Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年4月24日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/662,051号の利益を主張し、その内容全体を本明細書に援用する。
統合訓練機器の使用
60歳の1型糖尿病患者が、ヘモグロビンA1cが上昇して、制御できないとみなされるため、食事療法のために、ドライパウダー吸入システムから提供される吸入用インスリンを投与するように指示される。患者は、基礎インスリンにはインスリンポンプを使用する。患者は、図3〜5に示すような取り外し可能な吸入付属装置を備える、図1に示すような機器を使用する無線吸入に関して訓練される。患者は、機器が与えられ、且つ訓練機器(薬を含んでも含まなくてもよい)を使用する際には、深くて速い呼吸を行うように求められる。
取り付け自在/取り外し自在な訓練機器の使用:
59歳の2型糖尿病患者が、ドライパウダー吸入システムから吸入用インスリンを投与するように指示される。患者は、手軽さから吸入システムを要求した。患者は、図1に示すような機器を使用する無線吸入に関して訓練される。患者は、図3〜5のものと同様の取り付け自在な吸入具装置を備えた、図1の機器を与えられ、及び訓練機器を使用する際に、深くて速い呼吸を行うように求められる。対象によって行われた吸入操作の例は、図23、図24、図25及び図26に示し、且つ上述した。
Claims (26)
- 吸入具に装着するか又は吸入具と接続するように構成された本体と;
マイクロプロセッサーと、
少なくとも2つの圧力センサー、前記吸入具の周囲の環境条件に関する情報を検出するための第1の圧力センサー;及び使用時に、前記吸入具から生成された信号を検出するための第2の圧力センサーと、
前記第1の圧力センサーと前記第2の圧力センサーとの間の均圧チャンネルと
を含む、吸入具付属装置であって、
前記第1の圧力センサー及び前記第2の圧力センサーは、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの信号を生成し、前記信号は、前記マイクロプロセッサーで処理されて、カスタマイズされたマイクロプロセッサー出力となり、及び前記マイクロプロセッサー出力は、ユーザの吸入と同時に又はその直後にディスプレー上に圧力差対時間曲線を生成する、吸入具付属装置。 - 前記第1の圧力センサー及び前記第2の圧力センサーはデジタルセンサーであり、及びそれらの出力はデジタル形式である、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記第2の圧力センサーはアナログセンサーであり、及びその出力はアナログ形式であり、並びに前記装置は、さらに、センサー信号の調整、フィルタリング、増幅及び/又はデジタル形式への変換を行うための追加的な回路を含む、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記第2の圧力センサーは、吸入具の流れ経路において測定された圧力低下を検出する、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記第2の圧力センサーは大気圧を検出する、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに、周囲条件で使用中に前記吸入具から放射された可視光又は増強された光信号を検出する光センサーを含む、請求項5に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに発光ダイオードを含む、請求項6に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに、前記吸入具の複数の部分、吸入具カートリッジ、又は他の薬パッケージの特性プロファイルを検出するように構成されたレーザビーム、ドップラーセンサー、赤外線センサー又は他の感知ビームを含む、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに加速度計を含み、及び前記吸入具はドライパウダー吸入具を含む、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記ドライパウダー吸入具は、カートリッジ及びドライパウダー製剤を含む、請求項9に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記ドライパウダー製剤は、ジケトピペラジン及び少なくとも1種の有効成分を含む、請求項10に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記差圧センサーは、前記吸入具内及び前記差圧センサーと併用される絶対圧センサー内で測定された圧力低下を検出して、必要な場合には、前記圧力低下を識別する前に、大気条件に関して、調整する、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに、前記吸入具に装入された吸入具カートリッジ又は他の薬パッケージの色を感知するための色検出センサー、前記吸入具に装入されたカートリッジ又は他の薬パッケージ内にあるRFIDタグを読み取るためのRFID読取り装置、及び前記吸入具若しくは前記吸入具カートリッジ又は他の薬パッケージ上に提供された文字、コード又はテキスト情報を識別できる画像検出センサーのうちの1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに無線送受信機を含み、この無線送受信機によって、前記少なくとも2つのセンサーから受信したデータがリモートの処理システムへ送信される、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに電子ボードを含み、並びに前記マイクロプロセッサー、センサー及び無線送受信機は、前記電子ボードに接続される及び/又は電子ボードに配置されている、請求項14に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- さらに、理想的な又は予め決められた吸入パラメータと、達成された/行われたユーザの吸入操作との差を示すための可視インジケータ又はディスプレーを含む、請求項1に記載の吸入具付属装置。
- 前記可視インジケータは、ユーザに対する合格/不合格、又は緑色/赤色のインジケータである、請求項16に記載の吸入具付属装置。

マイクロプロセッサー、
無線送受信機、並びに
前記吸入具の領域又は部分の圧力差に関する情報を検出するための第1のセンサー;及び
使用時に吸入具から生成された信号を検出するための第2の圧力センサー
を含む、ドライパウダー吸入具監視・検出システムであって、
前記第2の圧力センサーは、均圧チャンネルを通して前記第1のセンサーと連通し;及び
前記第1及び第2の圧力センサーは、それぞれ、少なくとも1つの信号を生成し、前記信号は、前記マイクロプロセッサーで処理されて、カスタマイズされたマイクロプロセッサー出力となり、且つ前記マイクロプロセッサー出力は、ユーザによって行われた吸入操作の圧力対時間曲線特性のグラフ表示を、前記吸入具タイプに関して予め決められたプロファイル値のグラフと比較して、生成する、ドライパウダー吸入具監視・検出システム。 - さらに、ディスプレーと、無線送受信機と、検出された前記第1のセンサー情報に対応する閾値及び前記第2のセンサー信号に対応するユーザ吸入データを表示することを含め、前記ディスプレー上に、グラフで前記合格又は不合格の表示を報告するように構成されているマイクロプロセッサーとを含んでいる、リモートの処理システムを含む、請求項18に記載のドライパウダー吸入具監視・検出システム。
- さらに、前記吸入具に装着するか又はそれに接続される本体であって、前記マイクロプロセッサー、無線送受信機、及びセンサーが配置されている本体を含んでいる、取り外し自在な吸入具付属装置を含む、請求項18に記載のドライパウダー吸入具監視・検出システム。
- 吸入具ユーザを訓練するのに役立つ正確なデータを監視し且つ検出する方法であって:
前記吸入具内への薬の装入の指示を表示すること;
薬情報又は吸入具情報に関する薬データを読み取り、且つデータを対応する閾値へ関連付けること;
吸入操作を始める指示を表示すること;
ユーザによる吸入間における圧力差データを識別すること;
前記対応する閾値を満たす若しくは上回るか、又は前記対応する閾値の達成に失敗したかに関して、前記吸入具ユーザの前記吸入操作が合格したか又は不合格であったかを決定すること
を含む、方法。 - さらに、ユーザが前記吸入操作に合格したか又は不合格であったかの指示を送信及び表示するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記送信し且つ表示するステップは、スマートフォン、タブレット、コンピュータ又は他の無線通信可能な機器などの処理システムに表示することを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記送信し且つ表示するステップは、無線伝送によって前記薬データ及び前記圧力差データを前記処理システムに送信すること、及び前記システムに、圧力対時間曲線を、前記薬データに対応する閾値と共に表示することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記無線伝送は、Bluetooth(登録商標)、Zigbee(登録商標);WiFi、SmartWave、Z−Wave、又はデジタルセルラーネットワークを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の有効成分は、インスリン又はインスリン類似体、シルデナフィル、アバナフィル、ベルデナフィル、トレプロスチニル、タダラフィル、エピネフリン、テトラヒドロカナビノール及びカンナビジオールを含む、請求項11に記載の吸入具付属装置。
