Claims (16)
- ロータ、特にガスタービンのロータにおいて、ロータ軸と、前記ロータ軸に対向し前記ロータ軸の周りを回転する支持面(05)を有する環状の固定肩部(04)を有するロータディスク(01)と、円周方向に分布して配置され、前記支持面(05)に対して相補的であり回転面の一部を形成する保持面(15)を有する保持肩部(14)を各々が有する複数のロータ部材(11)とを備え、前記ロータ軸に対して垂直な各断面において前記支持面(05)は支持半径(06)を有し、前記保持面(15)は保持半径(16)を有するロータであって、
前記保持半径(16)は前記支持半径(06)の少なくとも0.99倍かつ最大で0.9995倍に相当し、前記ロータ部材(11)は前記保持面(15)の半径方向外側に開口部(12)を有し、前記開口部(12)は円周方向の前記ロータ部材(11)の幅(21)の少なくとも0.25倍かつ最大で0.75倍の幅(22)を有することを特徴とするロータ。 - 前記保持半径(16)は、前記支持半径(06)の少なくとも0.999倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータ。
- 前記開口部(12)の前記幅(22)は、円周方向の前記ロータ部材(11)の前記幅(21)の少なくとも0.4倍、および/または、最大で0.6倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のロータ。
- 前記開口部(12)は、半径の拡大と共に拡大し、円周方向の幅の差は半径方向の差の0.75〜1.25倍であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記支持面(05)および前記保持面(06)は円錐状に構成され、開口角度は30〜90°、特に45〜75°であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記保持面(15)の中央部から前記開口部(12)までの半径方向の距離(23)は、最大で、前記開口部(12)から前記ロータ部材(11)の円周方向の縁部までの距離(24)に相当することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータ部材(11)は略円周方向と略半径方向に延在する構成を有し、前記保持肩部(14)は軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータディスク(01および/または前記ロータディスク(01)に隣接する第2ロータディスクは前記ロータディスク(01)の端面側から離間した環状のリング突起を有し、前記ロータ部材(11)は前記ロータ軸に向く側に内側縁部(17)を有し、前記内側縁部(17)は、前記保持肩部(14)に対向して、前記リング突起(07)に軸方向において支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記ロータディスク(01)は、円周方向に分布して配置されて軸方向に貫通する複数のブレード保持溝(02)を有し、前記ロータ部材(11)は、前記ブレード保持溝(02)を前記ロータディスクの端面側において少なくとも部分的に覆うことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のロータ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のロータにおいて使用されるロータ部材(11)において、前記ロータディスク(01)の前記支持面(05)に対して相補的であり回転面の一部を形成する保持面(15)を有する保持肩部(14)を備え、前記ロータ軸に対して垂直な各断面において前記保持面(15)は保持半径(16)を有するロータ部材(11)であって、
前記保持面(15)の半径方向外側に配置される開口部(12)であって、前記開口部(12)は円周方向の前記ロータ部材(11)の前記幅(21)の少なくとも0.25倍かつ最大で0.75倍の幅(22)を有し、
前記保持半径(16)は規定される前記支持半径(06)の少なくとも0.99倍かつ最大で0.9995倍に相当することを特徴とするロータ部材(11)。 - 前記保持半径(16)は、規定の前記支持半径(06)の少なくとも0.999倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のロータ部材(11)。
- 前記開口部(12)の前記幅(22)は、円周方向の前記幅(21)の少なくとも0.4倍、および/または、最大で0.6倍に相当することを特徴とする請求項10または11に記載のロータ部材(11)。
- 前記開口部(12)は、半径の拡大と共に拡大しており、円周方向の幅の差は半径方向の幅の差の0.75〜1.25倍であることを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載のロータ部材(11)。
- 前記保持面(06)は円錐状に構成され、開口角度は30〜90°、特に45〜75°であることを特徴とする請求項10から13のいずれか1項に記載のロータ部材(11)。
- 前記保持面(15)の中央部から前記開口部(12)までの半径方向の距離(23)は、最大で、前記開口部(12)から円周方向の縁部までの距離(24)に相当することを特徴とする請求項10から14のいずれか1項に記載のロータ部材(11)。
- 前記ロータ部材(11)は略円周方向と略半径方向に延在する形状を有し、前記保持肩部(14)は軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載のロータ部材(11)。
