Abstract
Description
本発明は、硫酸塩不含の、刺激の少ない、毛髪および頭皮用クレンジング組成物に関する。
微細構造とレオロジーは、製品性能だけでなく消費者の受容にも影響するため、パーソナルケア製剤における重要な因子である。界面活性剤の選択、量および相対量は個人のクレンジング組成の微細構造に寄与する。次いで、微細構造は、組成物粘度および粘度ビルディング特性などのレオロジー特性に影響を与え、組成物安定性にも寄与する可能性がある。
第1の態様において、本発明は、硫酸塩不含の、毛髪および頭皮用のクレンジング組成物であって、水性連続相において、
以下からなるアニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤及び双性イオン界面活性剤の総量:
(i)100%活性で、全組成物の重量の3重量%〜13重量%の一般式(I)のアルファ−オレフィンスルホン酸アニオン界面活性剤:
R1−CH=CH−CH2−SO3 −M+ (I)
(式中、R1は、11〜13個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状または分枝状のアルキル基およびその混合物から選択され、Mは、可溶化カチオンである);
(ii)1〜6%重量の、以下から選択される両性または双性イオン界面活性剤:
一般式(II)のアルキルベタイン:
R2−N+(CH3)2−CH2−COO−M+ (II)
(式中、R2=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(III)のアルキルヒドロキシスルタイン:
R3−N+(CH3)2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−SO3 −M+ (III)
(式中、R3=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(IV)のアルキルアミノプロピルヒドロキシスルタイン:
R4−CO−NH−(CH2)3−N+(CH3)2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−SO3 −M (IV)
(式中、R4=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(V)のアンホ酢酸アルキル:
R5−CO−NH−(CH2)2−N(CH2−CH2−OH)(CH2−COO−M+) (V)
(式中、R5=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
およびそれらの混合物;
(iii)0.05重量%〜0.9重量%のカチオン性コンディショニングポリマー;
(iv)0.05重量%〜10重量%のシリコーンエマルジョン、
(v)カチオン性堆積ポリマー、
(vi)無機電解質、ならびに
(vii)水;
を含み、
(i)対(ii)の重量比が、1:1〜6:1であり、
pHが、3〜6.5である、組成物を提供する。
ここで用いる分子量はすべて、特段規定する場合を除き、平均分子量である。
「水性連続相」とは、その主成分として水を有する連続相を意味する。
本発明の組成物は、(i)一般式(I)のアルファオレフィンスルホネートアニオン界面活性剤1つ以上を含む。

本発明の組成物は、(iii)1以上のカチオン性コンディショニングポリマーを含む。かかるポリマーは、組成物における湿潤感覚の利点の送達を増強する可能性がある。
本発明の組成物は、エマルジョンの形態のシリコーンを含む。シリコーンの混合物を使用することができる。
本発明の組成物には、pH7で平均電荷密度が0.2〜2 meq/gのカチオン性ポリガラクトマンナンから選択され得るカチオン性沈着ポリマーが含まれる。このようなポリマーは、消費者使用中に組成物から皮膚および/または毛髪表面へのコンディショニング剤の送達を増強し、それにより得られるコンディショニング便益を改善するのに役立つ可能性がある。カチオン性沈着ポリマーの混合物を使用してもよい。
驚くべきことに、本発明者らが、本発明の組成物が、粘度構築に非常によく適していることを見出した。こうして、富化された界面活性剤比で、より低い濃度で粘度を構築することが可能である。これは本発明のさらなる利点である。
本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、安息香酸ナトリウム、サリチル酸ナトリウム、ベンジルアルコール、フェノキシエタノール、1,2−アルカンジオール、ヨードプロピニルブチルカルバメート(IPBC)、5−クロロ−2−メチル−2H−イソチアゾール−3−オン、2−メチル−2H−イソチアゾール−3−オン、またはこれらの混合物から選択される1つ以上の保存剤を含む。好ましくは、防腐剤は有機酸であり、最も好ましくは、防腐剤は安息香酸ナトリウムである。
好ましくは、本発明の組成物は、1つ以上の構造化剤をさらに含み、分散した有益剤の懸濁を助け、相安定性を提供する。適当な構造体としては、ポリアクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸、アクリル酸の架橋ポリマー、メタクリル酸の架橋ポリマー、アクリル酸と疎水性モノマーとのコポリマー、メタクリル酸と疎水性モノマーとのコポリマー、カルボン酸含有モノマーとアクリルエステルとのコポリマー、カルボン酸含有モノマーとメタクリル酸エステルとのコポリマー、アクリル酸とアクリル酸エステルとの架橋コポリマー、メタクリル酸とアクリル酸エステルとの架橋コポリマー、ヘテロ多糖ガムおよび結晶性長鎖アシル誘導体が挙げられる。
実施例1:本発明による組成物1〜2および比較組成物Aの調製
リンスオフ水性毛髪クレンジングシャンプー配合物を、以下の表1に示すような成分を有するように調製した。
1.容器には水を入れた。界面活性剤および任意の構造化剤を撹拌しながら添加した。
2.混合物を30℃に加熱し、完全に均質になるまで混合した。
3.次いで、任意のカチオン性ポリマーおよびシリコーンエマルションを添加し、よく混合した。
4.任意の保存剤を追加した。
5.pHはクエン酸を用いてpH4.5に調整した。
6.次に塩を加えて粘度を調整した。
表1に示した組成物の粘度を、30℃でBrookfield V2粘度計(紡錘体RTV5、1分間、20rpm)を用いて測定した。
−油性土壌(0.02g)とシャンプー(2g)を250mlの測定シリンダーに加え、合計20gまで水で作製した。
−シャンプーの混合を開始するために、液体を旋回(5秒)した。
−シリンダーを10回反転させ(定常的で再現性のある動きで)、フォームの高さを記録する前に30時間放置した(フラッシュフォームの読み取り)。
−その後、シリンダーをさらに20回振り、30秒間放置し、フォームの高さを記録した。
−最後に、シリンダーを30回振り、30秒間放置し、泡のレベルを記録した(フォーム容積読み取り)。
−これを各シャンプーの配合ごとに3回繰り返し、各点の平均値と標準偏差を算出した。

下記からなるアニオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤及び双性イオン界面活性剤の総量:
(i)100%活性で、全組成物の3重量%〜13重量%の一般式(I)のアルファ−オレフィンスルホン酸アニオン界面活性剤:
R1−CH=CH−CH2−SO3 −M+ (I)
(式中、R1は、11〜13個の炭素原子を有する直鎖状または分枝状のアルキル基およびその混合物から選択され、Mは、可溶化カチオンである);
(ii)1〜6%重量の、以下から選択される両性または双性イオン界面活性剤:
一般式(II)のアルキルベタイン:
R2−N+(CH3)2−CH2−COO−M+ (II)
(式中、R2=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(III)のアルキルヒドロキシスルタイン:
R3−N+(CH3)2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−SO3 −M+ (III)
(式中、R3=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(IV)のアルキルアミノプロピルヒドロキシスルタイン:
R4−CO−NH−(CH2)3−N+(CH3)2−CH2−CH(OH)−CH2−SO3 −M (IV)
(式中、R4=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
一般式(V)のアンホ酢酸アルキル:
R5−CO−NH−(CH2)2−N(CH2−CH2−OH)(CH2−COO−M+) (V)
(式中、R5=C12(ラウリル)またはココ由来である);
およびそれらの混合物;
(iii)0.05重量%〜0.9重量%のカチオン性ポリマー;
(iv)0.05重量%〜10重量%のシリコーンエマルション;
(v)カチオン性沈着ポリマー;
(vi)無機電解質、ならびに
(vii)水;
を含み、
(i)対(ii)の重量比が、1:1〜6:1であり、
pHが、3〜6.5である、組成物。 - 一般式(I)のアルファオレフィンスルホン酸アニオン界面活性剤の量が、組成物の総重量に基づき、かつ、100%活性で、3〜12.85重量%、好ましくは3.5〜12重量%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 一般式(II)、(III)、(IV)又は(V)の両性又は双性イオン界面活性剤の量が、(組成物の総重量に基づき、かつ、100%活性)1〜4%である、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- (i)及び(ii)の組み合わせた量が、(組成物の総重量に基づく重量で)5重量%〜15重量%の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記アルファオレフィンスルホン酸アニオン界面活性剤(i)対両性又は双性イオン界面活性剤(ii)の重量比が、1.5:1〜4.5:1である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記両性または双性イオン性界面活性剤(ii)が、
ココベタインである、一般式(II)のベタイン両性界面活性剤;
ラウリルヒドロキシスルタインである、一般式(III)の両性界面活性剤;および
それらの混合物
から、1〜4%の量で(組成物の総重量に基づく重量、かつ、100%活性で)選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 前記カチオン性ポリマーが、800,000〜2,500,000g/molの範囲のMwおよび0.5〜1.8meq/gの範囲の電荷密度を有するポリクォタニウム10、および、これらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- Brookfield V2粘度計(スピンドルRTV5、1分間、20rpm)を用いて30℃で測定したときの粘度が、3500〜15,000mPa.s、好ましくは4000〜12,000mPa.sである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 安息香酸ナトリウム、サリチル酸ナトリウム、ベンジルアルコール、フェノキシエタノール、1,2−アルカンジオール、ヨードプロピニルブチルカルバメート(IPBC)、5−クロロ−2−メチル−2H−イソチアゾール−3−オン、2−メチル−2H−イソチアゾール−3−オンおよびこれらの混合物から選択される1つ以上の保存剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 増粘ポリマーから選択される増粘剤、および、(ii)で定義されていない第2の界面活性剤を含まない、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 等方性界面活性剤相を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコーンが、0.5〜6.5重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 組成物の総重量に基づいて、1〜3重量%の量の無機電解質を含み、かつ、
(i)対(ii)の重量比が、2:1〜4:1である、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 組成物の総重量に基づいて、1〜5重量%を超える量の無機電解質を含み、かつ、
(i)対(ii)の重量比が、4:1〜6:1より大きく、好ましくは5:1〜6:1である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の組成物。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に定義される組成物を、毛髪および頭皮に塗布する工程を含む、頭髪および頭皮の処理方法。
