Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- コアチューブと、コアチューブにより流体を充填/排出可能なバルーンとを含むバルーン型開創装置であって、バルーンは、流体が充填された後にバルーンの他の部分よりも大きくなることによりバルーン全体が湾曲を形成するいくつかの膨張セクションを含み、前記バルーンの両端は、展延性の低い糸状材料を介して接続され、糸状材料の一端がコアチューブの遠位端付近に固定され、他端がコアチューブの近位端付近に固定されることを特徴とする、バルーン型開創装置。
- 前記コアチューブは、湾曲可能で、その中にいくつかの空洞を有する長尺物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記コアチューブの表面は、少なくとも1つの孔を有するか、又は各膨張セクションに対して対応する孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記バルーンは、コアチューブに巻き付けられるか又は付着することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記バルーンの軸心は、いずれもコアチューブの軸心の一側にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記コアチューブは、それぞれがいくつかのバルーン膨張セクションに対する流体の充填/排出を個別に制御するいくつかの独立したコアチューブであってもよく、各ルーメンがいくつかのバルーン膨張セクションに対する流体の充填/排出を個別に制御する1つのマルチルーメンチューブであってもよいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記コアチューブには、それぞれが複数の膨張セクションを有することにより、個別に湾曲することができるいくつかのバルーンがあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記バルーン膨張セクションの長さは、その未膨張状態での外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 前記バルーン膨張セクション間の隣接間隔は、膨張セクションの長さの0.2倍よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン型開創装置。
- 接合金型により材料をバルーン成形機でバルーンに成形するステップと、
冷却後に脱型してバルーンを取り出すステップと、
空洞コアチューブを形成し、かつコアチューブに穿孔するステップと、
バルーンを所定の位置に配置し、溶接又は接着方法を用いてコアチューブに固定するステップと、
バルーンをコアチューブに固定した後、展延性の小さい糸状材料を用いてコアチューブと接着するステップとを含むことを特徴とする、バルーン型開創装置の製造方法。 - 前記金型は、2つの部分に分けられ、2つの金型が接合した後に、内部空洞の形状がバルーンの最終的な外側輪郭と一致することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバルーン型開創装置の製造方法。
- 前記コアチューブは、押出機により押し出されて、シングルルーメンチューブ又はマルチルーメンチューブを形成することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバルーン型開創装置の製造方法。
- 前記コアチューブに固定されたバルーンは1つまたは複数であり、複数のバルーンがある場合、コアチューブは、マルチルーメンチューブ又は複数のシングルルーメンチューブの組み合わせであり、かつ複数の孔を有し、各バルーンは、流体を充填/排出するための少なくとも1つの対応する孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバルーン型開創装置の製造方法。
