Claims (8)
- 基材に留め具を打ち込むための固定工具、特に手持ち式固定工具であって、留め具を保持するために設けられるホルダと、取付エネルギーEkinによって前記ホルダに保持される留め具を取付軸に沿って前記基材に移送するために設けられる打込要素と、前記取付軸に沿って前記留め具に向けて前記打込要素を駆動するために設けられる駆動装置と、を備え、前記駆動装置は、電気コンデンサと、前記打込要素上に配置されるかご形回転子と、前記コンデンサの放電中、電流が流れ、前記打込要素を前記留め具に向けて加速する磁場を生成する励磁コイルとを備え、前記コンデンサの前記放電中、前記励磁コイルに流れる前記電流の電流強度Acoilは、立ち上がりエッジ、最大電流強度Amax、及び立ち下がりエッジを有する時間座標図を有し、前記電流強度Acoilは、電流立ち上がり時間Δtriseの間に前記最大電流強度Amaxの0.1倍〜0.8倍に上昇し、衝撃時間Δtimpactの間、前記最大電流強度Amaxの0.5倍を超え、前記電流立ち上がり時間Δtriseは少なくとも0.020ms、最大0.275msであり、及び/又は、衝撃時間Δtimpactは少なくとも0.15ms、最大2.0msである、固定工具。
- 前記電流立ち上がり時間Δtriseは少なくとも0.05ms、最大0.2msであり、及び/又は、前記衝撃時間Δtimpactは少なくとも0.2ms、最大1.6msである、請求項1に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサの前記放電中の前記励磁コイルにおける最大電流密度は少なくとも800A/mm2、最大3200A/mm2である、請求項1又は2に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサ及び前記励磁コイルは電気発振回路内に配置され、前記コンデンサは静電容量Ccap及びコンデンサ抵抗Rcapを有し、前記励磁コイルは自己インダクタンスLcoil及びコイル抵抗Rcoilを有し、前記電気発振回路は全抵抗Rtotalを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具。
- 前記全抵抗Rtotalに対する前記コンデンサ抵抗Rcapの比率は最大0.6、特に最大0.5である、請求項4に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コイル抵抗Rcoilに対する前記自己インダクタンスLcoilの比率は少なくとも800μH/Ω及び最大4800μH/Ωである、請求項4又は5に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサはコンデンサ時定数τcap=CcapRcapを有し、前記励磁コイルはコイル時定数τcoil=Lcoil/Rcoilを有し、前記コンデンサ時定数τcapに対する前記コイル時定数τcoilの比率は少なくとも10である、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具。
