Abstract
Description
[吸湿試験]
24時間の間ブリージング回路に吸収された水分の測定のために、ここで使用されたテスト方法は、以下のとおりである。
2.加湿器およびヒーターは、ブリージング回路に接続され、摂氏37度(摂氏±2度)で、マスウピースで45%−65%の一定の湿度を提供するためにセットした。ブリージング回路の外側の空気は摂氏20度(摂氏±2度)の温度が維持される。ベンチレーターは、成人のブリージング回路のために20bpmの度数および500mlの一回呼吸気量でセットされる。新生児のブリージング回路については、度数は40bpmでセットされる、一回呼吸量は80mlである。
3.シミュレートされた肺は、マスウピースに付けられ、加湿器、ヒーターおよびベンチレーターは24時間実行される。
4.ブリージング回路は分離され計量され、ベースラインはブリージング回路に吸収された水分の量を決定するために引かれる。
本発明の半透膜の実施例は、中国標準GB/T2591−2003(抗菌性プラスチック)に従って抗菌性テスト− 抗菌活性に対するテストおよび水蒸気透過速度テストを受ける。半透膜は、ポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン・メンブレン上にグラフェンの抗細菌性の化合物を含む混合物をその上にスプレーし、乾燥することにより調製される。その混合物は次の調合物によって調製される。
−13.5gの精製水は、WVTR測定器の水タンク(65×65mm)58に加えられる、それは水タンク58の上部表面の2mm下の水位を持つことが最良である。
−1つの半透膜がWVTR測定器50に入れられる、特に水と接することなく水タンク58に位置付けられる。半透膜は水に向かうコーティング側と、上部及び下部固定プレートによって固定される。
−WVTR測定器50は電源に接続され、テスト用の摂氏30度の温度でセットされる。
加熱処理が開始する。
−WVTR測定器50が摂氏30度の温度で安定であるとき、チッソガスバルブはデバイス50にチッソを供給するため0.5MPaの圧力で開かれ、流量は、1.03±0.03L/分に調節される。
−テストの前に、WVTR測定器50の端部に位置したモレキュラーシーブ56は除去され電子秤によって量られる。測定された重量は、m1として記録される。その後、そのテストは始められ、時限が記録される。
−10分後に、モレキュラーシーブ56は再び除去され量られ、測定された重量は、m2として記録される。
−g/(m2 x 分)の単位でWVTRが計算される:WVTR(m2−m1)/(10×0.065 x 0.065)。
−モレキュラーシーブ56は、その後、新しいものと取り替えられる。そのテストは同じ半透膜に対して4回繰り返される。
−上記工程は第2の半透膜のために繰り返される。
Claims (18)
- ブリージング回路のためのカートリッジであって、該カートリッジは、
A. 半透膜であって、
i. ポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン)膜と、
及び
ii. グラフェンの抗細菌性の化合物と、を含む半透膜と、
B. 外側ケージと、
及び
C. 外側ケージに対する随意の内側ケージと、を備え、
前記半透膜は、外側ケージに、および随意に前記内側ケージと外側ケージの間で張り付けられる内側ケージと、
を含んでなるカートリッジ。 - グラフェンの抗細菌性の化合物はポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン)膜上にスプレーされる、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- ポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン)膜は、約1μmから約1mmまでの厚さを有している、請求項1又は2に記載のカートリッジ。
- ポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン)膜は約10g H2O/(時間x m2)乃至約1000g H2O/(時間x m2)までの水蒸気透過速度を持っている、請求項1乃至3のずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 外側ケージに接続された上流のコネクター、および外側ケージに接続された下流のコネクターをさらに含み、上流のコネクターおよび/または下流のコネクターはブリージング回路に取り付け可能である、請求項1乃至4のずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記半透膜は、外側ケージに、あるいは随意に内側ケージと外側ケージの間で除去できるように張り付けられる、請求項1乃至5のずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 半透膜は、約5cm2から約100cm2までの表面積がある、請求項1乃至6のずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記半透膜は外側ケージの内部表面に張り付けられる、請求項1乃至7のずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- グラフェンの抗細菌性の化合物はポリ(テトラフルオロエチレン)膜上の層に設けられ、該層はさらに熱可塑性エラストマー、付加的な抗細菌性の化合物、および随意に酸化防止剤と添加剤を含む、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。
- 前記付加的な抗細菌性の化合物はベンジルアミン塩酸塩または第四アンモニウム化合物である、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ、
- 前記層は、水蒸気が通過することを可能にする親水性の気孔を含む、請求項9に記載のカートリッジ。
- 親水性の気孔は、約1nmあるいは1nm未満の平均直径を有する。請求項11に記載のカートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジを含む、ブリージング回路。
- 前記カートリッジは、ユーザーから下流に位置する、請求項13に記載のブリージング回路。
- ブリージング回路は成人のブリージング回路であり、ブリージング回路は、24時間の間に約82g未満の水分を吸収する、請求項13又は14に記載のブリージング回路。
- ブリージング回路が新生児のブリージング回路であり、ブリージング回路は、24時間の間に約8g未満の水分を吸収する、請求項13又は14に記載のブリージング回路。
- さらにホースを含み、該ホースは発泡プラスチックを含む、請求項13又は14に記載のブリージング回路。
- ブリージングシステムであって、
A.請求項13乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のブリージング回路と、
及び
B.ブリージングシステムマシンと、を含んでなる、
ブリージングシステム。
