Abstract
Description
ボレリア症は、Borreliaの2つの群、B. burgdorferi群およびダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)Borrelia群により引き起こされる。B. burgdorferi群は、ライム病様の症状を引き起こす唯一の群であると考えられていた。しかし、現在は、TBRF Borreliaも、ライム病様の症状を引き起こす可能性があることが知られている。TBRF Borreliaは、カタダニ(lxodes)およびヒメダニ(Ornithodorus)により伝染する可能性がある。

Claims (25)
- 標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合された1つ以上のアミノ酸配列を含む組成物であって、前記アミノ酸配列は、配列番号:1、配列番号:2、配列番号:3、配列番号:4、配列番号:5、配列番号:6、配列番号:7、配列番号:8、配列番号:9、配列番号:10、配列番号:11、配列番号:12、配列番号:13、配列番号:14、配列番号:15、配列番号:16、配列番号:17、配列番号:18、配列番号:19、および配列番号:20からなる組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物において、前記アミノ酸配列が、ニトロセルロース、ナイロン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)、磁性ビーズ、およびアガロースからなる群から選択される物質に結合している組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物において、前記1つ以上のアミノ酸配列がそれぞれ、前記アミノ酸配列に対して特異性を有する抗体によりタグ付けされている組成物。
- ダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)の疑いがある被検者からの試料中のBorrelia抗血清を検出する方法であって、
TBRFの疑いがある被検者から得られた生体試料を提供する工程と、
前記生体試料を、請求項1に記載の前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合された1つ以上のアミノ酸配列と混合する工程と、
前記試料中のTBRF抗血清の存在を示す陽性免疫結合反応を検出する工程とを含む方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、請求項1に記載の前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合されたアミノ酸配列を2つ以上、前記生体試料と混合し、少なくとも2つのアミノ酸配列が検出された場合、試料がTBRFについて陽性であるとみなす方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合されたアミノ酸配列を、検出可能部分にリンクしている抗ヒトIgG抗体で検出する方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記検出可能部分が、発色団、放射性部分、および酵素からなる群から選択される方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記検出可能部分がアルカリホスファターゼを含む方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記検出可能部分がビオチンを含む方法。
- ダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)の疑いがある被検者からの試料中の種々のBorrelia種を検出し、区別する方法であって、
TBRFの疑いがある被検者から得られた生体試料を提供する工程と、
前記生体試料を、請求項1に記載の前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合された1つ以上のアミノ酸配列と混合する工程と、
前記被検者におけるBorreliaの存在を示す陽性免疫結合反応を検出する工程とを含み、
配列番号:1、配列番号:2、配列番号:7、配列番号:11、配列番号:13、配列番号:16、および/または配列番号:17の検出は、前記被検者におけるB. hermsiiの存在を示し、配列番号:3、配列番号:8、配列番号:12、および/または配列番号:14の検出は、前記被検者におけるB. miyamotoiの存在を示し、配列番号:4、配列番号:5、配列番号:9、および/または配列番号:15の検出は、前記被検者におけるB. turcicaの存在を示し、配列番号:6および/または配列番号:10の検出は、前記試料中のB. turicataeの検出を示し、配列番号:18、配列番号:19、および/または配列番号:20の検出は、前記試料中のB. coriaceaeの検出を示す方法。 - 請求項10に記載の方法において、前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合されたアミノ酸配列を、検出可能部分にコンジュゲートしている抗ヒトIgG抗体で検出する方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、前記検出可能部分が、発色団、放射性部分、および酵素からなる群から選択される方法。
- 請求項12に記載の方法において、前記検出可能部分がアルカリホスファターゼを含む方法。

- ダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)の疑いがある被検者からの試料中のB. hermsiiを検出する方法であって、
TBRFの疑いがある被検者から得られた生体試料を提供する工程と、

前記試料中のB. turicataeの存在を示す、配列番号:6および/または配列番号:10の陽性免疫結合反応を検出する工程とを含む方法。 - ダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)の疑いがある被検者からの試料中のB. coriaceaeを検出する方法であって、
TBRFの疑いがある被検者から得られた生体試料を提供する工程と、
前記生体試料を、請求項1に記載の配列番号:18、配列番号:19、および/または配列番号:20の群から選択される前記標識されたかつ/またはタグ付けされたかつ/または結合された1つ以上のアミノ酸配列と混合する工程と、
前記試料中のB. coriaceaeの存在を示す、請求項1に記載の配列番号:18、配列番号:19、および/または配列番号:20の陽性免疫結合反応を検出する工程とを含む方法。 - 配列番号:1、配列番号:2、配列番号:3、配列番号:4、配列番号:5、配列番号:6、配列番号:7、配列番号:8、配列番号:9、配列番号:10、配列番号:11、配列番号:12、配列番号:13、配列番号:14、配列番号:15、配列番号:16、配列番号:17、配列番号:18、配列番号:19、および配列番号:20からなる群から選択される1つ以上のアミノ酸配列と、アジュバントとから主としてなる組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の1つ以上の前記アミノ酸配列のいずれかをコードする核酸配列。
- ダニ媒介性回帰熱(TBRF)を有するかまたは有する疑いがある被検者からT細胞を検出する方法であって、
i)TBRFの疑いがある被検者から得られたT細胞を含む試料、ii)1種以上のサイトカインに対して特異的な抗抗体により少なくとも部分的に被覆された培養装置、およびiii)請求項1に記載の1つ以上の配列を提供する工程と、
前記培養装置中において、血液試料を、請求項1に記載の前記1つ以上の前記配列と混合する工程と、
前記被検者のT細胞による前記1種以上のサイトカインのいかなる産生も検出する工程とを含む方法。 - 請求項25に記載の方法において、サイトカインに対して特異的な前記抗抗体が抗IFNγ抗体であり、前記サイトカインがインターフェロンガンマ(IFNγ)である方法。
