Claims (10)
- 車両のためのバッテリ充電器(1)であって、少なくとも1つの外側容器(2)と、容器(2)の内側に収容され、車両の電気バッテリに動作可能に接続でき、バッテリを再充電するよう構成された、少なくとも1つの電子装置(3)と、前記電子装置(3)の少なくとも1つの冷却回路(4)とを備え、前記電子装置(3)は、少なくとも1枚の電子基板(5)を備え、前記電子基板(5)には、絶縁金属基体(5a)が設けられ、前記絶縁金属基体(5a)は、前記冷却回路(4)と、前記絶縁金属基体(5a)上の少なくとも一部の上に作られた電気絶縁材料の層(5b)と、前記電気絶縁材料の層(5b)の上に作られた少なくとも1つの電子回路(5c)とに関連付けられ、
前記電子基板(5)は、電流を搬送かつ分配するための少なくとも1つの導電性金属バー(7)を備え、前記導電性金属バー(7)は、前記電子回路(5c)に接続され、前記冷却回路(4)によって冷却するために、前記導電性金属バー(7)には、前記電子基板(5)の少なくとも表面の一部に直接接触して配置される、少なくとも一部分が設けられることを特徴とする、バッテリ充電器(1)。 - 前記導電性金属バー(7)には、前記電子基板(5)の少なくとも表面の一部に直接接触して配置される、下面が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記導電性金属バー(7)は、実質的にプレート形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記導電性金属バー(7)は、前記電子基板(5)に関連付けられた下面の反対側に上面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記導電性金属バー(7)は、実質的に細長い形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記導電性金属バー(7)は、前記電気絶縁材料の層(5b)上で、前記電子基板(5)の少なくとも一部にわたって延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記導電性金属バー(7)は、少なくとも1つの電気接続要素の、電気継手及び接続手段(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 前記電気継手及び接続手段(8)は、前記導電性金属バー(7)の少なくとも一部に作られた、少なくとも1つの電気端子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記電気端子(8)は、前記導電性金属バー(7)の上面から延びることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリ充電器(1)。
- 電子基板(5)であって、冷却回路(4)に関連付けられた絶縁金属基体(5a)と、前記絶縁金属基体(5a)の少なくとも一部の上に作られた電気絶縁材料の層(5b)と、前記電気絶縁材料の層(5b)の上に作られた少なくとも1つの電子回路(5c)とを備え、
前記電子基板(5)は、電流を搬送かつ分配するための少なくとも1つの導電性金属バー(7)を備え、前記導電性金属バー(7)は、前記電子回路(5c)に接続され、前記冷却回路(4)によって冷却するために、前記導電性金属バー(7)には、前記電子基板(5)の少なくとも表面の一部に直接接触して配置される、少なくとも一部分が設けられることを特徴とする、電子基板(5)。
