処理回路であって、

前記複数の時間イベントのうちの各時間イベントが、前記ある期間にわたって前記所定のパルス周波数において、前記複数の通知パルスのうちの連続する通知パルス間の時間を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。 - 前記1つ以上のパラメータ値が、パルス振幅、パルス幅、パルス周波数、およびパルス形状のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。
- 目標ECAP振幅と、

前記代表的な振幅が目標ECAP調整ウィンドウの上限超である場合、前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのECAPに続く前記複数の制御パルスのうちの1つ以上の制御パルスの前記振幅を減少させることと、を行うようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。 - 前記1つ以上のプロセッサが、
前記代表的な振幅が前記ECAP調整ウィンドウの前記下限未満である場合、前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのECAPに続く前記複数の通知パルスのうちの1つ以上の通知パルスの前記振幅を増加させることと、
前記代表的な振幅が前記目標ECAP調整ウィンドウの下限未満である場合、前記少なくとも1つのそれぞれのECAPに続く前記複数の制御パルスのうちの1つ以上の制御パルスの前記振幅を増加させることと、を行うようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。 - センサをさらに含み、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサが、
前記センサから、前記患者の活動レベルが変化したことを示す信号を受信することと、
前記信号の受信に応じて、前記刺激生成回路を用いて前記患者に送達される前記複数の制御パルスの前記周波数の増加または減少の一方と、行うようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の通知パルスのうちの各通知パルスが、受動的な再充電相が後に続く単相(monophasic)パルスであり、前記複数の制御パルスのうちの各制御パルスが、二相パルスである、請求項1〜11のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。
- 目標ECAP振幅およびECAP調整ウィンドウを記憶するように構成されているメモリと、
1つ以上の電極と、をさらに含み、
前記刺激生成回路が、
前記1つ以上の電極を用いて、前記患者に電気刺激療法を送達することと、
前記複数の制御パルスを、前記1つ以上の電極を用いて、前記患者に送達することと、を行うようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜12のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の制御パルスが、複数の非治療パルスを含み、前記複数の通知パルスが、複数の治療パルスを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかの組み合わせに記載のシステム。
