前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池を収容するように内部空間が形成され、前記内部空間を囲むように形成された外壁、及び外部衝撃を吸収するように前記外壁の外側面から外側方向へ突出するように構成されたバンパー部を備えたモジュールケースと、を含む。

Claims (12)
- 水平方向へ横たえられて配列された複数の缶型二次電池と、
前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池を収容するように内部空間が形成され、前記内部空間を囲むように形成された外壁、及び外部衝撃を吸収するように前記外壁の外側面から外側方向へ突出するように構成されたバンパー部を備えたモジュールケースと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バンパー部は、前記モジュールケースの外壁との間に離隔空間が形成されるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バンパー部は、
前記モジュールケースの外壁から外側方向へ突出して延びた延長パーツと、
前記延長パーツの延長方向の端部から前記モジュールケースの外壁と対応する方向へ折り曲げられて延びた板状パーツと、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記板状パーツの外側面には、外側方向へ突出し線状で少なくとも二方向以上へ延びたリブが備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記板状パーツが、前記モジュールケースの外周部に隣接するほど内側方向へ傾いた傾斜面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーの一部が、前記バンパー部の前記板状パーツと前記モジュールケースの外壁との離隔空間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは、前記バンパー部の前記板状パーツと前記モジュールケースの外壁との離隔空間に、前記外壁の外側面から外側方向へ突出して形成された補助バンパー部をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは、前記バンパー部の前記板状パーツと前記モジュールケースの外壁との離隔空間に弾性素材を含む緩衝パッドをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールケースを収容するように内部空間が形成されたボックス形態を有し、内側面には、前記バンパー部と対応する位置に内側方向へ突出して延びた突起部が備えられた外部ハウジングをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記外部ハウジングの内側面には、前記モジュールケースが前記外部ハウジングの内部に挿入されることをガイドするように構成されたガイドレールが備えられ、
前記バンパー部の一部には、前記ガイドレールに載って上下方向へ移動可能に内側方向へ凹み、上下方向へ長く延びたガイド溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
