Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 光源装置であって、
第1光を発するためのレーザ光源と、
前記レーザ光源の出射光路に設置され、前記第1光を光変換装置に入射するように案内することに用いられ、一つの出射面を備える屈折光学素子であって、前記屈折光学素子の出射面により屈折された光が前記光変換装置の方向へシフトして出射される屈折光学素子と、
前記屈折光学素子の出射側に設置され、前記第1光の少なくとも一部を蛍光に変換する、及び/又は、前記第1光の光分布を変更することに用いられ、入射面及び出射面が同一面である光変換装置であって、前記光変換装置の入射面の媒質のブリュースター角をαとすると、前記屈折光学素子の出射光がα−20°〜α+10°の入射角で前記光変換装置に斜め入射される光変換装置と、
前記光変換装置の出射側に設置され、前記光変換装置が発する光を収集してから射出するための光収集装置と、を備えることを特徴とする光源装置。 - 前記レーザ光源はレーザダイオードを備え、前記レーザダイオードの共振空胴出光面の短辺は、該レーザダイオードが発する前記第1光の前記光変換装置への光入射面に垂直であり、前記第1光が前記レーザ光源から前記光変換装置まで通過する光学デバイスが非イメージング光学デバイスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源装置。
- 前記レーザ光源と前記光変換装置とが同一の放熱基板に熱結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記光変換装置は前記第1光の少なくとも一部を蛍光に変換して出射する波長変換装置であり、或いは、前記光変換装置は前記第1光の少なくとも一部の角分布を変更する光散乱反射装置であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記屈折光学素子が前記光収集装置と前記光変換装置との間の空間に設置され、且つ前記光変換装置が位置する平面での前記光収集装置の投影は前記光変換装置が位置する平面での前記屈折光学素子の出射面の投影を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記屈折光学素子は末端に斜角切断面を有する光ファイバーであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記屈折光学素子がプリズムであり、且つ前記第1光の前記屈折光学素子への入射角がブリュースター角であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記光源装置は少なくとも2つの前記レーザ光源と、前記レーザ光源に1対1に対応する前記屈折光学素子とを備え、各前記レーザ光源のビームが対応する屈折光学素子を介してそれぞれ前記光変換装置に入射されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の光源装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのレーザ光源のビームが前記光変換装置に照射された光スポットは完全に重なることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光源装置。
- 前記少なくとも2つのレーザ光源のビームが前記光変換装置に照射された光スポットは部分的に重なるか又は互いに分離されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の光源装置。
- 異なるレーザ光源のビームが前記光変換装置に照射された光スポットは前記光収集装置により収集された後、出射光の角度が異なることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の光源装置。
