Abstract
Description
線密度が2dtexであり、ステープルファイバー長が2インチ(5.1mm)である芯鞘型二成分ステープルファイバーからなる55.2g/m2のカーディング加工済みのステープルファイバー不織布を準備した。二成分ステープルファイバーは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる50質量%の芯部およびポリエチレンからなる50質量%の鞘部を含んでいた。オーブンの手前で、カーディング加工済みのステープルファイバー不織布に、2つのアプリケーターを用いてポリエチレン粉末9.2g/m2を施与した。140℃のオーブンの出口のニップで、線密度が15dtexであり、ポリエチレンテレフタレートからなる76質量%の芯部およびポリアミド−6からなる24質量%の鞘部を含み、質量が50g/m2である芯鞘型二成分フィラメントからなる不織布と、PE粉末を含む乾燥したカーディング加工済みのステープルファイバー不織布とを組み合わせて、複合吸音層を形成した。

Claims (15)
- 第1の不織布材料と第2の不織布材料とを含む複合吸音層であって、前記第1の不織布材料は、線密度が2〜50dtexの範囲内であるフィラメントからなる熱接着された不織布材料であり、前記第2の不織布材料は、前記第1の不織布材料に連結したカーディング加工済みのステープルファイバー不織布であり、前記複合吸音層の総質量は、100g/m2〜500g/m2の範囲内である、複合吸音層。
- 前記第1の不織布材料が、第1の融解温度を有する第1のポリマーと、前記第1の融解温度より低い第2の融解温度を有する第2のポリマーとを含む、請求項1記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記第1のポリマーが、第1の単一成分フィラメントに含まれ、前記第2のポリマーが、第2の単一成分フィラメントに含まれる、請求項2記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記第1のポリマーが、二成分フィラメントの第1の成分に含まれ、前記第2のポリマーが、二成分フィラメントの第2の成分に含まれる、請求項2記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記複合吸音層が、接着剤を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記接着剤が、粉体接着剤である、請求項5記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記粉体接着剤が、ポリエチレン粉末である、請求項6記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記第2の不織布材料が、線密度が3dtex以下であるステープルファイバーからなるカーディング加工済みのステープルファイバー不織布である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記複合吸音層のレイル値が、300Rayl〜7500Raylの範囲内である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記複合吸音層のレイル値が3500Rayl〜7500Raylの範囲内である、請求項9記載の複合吸音層。
- 前記複合吸音層の厚さが10mm以下である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の複合吸音層。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の前記複合吸音層を含む、騒音振動ハーシュネス製品。
- 基材に接着された請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の前記複合吸音層を含む、請求項12記載の騒音振動ハーシュネス製品。
- 前記騒音振動ハーシュネス製品のレイル値が、3700Rayl〜5500Raylの範囲内である、請求項12記載の騒音振動ハーシュネス製品。
- 前記騒音振動ハーシュネス製品が、車用タフテッドカーペット、ダッシュボードシステムまたはトランクシステムである、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の騒音振動ハーシュネス製品。
