Abstract
Description
薬剤送達デバイスであって、
外側本体部と、
投与予定の薬剤のためのレセプタクルと、
患者の身体内へ薬剤を投与するための針と、
針のための針ガードであって、その遠位端に針のための針開口部を有する、針ガードと、
針および/またはレセプタクルおよび/または針ガードを薬剤送達デバイスの軸方向に動かすための起動機構と、を含み、
薬剤送達デバイスは、
薬剤送達デバイスの向きを検出するための検出要素であって、
検出要素は、少なくとも第1の位置と少なくとも第2の位置との間で可動であり、
検出要素は、ユーザによって、薬剤送達デバイスが薬剤を患者の身体内へ注射するために使用可能である向きで薬剤送達デバイスが保持される場合、少なくとも第1の位置にあり、
検出要素は、ユーザによって、薬剤送達デバイスが薬剤を患者の身体内へ注射するために、使用されるべきではない向きで薬剤送達デバイスが保持され、および/または使用に意図されない構成にある場合、少なくとも第2の位置にある、検出要素と、
検出要素が少なくとも第1の位置にある場合、起動機構を解放し、検出要素が少なくとも第2の位置にある場合、起動機構をロックする、ロッキング機構と、をさらに含む、薬剤送達デバイス。

ロッキング機構は、解放位置とロッキング位置との間で可動であり、
ロッキング機構は、検出要素が少なくとも第1の位置にある場合、解放位置をとり、
ロッキング機構は、検出要素が少なくとも第2の位置にある場合、ロッキング位置をとることを特徴とする、態様1に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

解放位置にあるロッキング機構は、起動機構と係合状態になく、ロッキング位置にあるロッキング機構は、起動機構と係合状態にあることを特徴とする、態様1または2に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

ロッキング機構は、検出要素によって制御および/または起動されることを特徴とする、態様1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

ロッキング機構は、少なくとも1つのロッキング要素を有し、各ロッキング要素は、解放位置とロッキング位置との間で可動であることを特徴とする、態様1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

各ロッキング要素は、戻り止め、ラチェット、ラッチ、または同様のものであり、各ロッキング要素は、外側本体部内、または外側本体部において、回転可能または枢動可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、態様5に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

起動機構は、各ロッキング要素の係合のため、または各ロッキング要素を受容するための、凹部、アンダーカット部、ステップ部、または同様のものを有し、各ロッキング要素は、ロッキング要素がロッキング位置へ動かされたとき、凹部、アンダーカット部、ステップ部、または同様のものと係合状態にあることを特徴とする、態様5または6に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

各ロッキング要素は、検出要素によって、それぞれのロッキング位置へともたらされ、また起動機構と係合状態にされることを特徴とする、態様5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

検出要素は、検出要素が第1の位置から第2の位置へ動くときに、ロッキング要素と相互作用する面を有する開口部を有することを特徴とする、態様5または8に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

少なくとも第2の位置にある検出要素は、ロッキング要素をそれらのロッキング位置に閉じ込めることを特徴とする、態様5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

検出要素は、カラーまたはリングであり、検出要素は、重力によって駆動されるか、または動かされることを特徴とする、態様1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

レセプタクルおよび針は、シリンジを形成し、該シリンジは、起動機構によって薬剤送達デバイスの軸方向に可動であり、針のための針ガードは、外側本体部の一体となった部材であり、針のための針開口部は、外側本体部の遠位端にあることを特徴とする、態様1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

薬剤送達デバイスは、自動注射器であることを特徴とする、態様1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

針ガードは、起動機構の一部であり、また外側本体部に対して軸方向に可動であり、ロッキング機構は、検出要素が少なくとも第1の位置にある場合、針ガードの動きを解放し、検出要素が少なくとも第2の位置にある場合、針ガードの動きをロックすることを特徴とする、態様1に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。

態様1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイスを含み、また薬剤送達デバイスに取り付けられる、具体的には一次容器の形態にある、レセプタクルを含むシステムであって、一次容器は、投与予定の薬剤を充填される、システム。
Claims (10)
- 薬剤送達デバイス(10)であって:
外側本体部(20)と、
投与予定の薬剤のためのレセプタクル(12)と、
患者の身体内へ薬剤を投与するための針(14)と、
針(14)のための針ガード(30)であって、その遠位端に針(14)のための針開口部(35)を有する、針ガード(30)と、
針(14)および/またはレセプタクル(12)および/または針ガード(30)を薬剤送達デバイス(10)の軸方向(A)に動かすための起動機構と、を含み、
薬剤送達デバイス(10)は:
該薬剤送達デバイス(10)の向きを検出するための検出要素(50)であって、
該検出要素(50)は、少なくとも第1の位置(P1)と少なくとも第2の位置(P2)との間で可動であり、
検出要素(50)は、ユーザによって、薬剤送達デバイス(10)が薬剤を患者の身体内へ注射するために使用可能である向きで薬剤送達デバイス(10)が保持される場合、少なくとも第1の位置(P1)にあり、
検出要素(50)は、ユーザによって、薬剤送達デバイス(10)が薬剤を患者の身体内へ注射するために、使用されるべきではない向きで薬剤送達デバイス(10)が保持され、および/または使用に意図されない構成にある場合、少なくとも第2の位置(P2)にある、検出要素(50)と、
検出要素(50)が少なくとも第1の位置(P1)にある場合、起動機構を解放し、検出要素(50)が少なくとも第2の位置(P2)にある場合、起動機構をロックするロッキング機構(70)と、をさらに含み、
該ロッキング機構(70)は、解放位置(RP)とロッキング位置(LP)との間で可動であり、ロッキング機構(70)は、検出要素(50)が少なくとも第1の位置(P1)にある場合、解放位置(RP)をとり、ロッキング機構(70)は、検出要素(50)が少なくとも第2の位置(P2)にある場合、ロッキング位置(LP)をとり、
ロッキング機構(70)は、少なくとも1つのロッキング要素(72)を有し、各ロッキング要素(72)は、解放位置(RP)とロッキング位置(LP)との間で可動であり、
各ロッキング要素(72)は、戻り止め、ラチェット、またはラッチであり、各ロッキング要素(72)は、外側本体部(20)内、または外側本体部(20)において、回転可能または枢動可能に取り付けられ、
起動機構は、各ロッキング要素(72)の係合のため、または各ロッキング要素(72)を受容するための、凹部、アンダーカット部、またはステップ部(36)を有し、各ロッキング要素(72)は、ロッキング要素(72)がロッキング位置(LP)へ動かされたとき、凹部、アンダーカット部、またはステップ部(36)と係合状態にあり、
検出要素(50)は、カラーまたはリング(52)であり、検出要素(50)は、重力によって駆動されるか、または動かされる、前記薬剤送達デバイス。 - 解放位置(RP)にあるロッキング機構(70)は、起動機構と係合状態になく、ロッキング位置(LP)にあるロッキング機構(70)は、起動機構と係合状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- ロッキング機構(70)は、検出要素(50)によって制御および/または起動されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 各ロッキング要素(72)は、検出要素(50)によって、それぞれのロッキング位置(LP)へともたらされ、また起動機構と係合状態にされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 検出要素(50)は、検出要素(50)が第1の位置(P1)から第2の位置(P2)へ動くときに、ロッキング要素(72)と相互作用する面(56)を有する開口部(54)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 少なくとも第2の位置(P2)にある検出要素(50)は、ロッキング要素(70)をそれらのロッキング位置(LP)に閉じ込めることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- レセプタクル(12)および針(14)は、シリンジを形成し、該シリンジは、起動機構によって薬剤送達デバイス(10)の軸方向(A)に可動であり、針(14)のための針ガード(30)は、外側本体部(20)の一体となった部材であり、針(14)のための針開口部(35)は、外側本体部(20)の遠位端にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 薬剤送達デバイス(10)は、自動注射器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 針ガード(30)は、起動機構の一部であり、また外側本体部(20)に対して軸方向(A)に可動であり、ロッキング機構(70)は、検出要素(50)が少なくとも第1の位置(P1)にある場合、針ガード(30)の動きを解放し、検出要素(50)が少なくとも第2の位置(P2)にある場合、針ガード(30)の動きをロックすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤送達デバイス(10)を含み、また該薬剤送達デバイス(10)に取り付けられる、具体的には一次容器の形態にある、レセプタクル(12)を含むシステムであって、一次容器は、投与予定の薬剤を充填される、前記システム。
