Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年6月11日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/683,360号に対する優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により組み込まれる。
表1にポリウレタンシステムA〜Eとして示されているポリウレタンシステムの5つの異なる配合物を、ポリエチレン(PE)共押し出しフィルムに適用し、次いで、厚さ25ミクロンを有する二軸配向ポリプロピレンフィルム(BOPP)に積層し、剥離ライナーとして機能させた。共押し出しされたポリエチレンは、表2に示されている層を有する5層の100ミクロンフィルムである。PE共押し出しフィルムは、ポリウレタンシステムが適用される側に印刷され、1.5ミクロンのグラフィックアート層を有する。剥離ライナーは、25ミクロンの厚さおよび60°で90〜95単位の光沢を有する透明なBOPPフィルムである。BOPPへの積層は、BOPPフィルムの未処理側である。ポリウレタン層は、硬化後の厚さが1.8ミクロンである。硬化時間の後、BOPPは積層システムから離層(すなわち、除去)され、ポリエチレン共押し出しフィルムおよびポリウレタンコーティングのみが残る。光沢単位は、ASTM D2457に準拠しているBYK Gardner Micro−Tri−Gloss光沢計を使用して60°で測定される。光沢試験の結果を以下の表1に示す。システムEは3日後に高いタックを示すが、システムA、B、C、およびDは3日後に高いタックを有さない。
実施例1と同じ方法で、いくつかのコーティングされたフィルムを様々な剥離ライナー組成で調製する。これらの剥離ライナーは、ポリプロピレン、高密度ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、マットBOPP、およびエンボス加工されたポリエチレンフィルムを含む。表3は、試験された剥離ライナーに利用された組成を示す。
実施例1のコーティングされたフィルムを、ASTM 1921に基づく方法を使用して耐熱性について試験する。具体的には、40psiおよび0.5秒に設定されたSencor密着機器を使用して、試験片を向かい合わせに密着させる。温度を120℃〜180℃に上げる。表4は、耐熱性試験の結果を示す。表4において、「X」は試験片の溶融または切断を示し、「O」は試験片の耐熱性を示し、「S」は試験片が熱で収縮し始めたことを示す。
Claims (15)
- コーティングされたフィルムであって、
エチレン系ポリマーを含むポリオレフィンフィルムと、
外表面および内表面を備えるコーティングと、を備え、前記内表面が、前記ポリオレフィンフィルムと接触しており、前記コーティングが、ポリウレタンを含み、前記コーティングの前記外表面が、前記コーティングされたフィルムの外表面であり、
前記コーティングを備える前記コーティングされたフィルムの表面の少なくとも一部が、
60°で40単位〜100単位の光沢、または
85°で15単位〜30単位のマット仕上げを有し、
前記ポリウレタンが、10%を超えるイソシアネート(NCO)含有量を有するイソシアネート成分から形成される、コーティングされたフィルム。 - 前記ポリウレタンが、
イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含むイソシアネート成分と、
少なくとも1つのバイオ系ポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、を含むポリウレタン前駆体の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分中の前記バイオ系ポリオールが、前記イソシアネート反応性成分の重量に基づく重量で、少なくとも50重量%である、請求項2に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、前記コーティングと接触している印刷層を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、多層構造である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- コーティングされたフィルムであって、
エチレン系ポリマーを含むポリオレフィンフィルムと、
前記ポリオレフィンフィルムの少なくとも1つの表面上にポリウレタンを含むコーティングと、からなり、
前記コーティングを備える前記コーティングされたフィルムの表面の少なくとも一部が、
60°で40〜100単位の光沢、または
85°で15〜30単位のマット仕上げを有し、
前記ポリウレタンが、10%を超えるイソシアネート(NCO)含有量を有するイソシアネート成分から形成される、コーティングされたフィルム。 - 前記ポリウレタンが、
イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含むイソシアネート成分と、
少なくとも1つのバイオ系ポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、を含むポリウレタン前駆体の反応生成物である、請求項6に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分中の前記バイオ系ポリオールが、前記イソシアネート反応性成分の重量に基づく重量で、少なくとも50重量%である、請求項7に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、前記コーティングと接触している印刷層を備える、請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、多層構造である、請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- コーティングされたフィルムであって、
エチレン系ポリマーを含むポリオレフィンフィルムと、
外表面および内表面を備えるコーティングと、を備え、前記内表面が、前記ポリオレフィンフィルムと接触しており、前記コーティングが、ポリウレタンを含み、
前記ポリウレタンが、
イソシアネート末端プレポリマーを含むイソシアネート成分と、
少なくとも1つのバイオ系ポリオールを含むイソシアネート反応性成分と、を含む無溶剤ポリウレタン前駆体の重合反応生成物であり、
前記イソシアネート成分が、10%を超えるイソシアネート(NCO)含有量を有する、コーティングされたフィルム。 - 前記イソシアネート反応性成分中の前記バイオ系ポリオールが、前記イソシアネート反応性成分の重量に基づく重量で、少なくとも50重量%である、請求項11に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、多層構造である、請求項11または12に記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィンフィルムが、前記コーティングと接触している印刷層を備える、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
- 前記バイオ系ポリオールがヒマシ油を含み、前記イソシアネート反応性成分中の前記ヒマシ油が、前記イソシアネート反応性成分の重量に基づく重量で、少なくとも50重量%である、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載のコーティングされたフィルム。
