Claims (10)
- 充放電スイッチ及びヒューズを備えた充放電開閉部の異常有無を判定するバッテリーパック診断装置であって、
前記充放電開閉部がバッテリーセルとパック端子との間における充放電経路上に設けられ、
前記バッテリーパック診断装置は、
一端が前記バッテリーセルと前記充放電開閉部との間に接続し、他端が接地に向ける経路上の共通ノードに接続し、第1抵抗部を備える第1診断経路と、
一端が前記充放電スイッチと前記ヒューズとの間に接続し、他端が前記共通ノードに接続し、第2抵抗部を備える第2診断経路と、
一端が前記充放電開閉部と前記パック端子との間に接続し、他端が前記共通ノードに接続し、第3抵抗部を備える第3診断経路と、
一端が前記共通ノードに接続し、他端が接地に接続し、診断スイッチング部及び診断抵抗部を備える統合診断経路と、
前記診断スイッチング部と前記診断抵抗部との間の診断電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記診断スイッチング部を動作させて、前記電圧測定部によって測定された診断電圧に基づいて前記充放電開閉部の異常有無を判定する制御部と、を含む、バッテリーパック診断装置。 - 前記第1診断経路、前記第2診断経路及び前記第3診断経路は、スイッチング素子を備えない、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック診断装置。

- 前記第1診断経路は、前記充放電経路から前記共通ノードに向ける方向のみへ電流が流れるように構成されたダイオードを備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック診断装置。
- 前記第2診断経路及び前記第3診断経路は、前記充放電経路から前記共通ノードに向ける方向のみへ電流が流れるように構成されたダイオードを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック診断装置。
- 前記第2診断経路及び前記第3診断経路は、前記第2抵抗部と前記共通ノードとの間の経路及び前記第3抵抗部と前記共通ノードとの間の経路の少なくとも一部が一つの経路に統合した共通経路を備え、前記共通経路上に前記ダイオードが一つ備えられた、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック診断装置。
