対して位置合わせする目的で、前記連結具に装着されている前記弾性腕体を開始位置から前記素子の前記外側端部の壁部分に当接する位置まで移動させるステップと、
−前記連結具を前記外側端部に連結するステップと、
−前記連結具に連結された前記管状素子を倒立させるステップであって、前記連結具が前記昇降部材に対して回動する、ステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記連結具が、角度調整手段を用いて前記昇降部材に対して能動的に回動されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 請求項12から14のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスと、
前記デバイスに連結された管状素子と、
を備えることを特徴とする組立体。
