Abstract
Description

Claims (29)
- 基体カートリッジであって、
(a)噴霧保持器と、
(b)試料分注ポートであって、(i)試料を受容するための、前記試料分注ポートの第1の端部、(ii)前記試料を前記噴霧保持器内に放出するための、前記試料分注ポートの第2の端部、および(iii)前記試料分注ポートの前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に位置する試料保持ゾーンを有し、前記試料分注ポートの前記第2の端部は前記噴霧保持器の側面に位置する、試料分注ポートと、
(c)噴霧ノズルを受容するための上方開口部であって、前記試料分注ポートの前記第2の開口部に対してある角度で配置されている、上方開口部と、を備える、基体カートリッジ。 - 前記基体カートリッジは、前記上方開口部とは反対側の底部開口部を有し、前記噴霧保持器は、前記上方開口部と前記底部開口部との間に配設されている、請求項1に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記底部開口部の面積は、前記上方開口部の面積よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記底部開口部の近傍に配設された封止要素をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記封止要素は、係止要素、Oリング、および/またはガスケットを含む、請求項3に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 少なくとも1つの試薬ポートをさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 少なくとも1つの排液リザーバをさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 少なくとも1つの廃棄物取り出しポートをさらに備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 把持要素をさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記基体カートリッジをデバイス内および/または基体上に配置する少なくとも1つの整列要素をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記噴霧保持器は、長方形プリズム形、円筒形、または円錐台形の形状を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記上方開口部および/または前記底部開口部の少なくとも一方は、長方形、円、楕円である、請求項1に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記上方開口部と前記底部開口部との間の距離は、約1cm〜約10cmである、請求項2に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記上方開口部は、前記試料分注ポートの前記第2の端部に対して75度〜90度の角度で配置されている、請求項1に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- 前記試料分注ポートは、着脱可能な試料分注ポートである、請求項1に記載の基体カートリッジ。
- (i)請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つの基体カートリッジと、(ii)少なくとも1つの基体とを保持するように構成された、スライドホルダ。
- 前記スライドホルダは、ハンドルをさらに備える、請求項16に記載のスライドホルダ。
- 前記基体は、スライドである、請求項16に記載のスライドホルダ。
- (i)請求項16または17に記載のスライドホルダと、(ii)請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの基体カートリッジと、(iii)少なくとも1つの基体と、を備える、キット。
- 前記基体は、スライドである、請求項19に記載のキット。
- 細胞試料を堆積および染色するための装置であって、
(a)アクセスドアを有するハウジングと、
(b)1つ以上の基体および/または1つ以上の基体カートリッジを保持するように構成された、前記ハウジング内に位置する基体処理ホルダであって、前記アクセスドアが開構成にあるときにアクセス可能である、基体処理ホルダと、
(c)前記基体処理ホルダの少なくとも一部分の上方に少なくとも部分的に位置する少なくとも1つの開口部と、
(d)ガス状物質を前記基体処理領域内に分注するように構成された噴霧ノズルと、
(e)ユーザから入力を受け取り、前記入力を受けとったことに応答して、事前にプログラムされたプロトコルの実行を引き起こすように構成されたユーザインタフェースと、
(f)廃棄物および/または試薬ホルダ要素と、備える装置。 - 基体および基体カートリッジをさらに備え、前記基体カートリッジおよび前記基体は、接触しているとき、堆積/染色リザーバを形成する、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記基体カートリッジの少なくとも一部分は、前記アクセスドアが閉位置にあるとき、前記少なくとも1つの開口部から少なくとも部分的に突出する、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 環境チャンバをさらに備える、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記環境チャンバは、前記装置内の湿度レベルを制御するように構成されている、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記廃棄物および/または試薬ホルダ要素内にあり、かつ前記基体処理領域と流体連通している、少なくとも1つの廃棄物容器および/または少なくとも1つの試薬容器をさらに備える、請求項21記載の装置。
- 加熱要素をさらに備える、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記噴霧ノズルは、約1psi〜約30psiの圧力で前記ガス状物質を分注する、請求項21に記載の装置。
