Claims (21)
- 近位端と、少なくとも1つの電極またはセンサを有する遠位端を含むカテーテルシャフトと、
カテーテルシャフトに結合されている導電体であって、カテーテルシャフトの遠位端に存在する電極またはセンサに通信可能に結合されている導電体と、
非平坦面を含むカテーテルハンドルであって、カテーテルシャフトの近位端に結合されているカテーテルハンドルと、
前記非平坦面に一致して取り付けられている柔軟回路であって、前記導電体を通じて前記電極または前記センサに電気的に結合されており、電子制御ユニットと通信するように構成されている柔軟回路と、
を備えるカテーテル。 - 柔軟回路は、伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されている材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 柔軟回路は、少なくとも1つの誘電体層と少なくとも1つの導電層とを含み、
誘電体層のうちの少なくとも1つと導電層のうちの少なくとも1つは、各々伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されているそれぞれの材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 導電層は、印刷可能導電性ポリマーを含んでいる、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 柔軟回路内に埋め込まれた論理構成要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 論理構成要素は、アナログ−デジタル変換器、マルチプレクサ、フィルタ、増幅器、または、これらの組み合わせのうちの1つで構成されている、請求項5に記載のカテーテル。
- 論理構成要素は、半導体を含んでいる、請求項5に記載のカテーテル。

電子制御ユニットと通信するために電気ケーブルと結合するように構成されている近位端と、
前記非平坦面上に配置されている柔軟回路であって、前記非平坦面に適合される柔軟回路と、を備えており、
柔軟回路は、
柔軟回路の遠位端に位置する第1接続インターフェースであって、カテーテルシャフトの電極またはセンサと電気的に通信するように構成されている第1接続インターフェースと、
柔軟回路の近位端に位置する第2接続インターフェースであって、電子制御ユニットと電気的に通信するように構成されている第2接続インターフェースと、を含んでいる、ハンドル。 - 柔軟回路は、伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されている材料を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のハンドル。
- 柔軟回路は、少なくとも1つの誘電体層と少なくとも1つの導電層とを含み、
誘電体層のうちの少なくとも1つと導電層のうちの少なくとも1つは、各々伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されているそれぞれの材料を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のハンドル。 - 導電層は、印刷可能導電性ポリマーを含んでいる、請求項11に記載のハンドル。
- 柔軟回路内に埋め込まれた論理構成要素をさらに備える、請求項9に記載のハンドル。

柔軟回路を、カテーテルハンドルの非平坦面に沿って配置することと、
柔軟回路の少なくとも一部分を、前記非平坦面に適合させることと、を含み、
柔軟回路は、
伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されている誘電体材料を有する誘電体層と、
各々が伸張して前記非平坦面に順応するように構成されている導電性材料を有する複数の導電層と、
導電層のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に結合されている第1接続インターフェースと、
導電層のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に結合されている第2接続インターフェースと。を含んでいる、方法。 - 柔軟回路を前記非平坦面に沿って配置することが、
少なくとも1つの誘電体層または少なくとも1つの導電層を含む第1層を前記非平坦面上に直接的に印刷することと、
少なくとも1つの誘電体層または少なくとも1つの導電層を含む第2層を第1層上に印刷することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 柔軟回路は、前記非平坦面の形状に適合され、次いで前記非平坦面に配置されて取り付けられる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 柔軟回路を前記非平坦面に適合させることが、柔軟回路を型の中に位置決めすることを含み、
